Edit 01/09/24: Took my car to a reputable body shop and they told me, after removing the paint, Avos didn't even bother to flatten out the roof panel. Instead they just filled in the dented area with a bunch of gunk to flatten it out and painted over it, which is what caused the terrible looking swelling + cracking. The rust underneath was also still there. Not only did they steal the insurance money (if I recall, about $4000) plus my $500 half off deductible, but they also lied about replacing my roof for what is honestly a criminally lazy repair job.I saw a lot of expensive supercars here and I hope that those owners, as well as all other prospective customers take their business elsewhere. These guys are not the reputable, honest, hardworking guys their reviews would suggest they are. From a proud owner to other proud owners, please, please do yourselves a favor. Hoping this review gets some traction and these greedy criminals get out of business for our sake. Will be uploading pictures once received.---I had a roof replacement done on my Civic Type R about a year or so ago due to rust damage from a comprehensive claim. Except I didn't. The roof looked stunning at the time, but after time passed, the rusted area started to swell a bit and the paint chipped. Yes, the roof wasn't replaced at all and it was just a shoddy repair with an incomplete rust removal job. Not to mention the job itself took over a month.They claimed to finish the job "on time" and guaranteed "customer satisfaction" but I'm neither of those. I honestly passed over the time it took because the roof looked great and I got half off my deductible. But now I'm looking at another rust removal and repaint that will total more than just paying the full deductible at a reputable shop.I'm thoroughly disappointed but I'm more sorry to my car wash guy who referred me. I hope none of his other clients were sent to this place and scammed. Mistakes happen and I didn't care much about the long wait, but this was no mistake. Please do yourselves a favor and don't trust the 4.9 stars.

After being rear-ended, Avo's was referred to me. I am so happy that I trusted by vehicle with them. They were communicative during the process, upfront about what might be needed and my vehicle looked like new when they were done.

I recently had an exceptional experience at this auto body shop, even came back for the second time for other repairs. Gary and his team swiftly and expertly fixed my car, keeping me informed with regular updates throughout the process. The quick turnaround time was impressive, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this shop for their top-notch service and efficiency in both repairs and wrapping. A five-star experience all around!

Wow, where do I start?! My car was involved in an accident and Avos Auto Center went above and beyond every step of the way to make it better. Gary kept me informed and would reach out to me constantly they really rolled out the red carpet! They helped me navigate the insurance process and dealt with the insurance, which lifted a great amount of stress off of my shoulders. I wouldn t recommend anywhere else! The best part is the way they left my car. It looks brand new! I cannot say enough good things about them. If you are looking for a body shop, Avos Auto Center is the place to go. You don t need to look elsewhere because they will take care of you. They even washed and polished my car before pick up. It s the attention to detail that matters and they delivered. THANK YOU!

I recently had repair at Avo's auto center. Gary is very responsive and knowledgeable. He got the insurance inspector very quickly to get an approval for the repair. The team repaired quickly. The repair work is superb. I highly recommend.

This shop was recommended by my mechanic. Though they are not a certified shop by my insurance company, Gary said he worked with my insurer and the insurance rep. was immediately familiar with this business when I mentioned it. Gary is personable and the customer service is great! He inquired about my alternate transportation when I delivered my vehicle. I was kept apprised of work being done on my vehicle and Gary had no issue with an additional cosmetic repair. He informed me about subsequent maintenance to keep my car looking well.He made the process seamless and my spouse remarked how clean the shop was kept, which in his experience is a good sign of competence.

Avos automotive repair is an amazing place to bring your vehicles to. Gary is so wonderful to work with. They are very kind, understanding, respectful, and will do everything they can to take care of you. I have had a lot of bad experiences with other shops and this is the only one I have ever felt comfortable bringing my vehicles to. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Avos and I thank them for everything they have done for me.

Best shop in town..Gary was very helpful and honest at the start. I had no doubt that they would take care of my car as good as others in the past. The shop came highly recommended and they held up to everything. Thank you Gary and crew, my car was returned back looking as good as new and on time as promised.

Never have I ever had the greatest experience at an auto body shop!! I previously went to a friends body shop that I have known for 16 years and the guys at Avo s body center has treated me more like family than my extended friend has ever have. Gary literally gave me an update on my Audi on a daily basis. Sent me pictures and made sure I had my car back in less than two weeks!! Other body shops would make me wait for over a month! My car came out looking newer than it did out of the dealership! I give them more than 10 stars and my loyalty!

