After being rear ended, my insurance company suggested Prime Auto Works and from the moment I called to the moment I drove off, it was a great experience. Sonia is amazing, she made the whole process easy and stress-free. They sent me text updates. They fixed the car quickly! My Mazda looked great and they washed it, tire dressing and all. Would recommend 100%

These guys are literally the best! I got into an accident on the 405 where someone hit the rear left side of my vehicle and left a lot of body and rim damage. I found Prime Auto Works online and they helped walk me through the entire process of how to go about doing this through my insurance. They guided me through the entire repair process, kept me updated, answered my calls nicely, and took great care of me. These guys push for OEM parts all of the time and do not cut corners when it comes to fixing up your car.As you can see from the photos, my car was damaged pretty badly. I had damage to my rear bumper, quarter panel, door, and rim. The total came out to $2337 in damage. They did an incredible job fixing the car to the point where it looks better than it did before I got into the accident (makes sense since the paint and clear coat and stuff were re-done).Prime Auto Works also hooked me up with a guy named Peter (owns A&A Auto Sound, aka IIA A&A Car Audio) who installed a super loud horn that I bought off of Amazon.Thank you guys so much!

I recommend this place for the kindness toward the costumers, for the responsibility of their job and gave me my vehicle before the estimated date, and for their quality in their job 10/10! They left my vehicle spotless and I thank Sonia the receptionist of the place she was very lovely and very kind thank you.

Of any review I ve ever submitted, this has to be, without a doubt, the most emphatic 100% recommendation I ve ever made. After a recent collision, my State Farm Insurance Agent strongly recommended that I have my car repaired by Prime Auto Works in North Hollywood. I have now found out why she did so. From the first time I spoke with her through today when she, along with the owner, Leon delivered my finished car right into my driveway, Sonia, from the front office, was as friendly, positive, responsive, and helpful as I could have expected or hoped for. She has made what has been a very stressful experience so much less so for me. Moreover, Leon has, as well, been friendly, helpful, and completely responsive when it came to providing answers to any questions I ve had about the repair process, and any other details I ve asked about. All of this in addition to the fact that the car was completely finished even a bit before the date that they had promised that it would be.How good a job was done on the repair? No less than excellent. Extremely impressive! And believe me, I took a long, hard, close look at he finished product after getting my car back.

10/10If you are thinking of going to a body shop that has great customer service and will repair you car in a timely manner please come here! Sonia and her team did a amazing job on my E350 after I got into a accident. Sonia and here team made me feel like my car was in good hands and I am forever grateful for the amazing service they provided. In addition to doing a fantastic and timely job on our car repair which would be enough for a 5-star review, this place gave us the best customer service experience we've ever had with any business. They went above and beyond to help us with the insurance claims, rental and transportation, and even extra tips about selling the car when the time came. They talked us out of doing extra work that we didn't need done which is the opposite of what you'd expect from a car repair place. If you're coming to a place like this it's likely you're dealing with some stress, but if you come to Prime that stress will be lessened as much as possible. I can't recommend this place enough.Oh and the price was incredibly reasonable as well!

Great work and friendly staff! I brought my car in for a bumper replacement which was completed within 3 business days. The car looks fantastic and they even washed the car and cleaned the headlights before I picked it up. They did fantastic work on my car. Furthermore, Sonia at the front desk was outstanding! She was extremely friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. She always knew the status of my car and went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. Totally blown away by the amazing customer service! Sonya kept me informed every step of the way as my car was repaired. She even got me a great rental car at a nearby Enterprise.As someone who s never had to go to a body shop for repairs, this place was awesome. They were fully transparent. They let me know exactly what they were going to do, and how long it would take. Their estimate on how long it would take was very accurate! My car was ready in a little over 2 weeks. Highly highly recommend!

Prime. Auto Works is the best! I had body work from an accident that had to be done not only were they prompt and had it done within a week so professional. The owner Andrew is a gem as well as the front desk receptionist. I believe her name is Sonya. Top-notch service in the North Hollywood area. I could not be more pleased. I feel like I m in a brand new car again lol. My Lexus was shining when I came to pick it up. Thanks guys!Service: Body & Trim

Top auto body shop! They did an amazing job in a short time. All the staff was helpful and very friendly. They took care of all the insurance paperwork and car rental etc. A great surprise the warmth of that place, thanks to its receptionist Sonia.

I went in today as this was the closest body shop referred to by State farm. I had already gone to a previous place to get an estimate, as I am not at fault. I came here to also get an estimate to compare. When I walked in I saw that the receptionist was busy. I was greeted. I let her know that I wanted to get an estimate and she immediately said they don't do that. I told her I wanted to get something in writing. She said they don't do that and that I would have to schedule an appointment to get my car repaired, and that their next appointment was until 2 months from now. Right, so I'm not in a hurry to fix my car as it's merely cosmetic. She asked for my last and first name. I asked if I would get a confirmation email or written confirmation for my appointment. Again, she said they don't do that. Well what do you and how are you even running a business without paperwork or something written? How do you expect someone to bring their car for repairs without even looking and inspecting the car before doing so? Just ridiculous.

Awesome people to deal with. They have repaired my Tahoe, my dads Tundra, my moms rav4 and my sister in laws accord. Amazing work and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Billy and Eli are awesome, always keeping you in the loop on status of the vehicle and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Will definitely continue bringing business to this shop. Definitely satisfied with their work and reliability

I am extremely happy with the job Prime Auto Works did on the repair of my Togota Highlander. They were fast, efficient, and very customer oriented. I am very happy with the end result - they did an excellent job with the repairs and were very easy to deal with.

I have been coming to this place for over 20 years. Its one of those family owned and runned business from father-to-son where professional craft is learned. Always have had exceptional service for all my cars that I have brought there (BMW, Mercedes - and even Ford lol!). I have referred numerous friends and colleagues to this place. Great paint jobs, finish, attention to detail. I'm meticulous when it comes to my cars especially my more expensive ones, and the quality of work has lead me to write a great review here!TRUST ME YOU'LL BE HAPPY.

Referred by State Farm. Wanted all the dings and dents out. Told him do whatever you need to to make my wife happy.They did both sides of the car, detailed and bought new car mats $2100.00. He did fix the brakes which nobody could seem to fix (good job). But he argued it was my fault for not understanding what it was that he was doing? Again, fix it all so my wife is happy - she was not.I was hoping he was going to make an adjustment, he just argued that he did the work and no adjustment. I own a business with 12 vehicles, he just lost all of them. My agent gives him tens of thousands of dollars in business. After I told this to him - not happy either:(

I couldn't recommend Andrew and the team at Prime Auto Works more. They're professional, local, and provide an insane value compared to others. They were so nice and helpful! I came to this place even though it was a little out of the way because of the good reviews and I was not dissapointed! They did some work on my car they didn't even have to do for free and wouldn't even let me tip them! I highly recommend this place!
