It s always been very good experience with Toyota. Thomas was very helpful for my visit yesterday. He put his effort in to make the process go faster so I don t have to wait very long with a baby there. I really appreciate Thomas and Toyota. If I could have given 10 stars, I would have. Good job!

Ryan rocked. Went nuclear to get us the payment my wife wanted.But, even though we expressed the need to finish quickly. They dragged their feet.Almost an hour and a half to get from the agreement of the payment to finance.I had to keep locating people to ask about the hold up.And finance said it would be at least 45 minutes more. They finally got 2 people to work on it. So it ended up about 30 minutes.Not sure what they were doing in that time. Car not washed as promised, because they were "backed up".Someone needs to work on time management.

Took my 2012 Tacoma for my 120k mile major matenenc service and I was very pleased with the service. My service advisor Steven was not only knowledgeable, but the young man was very respectful and well mannered. Emily, who's their porter there, was very courteous, bright and seems to have a good head on her shoulders.The facility is Immaculate, the lobby is first class with coffee and healthy snacks.Overall I would have to give Envision Toyota of Norwalk, "Five Thumbs up" .Well done guys, God Bless.

Richard was amazing. Kind, smart, not too pushy, however the list price on car fax was $3000 lower than what they listed it at the dealership, so our budget was off from the start. But - all was efficient and fine, but we live an hour away and went to see that car based on the price online.

Stop ready it before You Go to this dealer.I strongly advise you not to visit this dealership. My friend and I went there to buy a car and were introduced to a salesman named Aaron Oslel. He was the biggest liar I have ever come across. Aaron and his manager (if he was actually his manager) sold us a car with an extremely high APR and monthly payments. We didn't realize this at the time of purchase because Aaron was being overly talkative, causing us to become confused and unable to make an informed decision. Trust me, they play dirty games with you and trick you into buying a car at a very high price with a very high-interest rate. I am going to take legal action against them for not showing us the bill at the time of sale. They just show the total cost of the car not how much money for what. By law, they are required to show every dollar on paper before charging you. sales manager, you know what we are talking about since we just bought the car, and if you are willing to fix the issue we will much appreciate if not We consult with our lawyer to find out if they have any proof of showing us the total cost before charging us. I appreciate Daniel our sales guy for having some integrity. In this business you really need to ensure you take care of your customers. Those that helped him nearly had me walking away. Sometimes you just need to listen to customers and that s what Daniel did. You re the only reason why I bought the car here. Thank you!

Erick was fantastic. He has a great sense of humor and awesome customer service. I did not get the woman s name but she was checking in on us and gave us popcorn which was pretty cool. Did not like the long wait but that was to be expected. They do a good job servicing my car, but their communication with the time it will take needs improvement. One time I took my car they told me it would take about two hours so I arranged someone to pick me up and they called me in less than 30 minutes to pick up my car, which is great that it was done faster but not when I bothered someone to come get me thinking it would take two hours. Another time I sent my husband and they told him approximately two hours. He was there from about 9 o clock am to almost 2 o clock pm, spent all of his day there thinking it would be quick. Lack of communication, if they would ve told him it s gonna take longer than expected. Maybe you should call a ride. Some kind of communication would ve been nice.

Mario was my client service representative and he was great. On the day I picked my car up the floor was extremely busy, yet Mario maintained his composure while directing clients to respective areas to get there needs met. He was very polite and accommodating. He handled my requests immediately upon request, then directed me to the waiting room. My car looked beautiful on the outside. However, the inside was a mess. It still had debris from the people who stoled the car. I noticed my front passenger speaker was gone too.Mario should get the 5 star reward for service. He was fantastic.

Service Advisor, Mario Martinez helped replace a Tire with a 4" gash under Warranty for my 2021 Prius. It had to be towed into the Dealership. Mario secured the special tire for me & ensured it was replaced rapidly. I especially appreciated that Mario provided regular updates on the status of Parts & progress of Repairs. Mario asked the Toyota Technician to perform a 21-Point Inspection & top off all Vehicle fluids as an extra Complmentary Service. I do recognize & appreciate these extra efforts!! I came in to the Norwalk location feeling like I'm not going to be able to get results for my "98" Toyota Avalon because it's so old. Then Thomas Wosak came out to help me and really put me at ease about my car. I told him I really didn't want to let it go and wanted to keep it running as long as possible. He put mine and my husband's concerns at ease. I felt like I was family and not just a customer.He helped us get the results we wanted and we are such happy customers who will definitely be back and recommend your facility and especially Thomas. Friendly staff. Was greeted promptly and all my questions were answered. Monsse was awesome helping me get my car in the collision side quickly. When i was there for maintenance only. She went above and beyond to help with that situation.

Great service, I was able to bring my car in without a problem. Service was as specified and they even wash the exterior of my car. Nice surprise!! But I didn t like the way the person who helped me carried himself during the transaction.

Every time I take my car in, I always get the best service. I have been coming to Norwalk Toyota for many years, and they always give great service and actually care.Erick Morales in the service department has always taken great care of me and my family. The service is good I ve been coming here since 2021 when I bought my van service time is usually 2 hours sometimes 2.5 but today I wanted almost 4 hours! It was insane I didn t complain but did mention the wait time to my service guy and he game me a $30 CG for being patient I assume still would recommend this place 100%

Had a great experience here taking my sienna for maintenance. It was done in a very timely manner and the customer service was excellent. They mentioned it would take about 2 hours I decided to stay and wait in their lobby. Their lounge area was very large clean they offered water, soda, and coffee. I ended up waiting just an hour! Which was super awesome! Thank you Norwalk Toyota envision for the excellent experience and thank you Heriberto!

I drove my bike from Compton not knowing it would be possible for me to get and drive off the lot with a new car. As I rode my bicycle inside the dealership salesman Saul Cruz humbly approached and helped throughout the process. Ruben Gonzalez from Finance was so kind, and helpful. Overall I had the best experience and was treated with so much respect from beginning to the very end. Thank you so much Toyota Of Norwalk !!

The staff are definitely nice and I'd say generally the salesperson and their manager will be on the good side to deal with because they kind of have to. However, the service department is for sure crooks like most dealers out there. We bought a car from this dealer and on initial look everything looked acceptable. I pointed out a few things and they fixed "what they can" and did reluctantly give us a very small discount which we agreed on with the known condition even though we were close to just walking out. I can't fault the salesperson for not knowing anything but their "technicians" definitely did not report some flaws that was overlooked upon first look. Within the first month we noticed some other lightbulbs were out that was missed and now 5 months later we noticed both strut boots were shredded and they don't just get torn like that in 5 months. It is for sure something we missed but how would less mechanically inclined people know? Their sales department is good for sure (because they have to be) but their service department sure as hell dragged the whole team down. Plus, the insurance they sell you doesn't even work. Anyone you try to call will go straight to their voicemail that's full.

After going to many dealerships, I finished my journey at Envision TOYOTA of Norwalk. They were friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and pressure-free. I was beyond pleased with my salesperson, Aaron and the finance manager, Ivan. They were great at easing my mind with this big financial purchase. I left completely satisfied with a new to me Highlander and some Shakey s pizza for my kids.

Rep. gave horrible customer service. I dropped off my vehicle for service and upon my return when I was going to pay I presented a coupon I had for my service. I was told I couldn't use the coupon at the time and it has to be shown upon drop off. Rep then started to have an attitude as I was asking him why he won't be able to do anything. Overall horrible experience.
