Friendly, courteous, high-quality service! I came here based on a referral from my normal auto service provider because they were really backed up and couldn't get to my car for a couple of days. I was very pleased with my experience at UAT and would recommend them to anyone.

Answers the phone to tell me they're closed until Monday. Didn't even mention the business name when answering the call. Acted like I called his personal line. Weird, I'll go elsewhere, lol.

I called last minute because I got new tires at Costco and they mentioned there was alignment wear. I went on yelp and United Alignment popped up with perfect reviews. I called them on a Tuesday and they fit me in immediately. They did the alignment in less than 30 minutes while I waited. It was all cool to watch as they use a high tech camera sensor system and they show you how off your car was before the alignment. The car runs a lot more smoothly now after the alignment. It was $99 well spent.

It was my first visit, being recommended from another trusted shop. George was amazing and took very good care of me. My 4-wheel alignment and wheel/tire replacement was affordable and the work was done swiftly in a very clean and professional work space. Not only will I be back, but I'll also be recommended others. Great service! Went in for a wheel alignment. And adjustments are spot on. The steering wheel is firm and straight again.You have to call ahead to schedule an appointment. And the lift is lowered car friendly! First timers get a discount. So be sure to let them know.I will be coming back the next time I need adjustments in the future! Highly recommended!

Brought my Honda Accord in to get a high speed vibration addressed. Brandon looked at the car the day of the call and was able to address the issue. When he believed additional repairs were needed beyond the initial quote, he thoroughly explained the problem and the game me time to decide if I was okay with moving forward. He also provided pictures so I could verify what was improperly working. The labor rate and parts prices were also fair. Would definitely recommend this shop to others.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I called last minute on a Thursday to get a wheel alignment on my car and Brandon stayed late to get this done for me. Even though I got stuck in traffic on my way he waited and looked at my car right away. While I don't know a lot about cars, my brother did research and found that United Alignment got good reviews and they have the 'good machine' for testing alignment. I'm very pleased with my alignment and I highly recommend going there. They were fast and efficient, fairly priced and even helped me pull out of the driveway, lol!Service: Wheel alignment

George runs a FANTASTIC business. I could not speak more highly of him. He helped me buy a new set of tires, but they do all of the work here! I brought my Lexus to him for my 50K mile service, and he knocked off everything on the checklist flawlessly. He is reliable, transparent and I can't imagine taking my cars to anyone else.Not only is George a kind and hardworking family man, but he's also amazing at customer service and satisfaction. I only met two of his employees-- Brandon and Frank, but they both treated me so well. Additionally, they were respectful and fun. I'm a fan of United Alignment & Tire Center.Even the prices are right here, but based on the way he and his team treat me, I want to give them more of my money. Impressive.

The folks at United Alignment are experts, and even better, they are extremely nice and helpful. My girlfriend had her previous car serviced with the team dozens of times, and they've always found the most budget-conscious ways to go about servicing her car when she had a few major, unforeseen problems. Going there for a standard service is pleasant as well: if you make an appointment, they not only get you in and out quickly, but they update you immediately if they find something outside the scope of the original service. I truly appreciate their attention to detail, how well they communicate everything, how upfront they are about costs, and how respectfully they treat people, no matter what their experience level is with the inner workings of cars.

Great service very knowledgeable great alignment my car would shift to the left while driving they fixed that for me and I didn't even think it was going to be possible since my car had been on a accident before very satisfied with the alignment

I would highly recommend this auto repair place. I had just purchased a used, inexpensive Ford e350 van and I was worried that service would be very expensive for such a large van. But they sold me a spare tire, mounted and balanced for $40, which was good. I also needed a starter and they did a good job of replacing that. They even allowed me to bring my own part (the starter) and they installed it and they just charged me for the labor ($75 per hour). This saved me a considerable amount of money because I was able to get a starter at a discounted price. I also had time pressures, since I was leaving the area soon. They squeezed me in to accommodate my schedule.To me these folks seemed courteous and also knowledgeable. George, one of the main guys there, was very nice and helpful. And the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend United Alignment.

I can say my experience was great at United Alignment. George took care of me and took the extra time to ensure the job was done right. My truck had after market steering linkage and was lifted, most alignment places wont touch it because of all the extra work. George told me it was no problem, spent a lot of extra time on it got it done right and didn't even charge me extra. Thanks to everyone at United Alignment!

Needed an alignment and found this place through Yelp reviews. Friendly and quick service. I felt I got a good price and got honest service. Did not try to upsell me or push any services I didn't need. Will go back again if/when I need repairs or maintenance. Overall, was quite pleased and my truck finally got the repair it has needed for years.