Hands down best body shop in the valley. Very professional, curious, and cautious. I ve had the opportunity to deal with other body shops and no one has sent me updates like these guys. John was my go to guy and he made sure everything was done to my standards. Even one of their shop techs Oscar, was very professional when it came to handling my car. I am very picky when it comes to my car. I was referred to this shop by a good friend and I can t thank him enough. If I very need anything else done on my car this is the only place I would trust. I am very please with their work and service.

Gary is amazing!!! I Just got my baby back and it looks so good!!!! He was sending me pictures of the progress on the car and adjusted everything to be perfect!!!! He even polished my whole car!!!I thought I was getting a new car back. I highly recommend Avos for any body work.Great job! great people!

Avo's is my go-to repair shop hands down. I needed paint and body work done after a collision, and was referred to Avo's. Gary was easy to work with, kept me updated during repair and had me back on the road in 1 week. My car looks as good as the day I bought it, I am very happy with the work and the VIP treatment. Will definitely be referring my friends and family in the future. Thank you!

I really can't say enough good things about these peeps. Accidents are never fun but I received a recommendation from a bystander who happened to work at another body shop but insisted I go to Avo. I was shaken and upset, off centered have you but these guys were reassuring from the start, more concerned with how I was doing than the car repairs that were needed. I appreciate the warmest the care they took to make sure a person was ok before even seeing the vehicle. I picked up my car today and it was perfect, they did a beautiful job. If I ever ever ever need car work done in future this is where I'll go.

The shop in the Valley. Been taking my car here for years, they go over an beyond, Gary and john have great customer service and they take car of dealing with the insurance. they keep great photo records of repairs before and after.I have refer my friends and co workers and they have all been helped greatly.Carlos

I've brought two cars here, BMW M3 and Mercedes G63 AMG, and the work has been phenomenal. Most shops did not want to touch the G63 because the matte black mercedes paint is so difficult to replicate but both cars came out absolutely perfect. Couldn't ask for better craftsmanship and customer service!

Both my wife and I have been using Avo's Auto Body Repair for the last 15 years and would never consider using anyone else for our auto body repair needs. Gary and his staff treat you like family and are always smiling when you walk in the front door. Gary works to ensure insurance hassles are minimized while going the extra mile to make sure our car(s) come out looking and driving like new. I cannot thank AVO's And Gary enough for the fantastic work they have done on my cars. I unfortunately was hit in a car accident, not once, but twice. I have taken my car here both times and received super treatment above and beyond what I ever could have asked for. Gary and his staff are so professional at what they do and how they treat their customers. I would never ever take my car anywhere else to have it fixed. I also dont even understand why that there are "ANY" 1 star reviews on here because I have always been given the "10 star" treatment here. I'm sure those people were just having a bad day or something, because Gary and his team are the very best at what they do in the entire region in my opinion. Keep doing what you guys are doing AVO's! TOP NOTCH! SUPERB SERVICE! MY CAR LOOKS ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE! THANK YOU!

I don't know who gave Gary and John (Avo's Auto Center) but they are just buttheart for something. Gary, aside from being a really nice guy (I look forward to going to see them like I would a friend), he truly cares and more importantly they do the best job. They don't skimp on ANYTHING. Watch out for lower costs shops that might say $100 less for the job because I've made that mistake once and paid the price in poorness of work.Unfortunately for me, I am here way to often as every time they give me the best deals and they never do anything but the best job. Factory new on anything and everything they've done for me and over the past 6 or 7 years I've been seeing them (off of a recommendation from Tim Allen's body mechanic who happens to be my mechanic), I would never even consider another body shop in all of Los Angeles. At the risk of sounding over the top, I promise this is a true and absolute review which I should have done years ago!

A+ body shop. They take care of you no matter what your diving or how big or small the job is. Amazing customer service and all around nice people. Can't recommend enough. Talk to Gary or John. THE BEST!!!

Gary and John have been good to me for years! I absolutely adore them and they treat me with respect and my husband always makes me come here because whenever they are done doing whatever damage my husband has done, they make it new again. Brand spanning new!

He always does excellent work. Keeps you up to date with pictures of the progress and is always friendly. I have take 3 cars to him over the years and have been 100% satisfied every time.

every time I go here they treat me with respect and kindness they take care of whatever the problem is and you're in and you're out I would recommend them they do some of the best body work I've seen and my uncle was a body shop foreman. They do some of the best work I recommend them highly

There is none better.I have unfortunately been to too many body shops. These guys are simply the best I've ever been to and I've lived in many states.I know them personally from a professional standpoint and it doesn't get any better.

Terrible service. Took them two weeks to fix a wiring issue in my car. A year later I have the same problem. I took my car somewhere else. They had it fixed in a few hours, for half the price Avos charged me.
