I used to take my car to the BMW service center, thinking they do a good job. But now I take it to Hollywood Auto Center in North Hollywood for my full service, oil change, brakes, tires, everything! They do a way better job than BMW and their staff is more experienced and knowledgeable. I don't have to worry about them messing things up as they do so often at the dealer and their prices were significantly lower. Glad to have found this place. I recommend them to anyone looking for a higher level of service, better quality, and extra money saved for other things. Thanks!

They are amazing! Just simply incredible. Best body shop on the planet and I am not exaggerating. They make you feel so comfortable and just like family. They take care of it all with empathy and professionalism. I was in tears because I just got into a car accident on the hwy a month after having my BMW. Someone hit me. They got it covered and taken care of in such lightening speed it was truly wonderful. Thank you for making this grueling process so easy and just like a piece of cake. Everyone needs to visit them if they need any body shop work done. I can't thank you guys enough for everything really and truly. The staff and Ashley are just out of this world with best top notch customer service.

If you're looking for a shop to take your car in for any service, this is the place to go. I've been bringing my cars here for over 15 years. The office staff is very professional, the mechanics are amazing, the overall service is super efficient, and prices are very reasonable. You've never seen a mechanic shop like this before. You have to see it to believe it. Special thanks to the owner, Sean and the girls up front - (Betty and Ashley) - Oops, almost forgot about Ruben and Suzan. ***** 5 Stars all the way. These guys really do know what they are doing.

Been going here for almost 5 years. They ve, without fail, been amazing. I can walk in months apart and Reuben always seems to remember the history of my vehicle the moment I walk in. He explains the issues, never pushes repairs on me, and always tells me what I need to do now vs what can wait. They ve always been more than fair with what they charge, and I haven t been to another mechanic since I started coming here. Can t recommend highly enough.

Bought a car 2 months ago here--This place started as a mechanic shop--which tells you that they are NOT in the business of buying lemons at auctions and peddling them, like most other dealers. Their cars allcome with good history, checked out and inspected. I'm so happy with mine--great car, good deal. You can trust this shop!

I was scammed. I bought a used Volvo, and it worked for maybe 5 mnths. Finally after taking it back to Reuben who is just as guilty as the rest, I had to sign an agreement I would not bring it backFast forward to a real mechanic looking at it who said oh I have had at least 5-7 cars from Hollywood auto come in.. The car I purchased has a salvaged battery and the engine is destroyed! 5700$ repair! And they knew it, Reuben knew it Betty and Ashley knew it a scam.My mechanic said whoever soldMe that car is a crookBBB COMPLAINT Is coming

I followed Ruben from years ago when he was in Glendale. Excellent, honest service, good advice, fair prices, convenient Sat hours. They also sell cars but I have no experience with that side (and am in no rush to experience it anywhere)...

Great customer service. I went there for a repair on my car. They made the process so easy. Had my diagnostic during the week and car repaired by Saturday afternoon. It's my new go-to spot.My friend wants to buy a car and I'm suggesting he go there :)

Bought a Mercedes a month ago Anthony and Rubin were great. Anthony promised to get me spare tire and jack and they fullfiled that promise.Car is great.These are great people to do business with!!!
