These guys are scam artists. I called them to see if they would patch my tire because there was a screw in it. They said come on down. When I got there it was pure bait and switch. Said they couldn't do it because the tire was over 3 years old. I had the receipt showing it was 2 years, 6 months. Nope, still wouldn't do it. Tried to sell me a new tire. "Corporate policy" he said. Yes, I'm sure it IS their policy to try to rip people off. DO NOT GO HERE. Use Ron's down the street. I only came here because Ron's was closed. I will wait and deal with somebody HONEST.

Good small tire shop. Best prices I ve found in the valley. Might have to order tires if they don t have in stock but you can t find a better deal

Very bad experience guy name Antonio Jacinto he s very rude and very disrespectful guy he don t know how to talk with the customer !!! I have a three-year alignment plan with them and when I go to get it done he was keep giving me excuses !!! First he said it s will take few minutes to get it done!! Then he said it s will take around 3 hours I said okay no problem I will wait then he said you have a plan with us but it s only covered once a 6 months but when I both it they said it s unlimited he is totally free sitting doing noting he don t want to to the service and top of that he is so loud and rude with me I have terrible experience with them !!!! I NEVER GOING BACK !!!!! Horrible service ever with JUST TIERS they Literally Misguide and STEEL MONEY TO selling their policies 4708 Lankershim Blvd ,North Hollywood,CA 91602 Horrible

I was in need of a new tire and went to Just Tires in North Hollywood. I was assisted by Antonio and Jorge. Both men are professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and attentive. When you are in need of tires, I recommend you see these guys. Great customer service.

I wish I could give 0 stars AVOID AT ALL COSTSI had a nail in my tire that caused a bad flat one in the area so I had no other choice but to come here.It took them half a day to change 1 tire and they OVERINFLATED all tires, so fast forward a few days later my car burst a rear tire, and I lost control while turning on the F-in highway. My car spin over and down a hill backwards into traffic and down a hill backwards. These people almost totalled my car and I am lucky to be alive.

The customer service at the front desk was great. (Big ups to Lana.) Communicative and friendly. Honestly. Super nice. But they don t seem to be too concerned about time, at least not at this location. I made an appointment for a tire installation at 12PM. Thank everything that I didn t have anything else planned for the day. They didn t even touch my car until around 2PM. I finally left at 3:15PM.

So upon recommendation, I went into JustTires for four new tires. I was expecting, as with some auto shops,that they would suggest a plethora of services. Well, much to my surprise not only did they give me a discount on my tire service, Lana only recommended one additional car repair (something I knew I needed anyway). That was all. She was upfront with costs, honest and very thorough. During my boot replacement, the mechanic Chris called me and said he had only minor corrections to the initial diagnosis (nothing that required additional costs). My car was ready at the exact time he predicted and he managed to get my costs lower than the estimate. Outstanding, detailed oriented service and I will be back for other car necessities. Highly recommend!

I m never going to the Noho Lankershim location again or back to this company as a whole. Every time I walk in this place it seems I have to bring my vehicle right back for something that they worked on previously. I walked in the Lankershim location at 10 am and was told it would take 3 hours to get new rotors that was supposed to be already fixed. After waiting for an hour I decided to call a ride. After 5 hrs I still hadn t gotten a call and decided to return to the shop only to find my car still isn t finished. I wait in the lobby for 20 minutes to speak to someone because there was someone else in front of me. Now it s my turn to talk to the associate named Chris Forster. He remembers me from earlier and doesn t want to assist me because he knew I was going to ask him about my car (at least I hope that is the reason and not another reason that I m not going to mention). Instead, he tells me to step a side because he is going to take the guy behind me and then tells me to go outside and ask Alejandro when my car will be finished because he is not the one who helped me earlier. I walk outside to ask Alejandro when my car will be finished and he tells me 30 minutes. After an additional hour I am finally able to retrieve my car. In totality this place had my vehicle for 6 hours. It is unacceptable, disrespectful and utterly distasteful to be treated in such a way especially when I m spending about a thousand dollars with this establishment. I am highly disappointed. As a customer I shouldn t be dismissed and told to step aside before even hearing or asking me what I needed when I am next in line. I wouldn t have written a review if he would ve attended to me. The situation could ve easily been alleviated.

