I was very pleased. I got lucky and they were able to fix my rear brakes right away. It only took about an hour. The price was reasonable. The service was genuinely appreciative and courteous, which is a nice change from so many places that treat you like you are bothering them when you try to give them your business. Best of all, the brakes are perfect now. It was a little farther away from the general auto repair places near my house but I figured I should get my brakes fixed at a place that actually specializes in brakes. It was totally worth going out of my way.

Burbank Quality Brake is the REAL DEAL. We really enjoyed our first experience with George. He is very friendly and the work done our brakes was EXCELLENT. The best part of it all was the price, which was the lowest we could find in all of Southern California.Check out the before and after photos!

My Volkswagen was having steering problems. George was able to get my car in quickly and was very honest and straightforward in explaining what my options were for fixing the problem. He updated me often and worked hard to get the car back to me within a day. All my steering problems are completely gone and my car drives great again. If you re looking for someone with a lot of experience and friendly customer service, George is your guy!

George is amazing. Good service and showed great care. Good products. Went in for a wheel bearing change. I'm an average home mechanic so I had to get this expertly done. George and his partner showed great professional knowledge and care to the . His prices are fair. I'm saying this because hearing the wheel bearing is hard/tough and requires special tools. I'm a customer for life.

I brought my RAV4 here off of a recommendation, and couldn't be happier. George and Mark were great, kept me updated about where my repair was at, advised on options for parts, and came in significantly cheaper than other options. George is really outstanding. Very honest and detailed and fast. He gave me a great price to install shocks and struts that I purchased from a third party (what can I say, I m always trying to pay the least). Took him less than a day. This place is amazing. I was here, once, half a year ago for a break change and one of the two brothers that run this place recognized me as I was walking up (a good thing, I promise). They never push you for more work then you can afford, they simply offer options which I wish was a practice more mechanics went with. For the quality of work, record keeping, customer service and prices I really cannot recommend this place enough.

Awesome experience! George and Mark are so kind and knowledgeable. I had a bent tie rod. One shop said I could still drive on it but George said absolutely not. He said to take it easy as much as possible while the part was being ordered. Thank God I listened to George because the tie rod snapped in my driveway the night before I was to take my car in to get it fixed. If I would have listened to the other guys I could have gotten in a horrible accident. George literally is a life saver! The price was reasonable and now it drives like a dream.

I read a lot of reviews online to help me chose the best Brake repair place in the Burbank area & read several times how Burbank Quality Brake is honest & a great shop. I completely agree! I was most impressed & happy with the service & the price. The brothers who own this shop are friendly, clear on repair costs beforehand & are helpful.

George kept me in the loop, explained each cost, and even showed me the issues they wanted to correct. I knew way more about brakes leaving the place than when I came in. I'm sure you can save a few bucks elsewhere, but the craftsmanship and honesty were key for me as I'm usually not easily trusting. In fact they helped point out some shotty work that was done before so I know where not to go again now. Great place. Awesome work. Will definitely come back.
