Car got hit while parked and messed the back really badly.. called my insurance and had my car towed to them. couldn t be any happy!!! Great service quick and keep me up to date on the repairs.. they even cleaned my car and as you can see good as new!!! THANK YOU!!!

Tony and the front staff are always friendly and helpful. I have deal with Tony in two occasions and the repairs have been done professionally and on time, any delays are usually caused by availability of parts, not the shops fault. I highly reccomend Tony and AutoBahn for collision repairs. Thank you !

Had a dragging splash shield, so I pulled in here to see if it was an easy fix. Tony took a look at it, drove it back to see what they could do, and returned it in 10 minutes with all new screws, fully reattached. I m so glad I stopped here, the service is great and I genuinely trust them, which is hard to find these days. 10/10

Tony and the rest of the team are amazing! My catalytic converter got stolen and they were able to install a new one for me in under a week. Super nice people all around the place. 10/10

I went through my insurance to get a repair here, and everything went smoothly. However, I m mainly leaving a review because they also vacuumed the inside of my car, wiped down my dashboard, and cleaned my windshield. That s going above and beyond, and I really appreciate it!

I can't believe how brand new my car looks after the accident I was in. They took care of everything between insurance companies and rental vehicles. All you need to do is drop off your vehicle.

I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. I have worked with Tony (the owner) in the past for other issues I had with my car and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional and overall great service. I kept his info for any emergencies and was glad to know he opened his own shop. My breaks were having issues and without hesitation Tony insisted I brought my car in right away. His team took a look at my car and suggested I get new breaks. Within the same day, I took my car in to get it checked out and left with brand new breaks! My car feels brand new again thanks to Tony and his team! I highly recommend this shop and will always go back for future needs. Thank you for always being diligent with time, being professional and honest. I took my 1993 truck here to get repaired after a collision on the passenger side in mid-September 2022. After a slow start (fought my insurance to prevent it from being a total loss), the collision shop finally started repairing it in early October. The POC i was coordinating with (Mike) was a smooth talker - he assured me they have it handled, but he couldn't find the front plastic wheel molding that needed replacement. He searched far and wide, and nothing. I found it in 10 min off ebay and i bought it myself because of their no-ebay policy apparently. That was the beginning of my poor experience.From October to late December, there were many promises that my truck would be finished only to realize it wasn't because of a missing part or whatever the case. I called consistently over that three month period because Mike or the girls working the front desk failed to communicate with me even the smallest of updates. I would've been happy with 3 words via text honestly, so communication from them was abysmal to say the least. This quite frankly is very unprofessional as I'm also very busy with my regular demanding job and side businesses to constantly be the one to call to get any status. Upon pickup in late December, I was already unhappy with the results. The body work on the upper side was fine, but the bottom was rough. The cab was misaligned from the bed (a result from the accident) and when i asked why didn't they fix it, Mike said they tried their best to realign the bed, but couldn't. Well that's because it wasn't a bed issue, it was a cab, which was fixed by loosening the cab bolts, and realigning thereafter - not difficult but they failed to try. In addition the front bumper wasn't installed correctly, and the rear wheel molding (which they claimed to be trashed) still wasn't replaced and the front wheel splash guard was still missing. The responsibilities of a collision center is to repair a vehicle back to its original condition, or better, but that wasn't 100% the case for me. I was very unsatisfied with the work.I took it back in late January 2023 because my alignment was still off. This time I spoke with the owner Tony and told me Mike was fired, and they would take care of the lingering issues. Great! Upon pickup the same day, the issues were corrected (even the cab alignment) and Tony said they would repair my existing rear wheel molding since it was plastic. I was fine with this. Two weeks later I heard nothing from the shop, from him and from the front desk. I called on the second Friday and Tony said to come back Monday to get it reinstalled. I assume they either forgot or were to busy to fix a small plastic piece in those two weeks. The third time returning and the wheel molding looked great. After reinstalling, it had minor cracks and the plastic push clips were hanging out. What? I spoke to Tony again about it, but I wasn't willing to stay longer or come back.Overall I give the quality of the work a B-. I still found new issues like chipped tail lights, a cracked glove box door (how?) and a crack in the bed on the top (probably from the cab realignment), but considering it's an old truck I'm letting those pass. I'm rating this shop 2 stars from my original 0 or 1 star because Tony was so accommodating afterward, but that doesn't make up for my poor experience over those 4 months, the abysmal communication from the front desk, and the work quality of the rest of the staff. If I need another collision shop in the future, I'm not returning. I would highly recommend to Tony to reevaluate his team.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Insurance claim and found this body shop. Tony and his crew are awesome. I dropped off my car on Monday, done on the next day and no BS. Seriously I have never experience a service this fast. Great job you guys. Highly recommended.

