**Review for the Collision Body Shop**Thank you Georgina & the Toyota NoHo crew! Post-accident, both my Lexus passenger side doors were wrecked. My insurance company recommended Toyota NoHo for the repairs.I dropped my car off on 11/28/2023 and was given an estimated completion date of 12/13/2023.Fast forward to yesterday 12/7, the shop called to let me know repairs were all done and my car was ready for pick up **1 week early!!**My car doors look even better than brand new! I am extremely pleased with the results. *The photos speak for themselves.Thank you again, Toyota NoHo for the 5-star experience!

I brought my 4Runner here after it was hit by an Amazon van. The service provided was accommodating and swift. Jon even ordered the parts ahead of me dropping my car off ensuring that my car's downtime was kept to a minimum. I brought in my 2023 Toyota Camry for a fender repair. I had one of the best experiences working with Gigi who helped me get my car in and out of the shop fast and easy. No one really likes going to a Body Shop, But I just had one of the best experiences at a Body Shop EVER! I had to get some warranty paint problems fixed and they ended up repainting the whole car! Amazing! Both Cesar and Richard really took great care of me from drop off to pick up! It seemed effortless! And my 2016 Corolla looks Brand New! Thanks again to Toyota Of N. Jon was a great guy for the first call and to receive my vehicle. But I had a problem after they "fixed" my car and didn't answer or support me. They just want your money and don't answer anymore. Nor recommend

Had an amazing experience here, and I must thank Hector Contreras for the help and their amazing mechanics that helped with the repair. Got rear-ended in a hit an run incident, and my insurance recommended this auto body shop. The receptionist was nice and informative. Hector was the one who helped me with the repair situation and estimate, along with how long it would take. The repairs took about a week and a half. He also kept me updated with everything that was going on, and thankfully, when I asked for an update, my car was ready for pick up later that day. Thank you guys so much, and if you are really having second thoughts about this place, don't this is the spot to go to.

I usually don't write reviews but I had no choice but to write one after a terrible experience that I had to go through even after car accident. Having my brand new car didn't want to take to any other body shop because I wanted to get it done right by authorized Toyota body shop although I did find other body shops nearby but I choose to pick them but the process was so painful after seeing the car they charged for parts that they didn't even put on and didn't even fix the car properly. I took there multiple times to have them look at it just followed the protocol didn't complain. Had to take some time off from work to even drop of the car after they try to fix it. Everytime I took it back they made it worse caused more issues with the car. If you don't want to go through the mental stress after the accident do save yourself time and just take it local body shop instead that has good reputation.

I highly recommend Toyota of north hollywood body shop I had a great experience with Georgina great customer service and communication. They made it smooth and simple. Future customers beware the advertising at the body shop is misleading Keep your Toyota a Toyota it should be more like Keep your Toyota with aftermarket parts Never again will I take my business to this body shop. It took over 2 months for the car to be ready. Accident wasn t my fault but went through my insurance and being a 2021 car I felt the car deserved to have OEM original parts not aftermarket. Pretty much every single part was aftermarket. At the time of accident only one of the headlights got damaged but they ended up changing both and guess what they re aftermarket and they are a safety hazard when driving at night that I can t see the lanes or fall into potholes. I don t get the same illumination from the aftermarket headlights that were installed. Yet they kept my other perfectly fine OEM headlight. Not happy with the work door not aligned properly can t adjust my steering wheel a lot of things that need to be addressed. Horrible communication don t get updated frequently on the status of the car. Runway from this body shop please I m sure there s better options out there.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

My car needed significant repairs after a collision and my insurance recommended this body shop. I got a call from John right away to talk everything over with me, and then he got back to me one day later to let me know that the car was repairable and what the quote would be. They estimated about two weeks, but they finished about a week ahead of schedule! John kept me completely updated during the process and he and everyone else I spoke to there was extremely kind and polite.They also seemed to be taking COVID seriously, spraying down the pens with Lysol after I used them and wearing protective gear (booties, gloves, mask, and plastic over seat) when they drove my car around for pick up.I picked up the car this morning and it looks perfect, as good as new and perfectly clean inside and out. It seems to be running beautifully. You would never know it had been in an accident!I truly have never had such a good experience with a body shop and will never take my car anywhere else! It was everything I could have possibly wanted service-wise. Thank you North Hollywood Toyota (and John in particular)! Keep up the good work. :)

Rear window repair not done right, leaking water internal and caused water damaged electrical problems. Would not know If not for all the rain we had. I took my brand new SUV into dealership having electrical issues, paid for diagnostic to tell me that their was damage to my rear window. I regret I choosed toyota body shop while I had other choices. I am afraid to take it back ,not trusting them.

I couldn t recommend this certified Toyota Collision center more. Jon and the team there are incredibly fast and detailed in there work. I received updates 2 times a week on my 2020 Tacoma that was in for fender bender. They worked with the AAA insurance I was going through and made sure to replace everything with new genuine Toyota parts. They replaced one of the side panels to my truck and matched the paint perfectly. To top it off they detailed the inside and outside of the vehicle before getting it back to me. I couldn t be happier! 10 out of 10. If you are looking for a place to get genuine Toyota service this is a fantastic option.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had an appointment for an estimate after getting into an accident. Went in on a Saturday and the person helping (Georgina Lara) did the estimate and said she would call me back within a couple days. 2 weeks later and still no update from her. I called back multiple times and left messages and still nothing. The last time I called I got through to her only for her to tell me that s she s taking a test while on her break and that she would call me back. She never did. Horrible customer service. All I m asking for is an update on my estimate after 2 weeks. Avoid her and use a different rep.

