I m a tough customer to please and I think they re the best Mercedes Sprinter body shop in LA because they have a tall paint bay, great service, communication and quality. Super friendly, professional and knowledgable staff. They work on high line cars mainly and they re Mercedes certified - which means that they don t repair panels. They replace them with OEM parts only and the dealer service dept has to inspect the completed work. In a world of bottom line consciousness, it s rare to find a good body shop like this. Thanks Leo!

Masters in the art of collision repair!!!Excellent customer service, superior repairs, timely updates and just an all around professional team!These gentlemen have worked on my E450 Mercedes a few times and there is no other shop I trust to do the work! Every single time the work is complete; I cannot even remember where the damage was done.They are truly masters in their craft from the front desk to the body shop .. these guys are terrific. Great job done on my car. Great customer service. The body work and paint - the car looks great. I feel safe knowing LA Collision center is Mercedes Benz certified and the work is guaranteed for life. The weekly updates were very much appreciated.I also really appreciated Leo and all his support considering post-pandemic everything is taking longer than before Covid.Leo, Kevin, and the woman at the front desk were all accommodating, supportive and professional. Absolutely amazing experience. Be prepared to wait a bit due to brand new parts and AMAZING work but well worth the wait. Autobody shop does a great job at updating you throughout the process. Special shout-out to Leo for being very empathetic and responsive throughout the process. Car returned basically brand new again!!! I would like to thank this business for completing work on my vehicle. This situation is very unfortunate to happen to someone, but I m relieved I was recommended to utilize their business. Once I received my vehicle, it felt surreal cause it did not look like there were any previous damages. I also appreciate the weekly updates from Sean! This was my first vehicle accident so I was skeptical on anyone trying to help me out. I m happy with the results and I m sure anyone else will be. This place is Top Notch! Jack, the service rep and Mike, the owner, are fantastic! I brought in a leased car with body damage just one month prior to the leasing being up. I was extremely worried about getting docked by the leasing company, but thanks to the stellar work performed by the team at this body shop, my car passed the inspection with flying colors. It s no secret that it is hard to find a good body shop; one that is transparent and can trusted to take care of one s car as if it was their own. Whilst I would have rather avoided having to deal with car damage, the upside is that I came across this body shop. This place comes highly recommended!

Got into an accident. The right side and right end of the Vehicle got damaged. I was referred to LA Collision Center. Had unbelievable experience. Brought in my Corvette z06, all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they kept me up to date on the entire process, worked fast and efficiently, were available whenever I needed them, and even threw in some extra service, free of charge, definitely recommend them! Would not mind returning at all for anything additional I would need.

Amazing service, clean shop. Our car had pretty bad damage on the drivers side but they finished work in 3 days. Speedy service and great customer service. Highly recommend this shop.
