I was recommended to this shop by my insurance after an accident and was very lucky that the people at the shop were efficient, courteous, caring, and sensitive to the nature of the anxious nature of the transaction for some people. Both Janet and Karen were so nice and quickly handled the process of taking my vehicle in for repair, making sure to let me know it would need to be transferred to another location due to specific damage done (the other shop had equipment that this location didn't have at the time I checked in, and they'd let me know where it was going and when it got there).I requested that the vehicle be transferred back to this location for pickup, as it's very close to my apartment and they said 'no problem'. It was all easy and everyone was so great. Would recommend.

I am 100% satisfied with this facility branch of Caliber Collision. They performed an amazing work in my car, they left my car cleaner than when I left it and it looks almost new. The customer service is superb, Janet the receptionist is super nice and they have kept me updated almost every other day regarding the status of the repairs. I recommend this place if you want a low estimate, a perfect fix and a caring customer service team.

Had my driver side mirror obliterated by my garage door This was the easiest and most efficient car repair I ve had while owning a car. Karen had everything covered from the start. I received daily updates via text of the status of repair. They finished 2 days earlier than expected. When I picked up the vehicle the other young woman was courteous and very accommodating as well. Car looks like nothing was ever damaged repair is immaculate

I went there because my insurance company said they were available. Upon going there, the women that work there acted like they had no idea why I was there. Then one of the women who examines the car, she was RUDE and a witch. I can't even with these LA women. She literally gave attitude and acted like I was wasting her time by just standing there. I'm like, girl, are you not an auto body shop? Then she looks at the dent on my car and says it would take 2 weeks. I was like....I'll go somewhere else and my car was fixed in 3 days. This place is run by incompetent dogs in wigs and I would NEVER go to a Caliber Collision again. This please is disorganized, ghetto, and these women are terrible at their jobs. No professionalism at all. I wouldn't even give this place a star, because there was no customer service. Just bags of hair women with long nails who act like they have better things to do.

I brought I car in after an auto accident. They fixed it fast and before the date promised. They customer service was good as always. They kept me Informed each step and they seven gave me. Good car wash. This was the third time I have take. My car here and I will continue to do so.

My car is beautiful as if brand new. One couldn't tell if anything had happened to it.Also, the staff are so sweet and professional. I'd go back (hopefully, I'll never have to!). I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to others.Service: Body & Trim

Night and day compared to my first experience there!Never had a missed call, BUT I did have voice-mail of when they called. So that was all on me. Other than that I didn't have the same experience as the first time I went there.Front desk wasn't helpful. Asked me if I had an appointment in a room full of Zero clients and then went back to her business phone call. She literally called a woman behind the wall she was sitting in front of and could hear the lag from front desk phone to the woman who had me sign documents as I heard her live.They're more interested in the signatures than saying Hi or Goodmorning or even explaining the process of what would happen or what is next.Take your chances. They're just to see you off and collect the insurance payment.

Had my car fixed here after an accident. Insurance covered it so can't speak to cost (who knows with that stuff anyway), but it was a great easy experience.

Was recommended by our insurer after a hit and run damaged the bumper of our car. It was seamless to work with them, from dropping off the car, getting the estimate, and coordinating a rental. I had a small fender bender where my bumper and some inner components needed to be replaced. It was still drivable so they thoroughly inspected it and figured out what parts it needed and allowed me to take it home. They called as soon as the parts were in. I took it in on a Thursday and by the next day on Friday it was completed and washed. Looked like a brand new car! They saved me $400 from having to rent a car! Their staff did an absolute amazing job keeping me posted step by step via text of where they were in the process. Their entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied and they were extremely friendly and professional. I hope I never need care repairs again, but if I do they will without a doubt have my business again! I couldn t recommend anyone else But them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My personal experience was extremely positive. Karen Hernandez was my point of contact throughout and is extremely professional. My vehicle was not only completed earlier than promised, but the quality of the work performed was excellent. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family based on my personal experience. I have always taken my vehicle to the dealership for minor repairs. Caliber Collision was an optioned offered by the Insurance Company. I am glad this was the case. I will go back to Caliber Collision if there is another instance of damage to any of my vehicles. Thank you Caliber Collision Team for making this an easy repair.

What an Awful experience! at Caliber Collision. The stafe were highly Unprofessional. The worker by the name "Karen" had the Worst Customer Service really Bad Attitude not willing to help. She said she's been there for over 10 years. Avoid getting your vehicle fixed here Terrible Experience. And on top of that my vehicle is Not Properly Done they had to work on it more than twice. The manager was highly unprofessional. The guy that did my estimate was great. However, they dont fix BMW's and their website doesnt tell u this, and that is because they will make money off of doing your estimate even though they know they cant actually fix your car.

Absolutely outstanding service from this team. The front office staff were friendly and called for my rental car pick up. My service advisor Armen was so great. He really went above and beyond communicating with me about my repairs. The work was complete sooner than the original estimate. When I picked up my car and it look fabulous. Not only was the work top notch, but my car was so clean - I mean professionally detailed clean.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was worked on in here they fixed it on time. The repair work looks good. My complaint was my car smell like a mechanic when I picked it up, and my key fob was broken, they told me the battery in my key fob was dead. I replaced the battery and it hasn t worked ever since I got it back.Now I have to replace my key fob.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately, due to the epidemic of people driving while texting here in LA, I've been rear ended twice in that last several months. Both times I took my car to these guys for repairs and both times they were excellent - friendly, professional, great work and on time or even sooner than expected. Very professional staff and a relatively painless check-in and check-out. We brought our car in on a Monday for repair following a minor collision and they had it ready by Friday. The repair work is undetectable and as a bonus they washed/cleaned it inside and out with more than a cursory wipe-down. They checked the air in all of the tires and filled them as recommended. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them for body work.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

My car was hit in the rear and sustained minor injuries. I took it to the shop on Monday and had it back on Wednesday. Josh and Ruben, you are the best. Great work and true to your word. Thank you for your accommodations..it goes a long way to great customer service, your caring, great service and so much more. I will recommend everyone to your shop. My Manager and a few other people highly recommended your service. Nothing negative to say.Keep up the great work.

This was the most positive experience I ve ever had at a body shop. The customer service was beyond expectations! From the moment I called, they were extremely helpful dealing with the insurance companies for two separate claims. They arranged for my car rental and pick up from their location as well as leaving the rental with them when I picked up my car. FYI, enterprise was awesome too! The repair to my bumper, side panel and windshield is excellent and a life time warranty. Best experience ever and I highly recommend!