They gave a bad estimate. Dont respond. Did not properly inspect vehicle. I brought my car here because insurance recommend and I did not want to be hassled and cheated. Boy was i wrong. I will never deal with this shop. Ever. Wasted weeks of my time.

AAA recommended this collision center to repair my Chevy. Had used this body shop after a previous accident but this occasion the service was exceptional. Jon Semerdjian and team promptly completed repairs and thoroughly cleaned interior and exterior (even key fob) like new.

Great service! I got in a fender bender and took my car to the body shop that's across the street from the dealership. This shop reinforces why I trust Toyota people to work on my car more than any other body shop. Armando is the one helped me out. His communication was excellent and walked me trough the whole process. Got my car back and it looks brand new again. I highly recommend getting your car taken care of here and if you do, talk to Armando. He's the man.

Professional, kind and honest. Another shop told me that my car was totaled and tried to rip me off. After my insurance recommended that I go here I was so happy. My car was here for over 2 weeks and they called me with regular updates on the status so I could plan ahead.

Excellent body shop. I won't go anywhere else. They fixed my truck and left it brand new. Jon was extremely helpful and kind. He gave us updates and was very easy to work with. Easy in, easy out, and they were very upfront about everything. If I have a minor quibble, it's that my car took a day longer than originally promised. However, since I have a particularly rare model of Toyota and the repairs required priming and painting of a part, I'm not too upset.For one thing, my car looks better now than it did when I bought it. For another, a minor piece of trim that was broken when I bought the car and which vanished months ago (probably due to winds on the freeway) was replaced. So... I got the car back in even better condition than when I brought it in.On top of that, the body shop called in the rental for me, to the best rental agency in NoHo, and their communications were clear and specific. No surprises, no hidden fees, no messing around.If you own a Toyota and need body work or insurance repair after a collision, this is the place to go. They're honest, upfront, and they do damn good work.My only complaint -- but it's the same complaint I have after anyone not me drives my car (mechanic, valet attendant, etc.) is that I got the car back with the mirrors and seat set in "short person" mode. But that's just a tall person's problem.Otherwise... have a Toyota? Need body work? Then you'd be stupid not to go here if it's in driving distance.

Replaced a bumper on a brand new Prius. Bumper is crooked and over all looks bad. Explained that it did not look straight and was given bad excuses. "It's just plastic" and that it "will settle with time". They also caused damage to one of my doors and refused to acknowledge or fix any issues. Poor service. Poor performance and poor customer service. It's another sketchy body shop even though they claim to be Toyota quality.

Such a POS business. Never trust your rides with this company. It took them almost 3 weeks to fix minor damage that we had to argue with hector about fixing as they only fixed some damages from the accident. On the 3rd time we came to pick up the ride they fixed the damage done from the accident however there was damage done to the paint in the same spot and refused to fix it. We had to threaten to sue them and they also refused to pay for our rental car for the time that they took to fix our ride. Shady shady shady... Go to VICTORY AUTO BODY AND PAINT if you want a great fix and speedy service .

I got an estimate from this location on getting my cars bumper fixed last week. I decided to leave to fix this morning going through the insurance and now they say they can't fixed it because my bumper is after market. They didn't mentioned anything last week. I had to go to Caliber Collision to get it fixed. Oh and it's a Scion XB, a brand within this company.

My car was in an accident and I had the body repaired here. Overall they did an ok job. The panel is noticeably a different shade than the rest of the car but not worth bringing in to redo. Communication about when the car will be ready was spotty. When I picked up the car the lady at the counter was mildly racist.

I cant say enough about how well I was treated at the facility. I was emailed daily about the progress of my car repair and they let me know exactly how much each repair was going to cost. They made having an accident with an uninsured motorist very easy for me.

I've brought multiple cars here over the years, and the service is always top notch. Best to make an appointment, but they might be able to squeeze you in if you drop in. Their work is guaranteed, and you car will come out good as new, maybe even better than before the accident that caused you to need their services.

Richard Cruz and Toyota NoHo Body Shop crew did an amazing job of repairing my Toyota Matrix XRS and exceeded my expectations. The Toyota NoHo Body Shop crew were very polite, casual, hospitable and comfortable to work with. The phone and email communication and updates were timely and thorough. I would highly recommend this shop if you want professional quality repair. I feel they went above and beyond to perform an excellent repair on my vehicle. Big kudos to Toyota NoHo!!

So I ended up paying for repair of 3rd party accident out of pocket. The car was estimated to be repaired for $X, xxxx amount, but after looking onto estimate I saw that they use MSRP on their estimates for all parts, but their own website sells the same parts for 15-20% cheaper. When I asked the estimator about this, he said that Toyota always uses MSRP for parts. Doesn't make sense. And yes, your repair is severely overpriced. Whatever can be done for 1,500-2,500 elsewhere, you charge all the way up to 4500... Enough said.

I came in for an estimate because my insurance sent me here. They refused to do estimate for geico, take geico insurance or do warranty claims. Very strange and hostile place.