Got a nail in my tire (I have run flat tires), came to the shop to take care of it and was told there that run flat tires can't be fixed and I needed new tires (even though I got new tires few months ago). Technician told me that he didn't even need to see what was wrong with my tire, he went straight to the up-sale. Super annoying approach, stay away from that place.

I have to give Just Tires at the North Hollywood location, Five Stars. Specifically, for the store manager Luis Barajas. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and had terrific customer service. I will be a loyal customer for now on.

Well I gave them my Cadillac to fix my shocks in the beginning it was cool experience guy was nice on phone . Didn t know if my car took struts or shocks but they told me bring it in to see exactly what s issue. They said to leave car in I did they call me back 45mins later said it was shocks in it was going cost $780 in the said they call there stock to see if they can bring part in place was in riverside somewhere. It was only like 1 pm in they said they have it done same day by closing in they told me the people couldn t bring it in time . After 4hours I had to leave my car in they said next morning it be here in done . But I walk over in it was still no parts in my car was still sitting there. Second day for a 4hour job at most . But now they said my shocks missing screws in they got to locate them. So they call Cadillac in got screws this was at 12pm in now they said they was working on screwing everything in screws broke again in now the dealership said tomorrow there have more this is going be third day . They have my car in it s rainy in flooding in I need my car get money so . Missed out on $1200 dollars In wages right before Christmas In make it worst I payed ahead of time after they Guarantee they ll be done.

This place is great! We needed a tire ASAP because we had a long drive, but my tire was not in stock and would not arrive for three days. The store manager, Lana Turner (no joke!), gave me a temporary tire until my desired tire arrives. She even transferred my info from another Just Tires and looked up and called about my tire insurance since I did not have the paperwork. Friendly service and a manager that goes that extra mile! There is also a nice air conditioned waiting area with free K cups coffee, and super clean restrooms.

Had a great experience at JustTires this morning. First off, when I called, Lana was so pleasant and informative on the phone and encouraged me to drop by, even though they were having a busy day. When I got there it was clear that Lana was taking charge with a lot of duties at once and did not let it sweat her. She continued to acknowledge my presence and apologize for my wait, even though I barely had to wait. On a whole, Lana was extremely thorough and on the ball with all of her duties - great job Lana you made it a very pleasant Monday morning visit and also left me at ease knowing my car is in good hands.

I showed up before opening, there were no cars in the garage or the parking lot. I was the first customer and only needed an Uber inspection. It took 35 minutes. I ve been an Uber driver for 6 years, it has never taken more than 15 minutes. They failed me and said my rear tires didn t meet the minimum requirement. Fair enough, I ve had that happen before. It took them two and a half hours to replace two tires that they had on hand. How do you do that? It s beyond me. I could ve saved $100 and an hour by driving to my regular tire shop and driving back for the inspection. Incompetence in its most raw form. Don t go here.

I have been coming to my local Just Tires for many years. I thought it was time to acknowledge their best employee, Alfonso. He takes such good care of my cars and always goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy. We all need more people like Alfonso you actually care...

Service is super friendly! They always have room and time for me. I go here mostly for oil changes, and it's done (usually) in about an hour and a half. I even had my car towed there for battery maintenance and the technicians were very helpful in helping me find and get the right parts to do that repair! Definitely my go to for basic services!!!

One of my tires was constantly losing air, and after two unhelpful trips to Toyota I was referred here. The customer service was great, and despite not initially knowing what the issue was, the staff did a thorough inspection to find the root of the problem and actually fix it rather than re-inflating the tire yet again. They walked me through the entire process and explained what exactly needed to be fixed and what I would be charged for. Toyota told me that the only thing they could do for me was put a brand new tire on the car, but Just Tires was able to resolve the issue for less than Toyota wanted to charge me for an inspection. If I have any additional issues I ll be back! Jesus was extremely helpful.

