If you re going for oil change it s not bad, but don t get your car repaired here. I had work done that cost $1100 and after that I started hearing noises. Didn t think it was the same issue so I got new tires/balance and that wasn t the problem. Went elsewhere to get a diagnostic because here they charge $120. Turns out it s the same issue I had + more damage to other parts. So now I get to spend $2k more to fix it again.They use cheap parts, garbage warranty on parts & no warranty on labor. Other places offer warranty on parts & labor!Also, I was overcharged for 1 1/2 hrs of work which is about $150.Dropped my car off at 12pm, got a call at 4:30 that it was ready and charged me for 6 hrs of labor.

I've been coming here for 11 years, and I can confidently say it offers the best services, the best experience basically, the best of everything. I mean it when I say there's no other place I'd recommend. It deserves a solid 5 stars all the way.

Best repair shop I have ever been to. Yuri can fix anything. He's always polite, professional, and offers the best rate for parts and labor. if there was a 6th star I would give it. I ve been coming here for years. As of 5/10, I ll never go back due to be over charged and taken advantage of. Fiilter fee $10. Charged me twice for coolant top off, charged me for rear windshield wiper and only replaced the front wipers. He quoted me a $120 and when the service was supposedly rendered he charged me $257 for an oil change, filters, and front windshield wiper. Youri is the owner and is a dishonest man. I don t recommend this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Yuri is the Best. He does it all, and he's straight up legit!! He's been taking care of my family's cars for the last 10 years, and he's never once failed us!! Great Guy, and great mechanics working for him!!

DO NOT COME HERE. Came here last year and paid $80 for Oil change. Came back and there was a new guy there and he tried to charge me $200 for the same exact car. They literally try to charge as much as possible because they can. They even have a sign that says they start at $39. Literally charging me more than triple what is being marketed. What a joke.

Will be my new go to spot. Showed me the old oil and the new oil. Even checked the motor, belts, and let me know that everything was good. After viewing these bad reviews I've learned that people will go to extreme measures to burry someone and flat out lie . Quality lube has been my go to place in North hollywood since I started driving.. They are always honest and fair with there prices .. they offer quality work and Yourie is a master mechanic with knowledge that is impeccable. Yourie has diagnosed all my Cars and has always figured what was wrong like no other mechanic ..he always figures out whats wrong no matter how long it takes the price remains the same.. this is a honest business. I applaud him and his hard working crew.As you can see I am a certified Google local Guide , with a tract record unlike the previous reviews left out of pure spite .please disregard those reviews . Do not go!! The "good" reviews that this place has are obviously FAKE.This place sucks. I went there and the guy attending was so rude, didn't hear me at all while I was talking, didn't answer any of my questions because "I didn't pay anything to him yet" and told me that it would be $110 dollars to change the oil, which I end up doing in Burbank for $45!!And now looking at the reviews I see that I'm not the only one that experienced this situation.

This lube center is Excellent. Highly recommended it. Awesome services from basic oil change to filters, batteries, belt replacement, fuel injection etc... As for thier customer service I ve been there several times and not once have I ever had and issue. Every time someone works on my car each employee explains everything that is being done to my car. They are professional and show they know what they are doing. Of course, they recommend what s needed and explain to you and why, but they don t pressure you into extra charges. I ve worked in the service department for 5yrs at a big name brand manufacturer I won t say which one but it s great when mechanics show you what s under your hood. Why I don t go back to get my service done at the dealer two reasons. First: I moved and second: price.It s quality lube price is fair. Most service I ve done I paid more somewhere else. I always recommend to do research and check out reviews especially when it comes to your car. I am so glad I came across this place on yelp. Again excellent service.

They cheat and lie with pricing. Literally said for a Mini-cooper oil change is 165 justifying the oil price went up. Where at the Mini Cooper dealer is 99$ for the same service. Terrible customer service and take advantage of people and lie to them

This has been my go-to place for a couple of years now. Honest & helpful. One time I had a light come on I couldn't figure out - it was just the gas cap. They did a full car check even after finding that and didn't charge me anything for it.

The owner is very greedy! Tries to overcharge you on any repair! He replaced a plastic cooling system part that had broken and charged me more than double the VW mechanic would have charged and my engine light comes on after he finished and I have an oil leak! Took my car back and he had a bad attitude and didn t fix the problem! On oil changes he charges more and will try to charge you 4 times the price for an Air Filter! He also tries to charge you for unnecessary repairs! He is Scum and a Lowlife! Don t go there!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Unbelievable service. Came in today for an oil change and discovered my break pads were almost gone. The team tested out the replacements and they were wearing down within minutes. I couldn t be without my car unexpectedly, and they ran to get new breakpads from a local store and installed after business hours. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended. A+.

I called for pricing and when he said $25 I came straight over. This is the first place I've gone in Burbank that's cheap for real. One priced cheap but when you come it's more, or there are hidden fees. Not here. He asked what I wanted, and like 11 minutes later it was done, $26 after tax! I like these guys!

Pulled around back through the alley. Feller moved my car right in - oil change done in about 15 minutes. No appointment necessary. No hassle.

this place is an absolute delight to go to. they have a great waiting room, clean facility, knowledgeable staff, no force sale and pushy up sale at all. I would highly recommend this place for oil change and maintenance of your car.

Oil change was quick and the waiting was made easier by a clean comfortable waiting area. Oil was changed and all levels checked including air pressure in less than 30 minutes.

Yuri has taken care of my 2013 F150 since I bought it and is a pretty solid guy I highly recommended