I would advise everyone to stay away from this shop. I ve had such a bad experience taking my vehicle to get repaired here. For one they have TERRIBLE communication. I called many times to speak to Tony or a mechanic about my repairs done to my vehicle and the workers at the front desk fail to notify them. After the repairs to my vehicle which were over 10,000$ I immediately started seeing problems with my vehicle as I drove off the lot. I took the car back immediately, and a month later the same issue surfaced again. When I went back to notify them again Tony gave me the impression that he did not want to fix it because he needs more proof of the issue. I had to take it the dealer and pay out of my own pocket to repair something that this shop failed to fix. Very unprofessional and would NOT recommend this shop to anyone.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

I have been taking my cars here for several years now and am always satisfied with the quality of work that they do. After my last incident, and due to the car part shortage, I was without my car for 3.5 months but tried my hardestyo be patient.I'm sure they were overwhelmed by other people with similar situations and in the end they covered part of my deductible and did the best they could under the circumstances.The only cristism that I have is that I emailed them a few times and never got a reply. So I learned to call instead.

Jerry was so friendly, prompt, and clear about what our options were. He didn't rush, nor did he seem rushed. It was very easy to make an appointment and they saw us on time. Great place. Will be coming back for our repairs!

Took my car in to get fixed from an accident. I got rear ended and had to get the trunk and rear bumper replaced. It took less than 2 weeks for them to fix it and they returned my car with other issues I didn't even have. When I first picked up my car it wouldn't even start. It was having battery issues. My battery is less than 2 years old and the battery that was in my car when I picked up looked older than my car. I've barely had my car for 5 years and since then I've replaced the battery once. This company definitely switched out my battery and not sure if they swapped out any other parts. I will be having my mechanic look at it again to make sure they didn't do anything else they shouldn't have. My mechanic had confirmed they did switch out my battery and after considering the facts and proof of that, the company agreed to switch out my battery for a new one. Cesar the manager that works there took my car to O'Reillys to purchase a new battery supposedly. I looked at it immediately when he returned and the battery was dirty and looked like it was already used. I will be taking it get looked at by mechanic and also I called O'Reillys to confirm the purchase and the manager there says she works with that company directly and knows Cesar personally. She could not confirm he purchased it there as I couldn't even get the warranty under my name. There's definitely some shady business. I would not recommend and if I could have given it a zero stars I would have. Worst business experience ever. The shadiest mechanics.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely incredible experience so far. They have been quick to work with my insurance and have been very helpful with getting me to my rental car location as well. I 100% trust them to get my car fixed (I was in a hit and run and my car is with them for repairs). I highly recommend this shop.

GREAT SERVICE! The office manager, inspectors, and staff were all helpful in making sure my car was taken care of. I had a complex work schedule that did not comply with their business hours or car rental hours, but Autobahn staff worked with me. Authobahn coordinated with car rental place to get me a car and went out of there way to fix my car. Thank you!

I've brought my car here twice for different accidents and I've received the best customer service. Jessica helped me both times and she always made sure my car got done in time and correctly. The first time I went they used a darker silver than my car is and they went ahead and redid it without me even asking. 100% customer satisfaction!

This place is awesome. Even though we all hate to have our cars damaged (they are our babies!) Autobahn Collision Center treats their customers and cars right! Dean is super nice and totally on point. He knows the ins and outs of auto repairs and how to deal with the never ending amount of paperwork. Their technicians are very skilled at fixing major or minor damages. Their front room staff is totally helpful and extremely friendly! If you are in the area and need repairs come to Autobahn!

I took my 2015 ford focus in to get it fixed though my insurance. And it took over month too get my car fixed.And when I got it back .I had too bring the car back 2 times too fix what it should of been fixed in the frist place.And than sent the car out for an Alignment. And when I got it back the Steering wheel was crooked. And had too take it back too the Alignment shop.THAT DID THE ALIGNMENT. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SHOPS CANT FIX IT RITE the frist time . I AM A RETIRED ASE CERTIFICATE AUTO TECHNICIAN. AND ALL WAYS MADE SURE I WORK WAS DONE RITE THE FRIST TIME . AND NEVER HAD COME BACKS.

The people at Autobahn went out of their way to help us. I locked the keys In my future daughter-in-law's car. Before AAA arrived, self attempts to secure entrance resulted in a broken mechanism inside the door. Without an appointment, Autobahn diagnosed, fixed, and cleaned up our taped window mess for a very reasonable price. We REALLY thank Autobahn and urge others to patronize this honest and knowledgeable, local merchant. Many Thanks fromOld N Country Prop Shop. You guys ROCK!!

I've been here several times over the last 15 years as a result of accidents involving various family members. Even though this places is far away from me, I prefer it over closer body shops because of the difficulty of finding a trustworthy facility. Autobahn is a large, self-contained operation (which means they don't outsource certain tasks or jobs like many other shops.) The service is always timely and top-notch. Both the owner and the staff are very courteous and professional. Rental cars (Enterprise) are a snap to get; they will pick up and drop off at Autobahn.

It's been a while since I needed their services but I was satisfied once again with autobahn and the overall performance. This place should give seminars on how to actually clean a car (car washes suck).I would recommend this autobody place and I appreciate how fast you got me back on the road again:)

Not so helpful. They estimated for 0 dollars with my deductions missing other damage. Guy that took picture not even care what he was taking I needed to control it and asked him to include some damage . But they missed half of damages .never go there , I would like professional people .