Went in for a new tire and couldn't have had a better experience. Lana was incredibly nice and helpful. The whole job was done in under 2 hours, and they called me promptly when it was done. I'll go here anytime I need a new tire

VERY disappointed.I made an appointment that was their convenience for MY time.However during MY time the mickey mouse mechanic tended to drive in customers.MY simple tires installation ended up taking 2 and 1/2 HOURS.DON'T go there. At least NOT there on Lankershim

Had a what looked like a big nail in my tire. The employee was very upfront that it may need to be replaced and not patched. He was very upfront about how long it would take to evaluate and called when it was ready. Turned out the nail didn't puncture the tire and no service was needed. Free tire check.

I went to just tires to get my 4 wheels re-balanced / 1 of those wheels swapped onto a new rim I brought. So I decided to go on a Friday while I was on my lunch because I thought it would be quick. Especially since I called ahead of time and was told that they were only working on one car. I stopped by explained what I needed but before they even started working on my car they took about 30 minutes just to fill out paperwork for the job and then told me to come back in one hour 1/2. I was disappointed especially because they expect everyone to wait. So I left and decided to come in Sunday morning 15 minutes before they opened and got my work done on my vehicle but still took about 1 hour to complete. During that time I always watch and the only speculation I had was on the wheel I was changing the rim on. I checked all my wheels before arriving at the shop for nails for punctures. So they called me back inside for something doing with the paperwork while I was watching the work, then all of a sudden started to tell me that the tire had a nail and showed me in addition to saying it was leaking air and for my safety they recommended me to fix it for 24 dollars but I declined. Later that day my tire was flat so I decided to take it to a tire shop I ve always gone to just to figure out what just tires actually did to me. My regular tire shop friend did the work in front of me and showed me that the metal piece in the tread was just a metal stub that was about 2 cm long which wasn t the leak that Just tires claimed which off the bat I think was planted and to back up my case he furthered investigated where the leak was coming from and comes to find out that when they put my tire on the new rim they didn t put the rubber seal for the valve stem. There for I can say that they tried to take me for a fool and knew I would get a flat and come back to them. So my overall experiences with this just tires shop wasn t a place I would return to. Just make sure you know what you need done and always watch.

Lana, Jorge and Fernel went above and beyond for us last week. They stayed late to make sure I would have my car ready same day, as my work had me traveling first thing the next morning. They truly cared about making sure I was taken care of and it meant so much to us. Thank you Lana Jorge and Fernel! You saved us big time!

I have been coming to this location for years because of the awesome and informative service I always receive. Today was no exception! In and out with a tuned up vehicle in a matter of about an hour and a half with a detailed list in order of things I should consider for a next visit. (My car is a bit of a fixer upper). This is a great and trusted place to bring in your car!

This is the first time I ve ever written a review, but I feel like I need to warn people about their incompetence. I brought my car in for a tire to be patched and an oil change at 9:52 am. I was quoted 2 hours. 6 hours later I was called and told they didn t have the appropriate key for my BMW tires and that there was never an oil change scheduled. Needless to say, I picked up my car and took it somewhere else. Heed my warning, never take your car here.

Not for the first time a small nail to the side magically appears in one of the other tires, this time with a small fresh sidecut to boot. especially since the dealership had inspected all 4 tires 2 days earlier, it s clear that these guys have no control in trying to make you pay for more things

I turned too tight and hit the curb and popped my tire. I m a Lyft driver. I had a fare. We had arrived where he was picking up his car and thankfully Just Tires was literally across the street. There were 2 people ahead of me in line, Lana took good care of me in the front, and the guys had a new tire on my car in less than an hr.

I had a really annoying time with the logistics of trying to get a nail out of my tire (the tire lock keys were never given to me when I purchased my car) but the folks at Just Tires eased my pain. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Shout out to Lana Turner! She hooked me up with exceptional service.

They told me it would be 20 to patch my tire when I push my wheel for one mile and finally got there. They said they couldn't do it because they didn't want to scratch my wheel. But they would sell me a new tire that cost $473.00. they hate whitey
