Today was a positive but also a disappointing experience. I came in to repair a newly installed tire that leaked air from the first week installed. I kept putting air on it for about 2 months, I brought the car the store that sold me the tire and found no leak (they could not trace) I was told me to return the following week to check the tire for air pressure loss, I brought it a week later (the 2nd time) and air pressure was lower, the leak was found and I was assured the tire air leak was repaired . Tire got flat again! I brought the car a the 3rd time (about a month later) to be told that the tire was damaged in the inside and a replacement was ordered.The Firestone tire warranty could not be used because they were unsure of the cause of damage. My common sense is that tire was damaged while mounting it, the machine could have caused to tear when mounting bracket causing it to leak from start. See pictures.They instead sold me a new tire with road hazard insurance and didn't accept responsibility of the damage to the tire. I strongly disagree and disappointed that I had to pay for another tire ($195) that should had been replaced for free under the 50.000 mile s warranty. I don't think this was a fair deal at all.I hope someone reviews this situation and reaches out to this unhappy loyal customer!

Fast and friendly service, I couldn t be happier. I had a flat tire, this location had me in and out in 30 minutes. The sales guy Alex was very helpful and respectful and the shop guys were super quick. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants fast and quality service.

I had an unexpected flat tire and had to leave for work in 45 minutes. I had no appointment and drove to Firestone in North Hollywood to see if they could help. They saw me right away and fixed my tire in less than 30 minutes and I was able to get to work on time. That was very satisfying.

Honest, transparent and helpful! While my car needed some extra work (not surprising as I bought it at 190k miles and it s now at 203k) the master techs walked me around the vehicle showing the recommended work all necessary as I value getting the most miles out of all my vehicles and understand older vehicle maintenance. The other team members kindly handled all my other questions and I now have a 6 month deferred interest way to easily pay for the service. Thanks Andy, Alex, Alex, Ricardo and others!

Don t go there unless you want to get scammed. My cars tire got nail. Just needed a little patch. When take my car to Firestone. They inspect my car and said, my cars tire is totally damaged it is can not be fixed. And I need to buy a new tire. I asked them how much for a tire. They said it was $138 for a single tire. After hearing that I asked them if they have any used tire. They said no. Then I told them to give me my car back. They asked me wait 5 minutes. After 5 minutes. They said got another cheaper tire for $78. I told them, I don t want it. Just give my car back. After that I drove few blocks. And fixed my tire for $15 from other place.They gonna scam you with a smile face. Their tire price dropped $138 to $78. And they lie about my tire that it can t get fixed.

Came here for a $10 A/C diagnostic and was told my blower motor was bad and they could do the job for $300 plus.The blower motor was indeed not bad at all, instead, the blower motor switch was bad. $95 later, O'Reilly auto parts and YouTube saved the day.Avoid these crooks at all costs. Never again.

This people are truly horrible!! Do not waste your time coming here. Appointments are pointless as you will still have to wait all day for your car to be ready or for them to call you. I dont understand how they even have business!

Would not recommend this location at all. I visited about 3 weeks ago to get 2 new rear tires installed along with an alignment. First I see on my dash cam that they went in 4 different drives in my car? Why ? Then of course they scratched my wheels and my calipers and black wheels!. Have no respect for other people s property. They also did such a bad job on the alignment that I had to take it to another location to get it redone.

I'd been having an issue with my tire sensor since a different Firestone had replaced a tire for me and I'd been to 2 different Firestone locations before coming into the North Hollywood location with the same problem. Here, they finally told me what the problem was! The first Firestone location had replaced my tire with the incorrect size tire, than what was on my vehicle. They'd gone strictly off the books and placed a smaller tire (which goes with my auto), but never bothered to LOOK at the existing other 4 tires, in order to match them. I am thankful that finally someone here had the intelligence to check that, besides just the tire pressure. I needed a larger size tire so that my sensor would stop going off. Go figure.