Amazing customer service, the best I've experienced across all industries. Other companies should take a page from their playbook and learn what it means to run a human-centered, customer-focused business. George explained exactly how his team corrected the alignment on our 911, and the new tires are great! We will be back, you have a loyal new customer. Thank you George!

I have been coming to United Alignment for 17 years now, and this was the biggest job yet: I had the engine and many adjoining components replaced in my 1978 El Camino. They did an impeccable job as always! My truck looks like new under the hood and sounds great. They kept me posted on progress and sent photos along the way. So thankful to have found them so many years ago. I moved away from the Valley, but I still keep making the trip up to them since they offer high quality, honest, reliable, and well priced mechanic work. Thanks again to Nova, George, Frank, and the whole team at United Alignment!

This is the place to go. It may seem like a small garage but George is the definition of customer service. Did my alignment in 15 minutes. And he did a good job. I know because I watched him and I myself use to perform alignments. They have fair prices, good equipment, and a great staff. So I would and I have recommended them to everyone because I usually don't have a positive experience interacting with mechanics, most don't like it when you understand what they're talking about because they enjoy feeling superior, until now. So check these guys out and ask for George.

This was my first time there and the owner is super nice and listens to you almost kinda like a friend! I had my 1969 camaro aligned there and its true and straight, and it came with a before and after print out of all the degrees. Im a car guy and i know BS when i hear it. This is a NO BS place. I definitely recommend United Alignment! More cars to come!

Went to United to get an alignment and oil change on Toyota Highlander. As soon as I drove in George helped me out. He said they would take care of it and would be ready in about an hour. I asked him about prices and George explained all the prices upfront. Left the car went over to Dennys at the corner for breakfast came back in about an hour waited a few minutes and car was ready. This was my first time here. Very pleased ,George was very profesional no surprises didn't try to upsell anything said car was in great condition. I will be coming back here next time i need to. I highly recommend this shop. It's one of the few places where you leave feeling satisfied and not like you just got ripped off.

I found United Alignment & Tire Center from an ad Nova had posted requesting a seasoned technician back in late September of 2019. The ad promised a signing bonus of $500.00 if hired on full-time after a three week trial period. I worked there for two months, six days a week and never got the bonus. After that, I kept all of my paper checks as proof of employment because I was never asked to provide any personal information for tax purposes, despite my inquiries, so according to Nova's accounting ledger he could claim I was not an employee of his.My last week of employment at United Alignment was never paid to me. After multiple attempts of contacting Nova via email he claimed to be out of town, which is why he didn't respond. I went back to the shop in person to speak with Nova. It took multiple visits before he finally took the time to talk with me. After the third visit he assured me he would confirm the amount owed to me with his accountant and write the check. He did not give me the check on-site.The wasted trips to his shop and sending emails dragged on until Nova again claimed he would write my check and send it to me in the mail on Jan 29, 2020 which is also the last I have ever heard from him. I never received the check.I am an ASE certified technician and I have been in the automotive industry for 12 years. I was taught how to do things the right way and take the time necessary to complete a repair and service. I played by their rules and did what I was asked to do routinely with no hesitation until I was told multiple times to improperly "shim" the alignment wheel attachments to make the incorrect geometry of a vehicle appear to have been "adjusted" to the correct specification in order to save time. As long as the alignment readings showed up as "green" on the customer print outs and not "red" they were happy to take a customer's hard earned money, knowing it was not right.I find it extremely hard to believe someone as hands-on as Nova has no idea of what is going on in his shop that he takes so much pride in. If he is not aware of these conditions he is enabling them by cutting corners and demonstrating a complete lack of leadership and professionalism.

These guys won't take advantage of you. They are very thorough with describing what they recommend getting done, but also let you know what could wait until your next tune up (something that I really appreciate). Prices are very fair. I can't recommend United Alignment enough!

George is a really approachable, Honest and decent person. My daughter recently moved to LA and was having brake problems. We looked around for a reliable shop, and we are really happy to have found George and Universal. He did a thorough and honest inspection of the car (a VW Jetta), explained clearly what we needed to get fixed immediately and what could wait until a later time, and did an excellent job fixing brakes and other essential parts...we are really happy to have found George and this shop, and will definitely return for future repairs...

This is the second time I come here to get an alignment for my car and both times have been great. Prices were better than other places I called as well. George is a nice and friendly person, definitely give him a call.

Amazing service. They took me in as soon as I got there, and repaired my tire quickly. Think I spent a total of 10 minutes there, if even that long. Great price and super friendly as well. Definitely recommend.

My local mechanic tried to way overcharge me for the replacement of two struts. After some hunting on Yelp got a good quote from these guys and they were extremely good on communication both on the phone and through yelp.I arrived later than I said I would and they still completed the job by end of day like I needed.This is gonna be my first stop for my next issue.
