The most honest place I ve been to in years. Without batting an eye they quickly gave me a recommendation and it was in my best interest not just for them. The previous places I went to wanted to sell me tires at a cost of $800.00. Nestor quickly looked at the situation and realized I knocked them out of alignment and balance because of a pothole. I will only go to them from now on. And I recommend them 100%.

Don't go here. Went to get a tire change. They completely gouged my rim. Took almost an hour. But the worst part is instead of telling me they would not be able to do it or being honest that they gouged it up. Instead they charged me and hoped I would not notice. If it takes you close to an hour to change a tire. Expect the customer to look and make sure that the rim was not damaged. They offered me a discount on a future oil change. Like I would actually let these people touch my car again. I went here to support local business. Never again. If you have custom rims do not go here!! I've never written a review for anything in my 45 yrs . But felt the need to share this because of the of the dishonest approach they took.

Took parents vehicle down for new tires and the brothers did a great job but two weeks later I get a blowout on freeway and the tires were over 15 years old!! They were against state and federal laws! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR TIRES!!! If you value your life and the life of your family, do NOT go to brothers tires

Great service... quick polite greeting upon arrival, short wait time, repaired tire with nail in it. Was in and out quickly.Appreciated the fact that they did not try and sell me a new tire. Very good customer service and great price. Would definitely recommend this place for tire service!

Amazing prices, great customer service and fast! I had my car towed here with a busted wheel and in need of all new tires. The tow company left the car in the middle of their lot with no key. The guys at Brother s were very polite to me on the phone even though my vehicle inconvenienced their business. They don t carry wheels so they gave me recommendations and offered to put air in my tires so I could drive my car off of the lot. Being a young lady, I appreciate their chivalry. I bought a wheel from a nearby tire shop and came back to Brother s because of their excellent customer service. As soon as I got back they immediately started changing my tires. 10/10 would recommend.

Went here awhile ago, I was the first one there, early in the morning, I had got a used tire from them 2 weeks ago and asked them to check for leaks and put a patch on it because the tire would always be losing air causing my tire pressure light to come on. First of all they didn't even get to me right away, I was standing there looking stupid for 30+ minutes while everyone was in the back working on absolutely nothing, and then when other customers started to roll in, they helped them instead and completelyignored me!! I was there for a whole hour until they finally helped me. And they didn't even help. They took the tire off, looked at it, didn't put no patch on(I didn't find that out until later when the tire leaked AGAIN), and told me it was all good. They charged me $15 to do absolutely nothing and I fell for it . I felt discriminated against, being a young woman, and they felt they could do whatever and pull a fast one cause of the stereotype that women know nothing about cars. I know better now, and I'll never come to this crooked business ever again. Terrible shop and terrible workers and business practices.

I have been coming to this shop for a couple of years now. The service is good and the prices are fair. About 3 weeks ago I brought them my 98 Chevy S1500 for service. After 8 yrs of just sitting there I knew it would need work but had no idea how much it would cost me. With in 2 days the mechanics at Brothers had it running, it was an expense, but worth it and a lot cheaper than other places, I did do my research. They're good people here.

Always come here for my tire needs, mostly low air and patches. always been quick and nice with no issues. Love this place

Staff is helpful, friendly & honest. Good prices & quality work. They usually have your vehicle done in the timeframe they estimate. The used tires they also sell here are good quality & in good condition. No alignment work is done here, but they will refer you to their other shop in Bell.

I showed up 1 hour before closing after I got off work to see if I could get my Jeep serviced and have them check out the light that came on that morning. They didn t mind how late it was and got to me right away. The guys there work as a team in a very professional manner. I should point out that the place was very clean and orderly.Oscar showed me that my shocks needed to be replaced soon and gave me a fair quote with no pressure. I am new to the area and looking for someone I can trust to take good care of my baby. Also I am a professional Truck Driver and I know my way around the vehicle service industry and based on my experience here I will be back soon to have my shocks done. Glad to have found my shop.Mo

They are very quick, good communicators (in English too) and super cheap while still good quality. The Toyota dealership wanted over $300 for two front tires, and this place gives quality used tires for $35 each (including their labor). This is the place to go if you live anywhere near here.

Just got 4 tires replaced and they did a very quick and great job. 15 minutes is all it took to do the job. They also have affordable and competitive price for tires. I will surely come back to this place for their service.

The place is very clean and well organized compared to other places. Adrian was very professional and helpful. Prices are fair and they also check brakes and oil change.

Good customer service... although he did tell me a lower range in price initially then raised the price after the service. But we were able to reach a compromise of a middle ground price. Other than that, service was quick and good.

This place was great. I looked down and my tire was bald. I can't afford new tires so I found this place. And I got a used one for 35 that was in really good shape. Installed and everything. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for your help. The guys were very nice.

Horrible service paid for brakes and rotors on back tires.Informed them that it is squeaking. Brought my car back in today. The said they re-did everything. Brakes still squeaking with whistling now!!! Not ever giving them my money again!

So bought a set of tires from them about 1yr ago no issues. Went in back this past January to have a nail taken out of one of the tires. Patched and fixed no problem. So driving home i noticed that car had a wobble to it, got home took off the tire and sure enough a big bump where the repair had been made. So I'm thinking no big deal they'll hook me up because there still under warranty. Nope wrong. Its there house brand and if i had to buy another tire no big deal but gimme some kinda discount. Nope the dude was like "find the receipt and come back". Would not stand behind the warranty. So just buyer beware.

Brakes are not even New. New brake pads are thicker and I Noticed that they applied brake quieter on the brakes they repaired. Didn't even fill the brake fluid like stated in the labor descriptio. The fluid was already FULL . Never did I stated my brakes would go all the way down. And never did they mention that I had an issue with the master cylinder. Which is wrong. Plus my brakes had to be replaced with Semi-Metallic Brake pads with the police package. Instead it was repaired with ceramic brake pads.

If you're looking for an honest mechanic shop... THIS IS NOT IT. Radiator fan was not working and they said the problem was a cable that it needed to be changed. They said it over the phone, in person, and on the receipt. I look to see the new cable and nothing has been replaced. My fiance dropped off the car before I got home from work and they must of expected her to pick it up alone and not look. They admitted nothing was changed and that it was a connection. Why would you say changed? Nearly a 100 to fix a connection? Cost of labor isn't that much for 30 mins of work. It doesn't matter how little the amount was, it is the principle of saying something was changed and it wasn't. When you are told three times that a cable was changed you expect something to be changed right?

Very nice humble, helpful guy name Oscar. He totally took care of me. Most places try to jip you if you're a women, but Oscar was very cool and he gave me a good price. Thanks Oscar for your wonderful customer service .

Under new management and they have horrible customer service. One brother tells you not to be in the shade but to sit in the sun in 91 degree weather. The other one sits behind the computer and over charges. They over charge for a patch because they NOW use a heavy duty one. Beware consider yourself warned

Every time I come to this place to check or repair any of my tires it's a Beautiful experience. Every single one of the employees is very helpful, fast, friendly, and smiley. They make sure every customer gets help right away.

always go to this place when I have car trouble. Everyone is so nice. They always do they're best to help out with the problem for good prices and if they don't provide the service they will recommend someone who does. Don't try to scam you! highly recommended !

First they diagnosed my brakes and gave me a price then they changed it then they said they needed to run a diagnostic I'm all well and good with that then all of a sudden they couldn't do the job

Fast-serviced, honest quotation and knowledgeable about different tyoesnof wheel. Very accommodating and they even gave me discount. It saved my worry-free travel to San Francisco.
