Today was very helpful I got assist by 3 gentleman name Alejandro , Luis and Angel they help me replace my car battery, Luis and Alejando was very friendly to help out my situation and Angel was very kind to replace my Toyota matrix 2005 battery, I want to thank to those 3 gentleman for helping me out so much. Great customer service! I came in for windshield wiper replacements. Alejandro helped me out by first showing me what my choices were and then gave me his recomendation. I asked about help with instalation and he quickly said he could install the wipers for me. When refilling the windshield cleaner he also noticed my car would be needing a battery replacement soon due to corrosion. Thank you! I'll definitely be coming back.

This evening, on June 15th, 2023 around 8.40 PM, I walked into this store seeking help to replace my Nissan Sentra s low beam light bulb. Mr. Daniel, the young salesman has volunteered and helped me with right kind of bulb and he. has installed it. He is cool and extremely nice and a very courteous person. I strongly recommend this store for having such wonderful people . I personally give 5 star rating for the store and best wishes to Mr. Daniel. I thank him wholeheartedly for installing the light bulb.

Honestly i love this Autozone! They re always so helpful and knowledgeable. I was asked by Alejandro Robles if i needed any help looking for the right windshield wipers since it was raining and i needed one of them badly. He offered to help me replace my wipers and not just that he even taught me how to changed them myself after i mentioned id like to be more self sufficient in these things. He didnt have to but he taught me how to change both of them. That s amazing customer service! Many thank yous Alejandro it was greatly appreciated!

Great staff and store! I needed help from a few different staff members and they were so helpful, kind, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service is rare these days but these guys have it in spades. This store is out of my way, but today it was on the way to were I was going, but I'll will definitely go the extra distance to come back here because of the great service they provide. Thank you for a great experience.

Best AutoZone in the Valley!! All the employees here have excellent customer service! In particular, Luis and Alejandro exceeded my expectation. Luis analyzed the issue with my car and suggested the best way to solve the problem. Alejandro was kind enough to install the new side mirror I got for my car. Thank you guys for all your help. I will definitely be coming back here!

Good store, helpful staff, they let you use their diagnostic tester for free when a check engine light or maintenance light comes on. Once you're done with the test, you take the diagnostic machine back to the counter, and they will tell you what's the matter with your vehicle. All you have to do is ask.

One of the most accurate customer service I ve ever seen. I can t remember the name of the employee but he did his job just excellent. It took for him only 4 minutes to find and give me 4 different wipers for 4 different cars, and all of them correct. Thanks him for being so nice and thank you him for his mutual respect.

The manager Jonathan is super patient and knowledgeable. It s always very intimidating coming to an auto shop but he put me at ease and went the extra mile by explaining why I needed the air filter, cabin filter (that the dealer recommended) and mentioned other important maintenance items like checking fluids. Moving forward this will be the only AZ I visit and I trust Jonathan and his teams recommendations. Thank you guys!

My buddy and me went to spend a little bit more than $200 today in oil change kit and spark plugs and little stuff, The guy who helped us had a Red shirt on and his name was Salvador very rude, He seem like he just wanted to get rid of us so he can go back to his phone and ACTUALLY as soon as he gave us the receipt he went straight back to his phone!!! when I asked him what was the air filter number and he told me I thought he was going to go and grab it for me (since the store was empty) instead of that one of his coworkers with a gray shirt did it, very polite, as I mentioned we bought a few little stuff and he even asked us if we need it a bag?? helloooo!! Three employees and NO CUSTOMERS!! But at least the guys with the grey shirts seems to be very helpful!!!

Went to AutoZone yesterday for a noise that my car was making and the sales representative oswaldo was very kind to help me out and find out exactly what I needed , very quick and very friendly service definitely coming back

Wow, what an amazing experience. I m one of those helpless car women and ran in here today to get a steering wheel cover. I thought I just would pick one and be on my way. JOHNATHAN went out of his way to greet me and ask what I was shopping for. He showed me several different options, we even joked and genuinely had a great time looking for covers. He helped me choose the correct size and look for my car - I had no idea there were SO MANY OPTIONS. Johnathan really took the time to guarantee I was satisfied with my purchase, that it would fit my SUV and had an overall wonderful attitude. He could have easily just pointed me to a section but he picked up that I probably needed a little advice. I am so relieved he was here for me and I will always come back to this shop to purchase my future car needs. Johnathan is definitely an asset to the company. Thank you!!!!

I was looking for a mirror to cover my shattered rear view side mirror. I kinda found what I was looking for, but the place was pretty busy.I needed to check something, so the guy behind the counter said I could leave my license and take the mirror outside. It didn't fit, but it was helpful that I could measure it anyway.I'll have to go back when it's not so packed.

Happy with Emergency visit on February 27, 2020 with Alejandro Robles and very helpful , also one of the young clerk which she is also very courteous and got what I need immediately ( Coolant) ,I have never received such a helpful and friendly services before in the past many years. I only paid for parts but the services and additional knowledge are free. I will go back again if I need anything again

Great service here, my car was having trouble starting without a jump so I got my battery tested for free and Pedro showed me the readouts indicating that the battery was bad. He got me set up with another battery and changed it out for me unless than 15 minutes. Very fast friendly and knowledgeable staff all around.
