Excellent service all around. My car battery had died, got a jump and headed over to this AutoZone location for assistance. Anthony B. was the best - so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Not only did he change out the battery in a matter of minutes, he made nice conversation and put up with my basic questions about what he was doing and how. I'll definitely be returning to this AutoZone for future car needs, and if you do too, you can't go wrong seeking out Anthony.

I went in for air filters and went on a limb to ask if they could also help with changing the battery of my key. The guy that helped me was super kind and helpful, got it all done and it didn t take forever. I m grateful for their help and excellent customer service!

Went into this location this morning to get an oil change. I grabbed everything i needed and headed to the counter. I asked to price match Walmart and the red shirt behind the counter had told me that there is no manager in the store that he had went to go get change. I told the red shirt i will be right back while i waited for the manager to return. Upon coming back the manager was driving back into the parking lot in the Commercial vehicle and he did not have any change he actually had starbucks. I proceeded to go back inside to puchase the oil change and the red shirt had mentioned to the manager that i wanted to price match the oil. I showed the manager (Erasmo) the walmart price and he than told me he cant do the price match. Having worked for autozone for 6 years i know autozone price matches Walmart but the manager insisted that he will not do the price match unless given the approval from the store manager. I asked him if the store manager aproves of them using the stores commercial vehicle to go get starbucks. He than responded you can go to another autozone so i did and what a suprise they price matched my oil to Walmart with no issues. I wish i could put 0 stars but there is not an option for that so i guess they get 1.

I have been to this location a few times and received kind, effective service each time. The last time I was there Osvaldo was closing up, but he still helped me figure out why my brake light was not working. We looked at the bulb, fuse, and cords and fixed the problem. I am not saying that he will always be able to go outside of his duties, but I liked that he wanted to help.

Employees are friendly, but the Peak antifreeze for the American cars I was looking for was not available at the time. The shelf was full of antifreeze for any foreign cars, but not for American. Where are we?

I came in with a completely dead battery 15min before the store closed. I know shockingly little about cars and Kendrick walked me through each step of changing out my battery and getting me set up with a new one. I could not have asked for a better experience and can t thank him enough for taking the time and having the patience to get me taken care of, thank you sir.

I used to think this AutoZone was closest to me but found one off of lankershem that's even closer. I went in here twice within two months to look for fuses for my vehicle ..the fuse isn't organized at all. Nothing is placed in the right place , so when you get to the counter, the pack of fuses you picked up from the 5.99 are 19.99 ended up at Advanced Auto Parts up the street and found one I needed, where it should . Please fix this AutoZone

Stopped by auto one today because the rock shield was dragging underneath my car. I had no clue what it was until I was told by Anthony. He removed it for me and sent me on my way within 10 mins. Thanks so much!!!

I have to say I have been here several times over the years for various automotive issues and I've always gotten stellar service. A few weeks ago, I came up with a problem on my car's paint where some rust from a pipe had dripped onto it. Today, I went into AutoZone and Josh D. helped me figure out what I needed to do. In my opinion, he went over and above to help. As a customer, that is all you can ask for and I was very thankful. I definitely recommend coming here.

Today I went in and for the first time ever someone denied me my refund because there was no manager there sounds like like a lie that Nicole W or Rubi Hernandez tell people to actually avoid doing there job been coming for over 20 years and no ones ever told me that lazy workers costing you customers!! Ill be talking to corporate next.

Decently knowledgeable staff. Got sold vacuum line when I requested fuel... luckily I caught it at home, could have been a disaster for the motorcycle. Lot looks like it hasn t been cleaned in a year this caused me to go across the street to PB instead

I had to get a new battery and the guy that was really tall brown skin gentlemen really helped me so much. Found my battery chatted it up really nice and was really nice to all the other customers while in the meantime.Got me battery set up and it was very great ! I ll be going back soon for wipers

My local AutoZone, which has always been great, is now even better with the addition of Carolina. She gave me the best Customer Service I ve ever had in a retail store.She tracked down the correct windshield wipers for my Town & Country minivan And then took them out to my car and installed them for me.Plus she tracked down the right spray nozzle replacements for the front windshield and gave me a list of stores that buy carry them since AutoZone didn t..Super chill super easy & I know where to go from now on!!

Always have parts for what ever car I've had. Even had a battery for my 2017 Ford Fusion that had its original battery finally go out. People working the desk always seem happy and willing to swap car stories, which is nice to see they are car people too, not just getting a pay check.

I was having an issue with my car's battery and it wouldn't start. Jayme, Matt and the team did an amazing job not only by helping me decide on what to purchase at the best price, but also by going above and beyond and installing the battery as a courtesy. The installation was quite complicated but they were able to fully figure it out. I highly recommend them for all your car needs.

All of the employees I've talked to here over the last several years have all been extremely kind and helpful. They have even offered to help me to install new headlight bulbs when I purchased them. (I'm not great with cars!) Truly an amazing place to go and I'll continue to come here first whenever I need anything for my car!

I had an issue with a product and Martin, the manager, was so helpful over the phone. He was kind and it was clear that his priority was to help me with the issue. Even though I was impatient and frustrated (at first) it didn t phase him. His patience and understanding was still intact. This form of customer service is so rare these days, so I was taken aback. July was so helpful the minute I walked into the store. He acknowledged that I walked through the door and told me to ask him if I had any questions, which I did. I needed a new battery and he helped me with honesty on what would be the best for my car. Not only that, he installed my battery in just minutes and was so nice. Thank you, July! I ll be back next time I need anything and will be asking specifically for you!