When I was here for my vehicle inspection, they put the wrong number on my vehicle mileage, and then Uber doesn t accept it very unprofessional

This review is on behalf of my mom. She had a very positive experience here when she needed a tire replacement.Christian was the person who helped her out and went out of his way to deliver excellent service. They didn't have the tire in stock, so he ordered it and also installed it himself. This will definitely be her go to place for the future.Service: Tires

Scam place AVOID at all Costs!.. I went there for an inspection and just had my oil changed someplace else a few weeks before, but they said I needed to change it.. im like did you look at the sticker on the windshield? It says next change 51,000, I'm only at 46,800! Scam artists.. So then they said my battery is bad and needs to be replaced.. its brand new as I just got it 1.5 months ago in mid October.. they showed me the ticket saying replace batter as its only at 256cca out of 550cca.. I left and went to PepBoys to test the battery.. they rated it at 529cc and said its Good.. (see photos attached.) Also, when I drove away from Firestone my tire warning light came on.. I call them up asking of they did something to my tires, they said they put air in them, this was not part of my inspection at all, and done wrong obviously. Whats wrong with these people.. why do they do this.Scam artists.

this place sucks. Left my car at 10 and comeback at 12. They haven t touch my car but they told me that it ll be ready about couple hours. Don t go to this place. Very slow service. Do yourself a favor and don t go to this place. Zero start would be better.

I called and made an appointment. When I drove there, I was told by an attendant that there was no record of my appointment.I drove to another inspection location but they had no openings.So I returned to this location, and a different attendant squeezed me in for the inspection and turned what would have been a one-star review into a three-star.Call to confirm your appointment before driving there.

Not 2 feeling happy visit this auto shop for the 1st. I need to get alignment done on my was told Ur alignment rackIs done?but @ the same as I was leaving the Technician was doing an alignment on An. Another Suv??I guess I go to Tucson get it done?

Not happy about my experience today. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else if you have nice rims. Even after asking to please be careful, the tech scratched my rims really baddly.

Do not come here unless you want to waste your day. I have been coming here for years because it's close to my house but I don't understand what is the point of making an appointment and then having to wait hours before your car is even worked on for a simple oil change. Yes, it's a weekend and it gets busy but my question is how do they schedule appointments ? If you schedule so much that you are back up and don't have a flow let the customer know you are booked don't over schedule people. Also, they always try upselling every little service even after I am clear in what I want. Also, saying they can't put a seat cover on my car's driver seat when it's a standard simple thing so your upholstery doesn't get dirty with oil and grease stains.

I was kind of afraid going here due to the bad reviews but I had no other choice. I didn t have an appointment they told me wait time about 4 hours for an oil change and tire replacements, which I understand. I value honesty over anything, They recommended some services based on mileage but not pushy. Cristian helped me on the phone and Jaime in person. Thank you Firestone, will continue to return thanks to Jaime and Cristian.

I ll give this place 2 stars because the worker was really nice and they took my car in right away. I scheduled an appointment to check if there was something loose under my car, and upon their curtesy inspection, they found nothing. They asked me to come back another day for a full inspection, after I left work 3 hours early to make this appointment. They also wanted me to come another day after the next inspection for any repairs. My actual mechanic was able to squeeze me in right after I left, and within 30 minutes the problem was fixed. All it was, was loose suspension bolts. I feel like these places try to take advantage of certain people, or they just don t know what they re doing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I drove by on Saturday,they were busy and made an appoint for 10 am on Sunday. I arrived on time and they processed the paperwork in about 5 mins. They told it would be done at 1:00. I got a text at 1:17 . got there car was ready. They were on time, finished when they said they would, since I had Firestone tires there was no charge. (slow leak, Left front) They fixed the valve stem ,checked all the tires, balanced the 2 front tires. What more can you ask for ? Every wore masks, they sanitized my keys before handing them back. GREAT PLACE... Wonderful experience for an auto shop. :)
