This place is awesome. The customer service is top notch. Travis helped me through out the process, he even came to my garage to assess the damage and gave me a quote right then and there. The price was better than I expected and the work was on point. That usually doesn't happen. I'm extremely happy with the results, so I'm definitely coming back to get the paint fixed.

Great experience having my car repaired here! excellent work, fair price, timely turnaround, honest people committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Everything you would want, but usually so hard to find. My regular mechanic doesn t do this type of work, so I was relieved to find another specialized source I can trust, and can recommend Andre s without hesitation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Like many others here say, Ken is an amazing mechanic on all levels. I took my car to him a few months ago when my side mirror broke off. I purchased the side mirror after market and was looking for a mechanic to install it. Ken installed the mirror for about half the price of several mechanics I contacted. When the part I ordered was delayed, he worked with me to quickly reschedule my appointment the day it came in and had my car finished within an hour.Beyond that, he even cleaned up some scratches on my car's body and offered to let me use his vacuum to clean my car as we waited.He was incredibly honest, professional, responsive, and the man who did the labor did a great job with my mirror. I feel so grateful to have come across him and would recommend him to anyone, but especially to someone who is unfamiliar with reasonable pricing for auto work. Thanks Ken!

Andre's Auto Body & Paint is a great garage. I was really amazed by the integrity and quality of service offered here when I recently visited my family in Westwood Village. On my trip from home, the tire-liner blew off from my front bumper and then the car developed slow leak in one of my tires. I could not find a mechanic who could give me an appointment to get these things fixed in time for my trip home. Not only was Andre's able to get the work done, for an outstanding price, with excellent results, but they even picked up my car and delivered it back to me on the same day! Had my bumper replaced due to a accident, everything looked good until I looked under my car. The bumper has a few noticeable scuff marks and there seems to be a new dent on my car. The were about to close so no one showed me what they fixed, they just said the keys were in the car and sent me on my way. So with no viable proof that the scuffs and dent were of their doing, It s just something I have to deal with. To say the least I won t be back.

Travis is a really good guy! He s so serious and perfect in all his jobs! Y all should go with these guys. Just had my car fixed and it was done perfectly! Great work by Travis and Ashley was so nice and helpful in working with my insurance. I went there because they had done a great job on my Mom's car a few weeks earlier. I highly recommend them.

It was an amazing experience to repair my car at Andre's Auto Body & paint shop. I went to several body shop but this shop is the best in terms of professionalism, price, quality of work and so on. Mr. Ken was so nice and I felt reliable when he gave me the estimate of the repair. I was very satisfied with the work done by the mechanic. Best body shop in LA. Ashley and Travis were extremely easy to work with and made the insurance claim process simple. Ashley updated us during the entire process and happily answered any and all questions. Their body work is high quality and they will advocate for you as a customer. My car is 15 years old and looked great except for the hood. I got three estimates including Andre's. All three agreed that only doing the hood will contrast with the rest of the car, and that it should be blended with the rest of the car. Of course that is a separate job at a much higher cost.This place was great in getting an estimate and service the minute I drove in. The price quoted was fair, and the job they did was fantastic. Not only that, they blended the hood to the fenders at no extra charge!This business appears to be built for the long term.Highly recommended. At least get an estimate.

I took my car there a year ago. Everything went well. I was 100% satisfied. Unfortunately two of cars were in a hit and run. So I had to fix them, so first thing in my mine were andres auto body shop. Prices are reasonable, service is great, and the work is really good.

Amazing friendly staff. Very accommodating. Let me retrieve items from my truck during repairs. Extremely helpful even repairing bumper issues on my 2020 tacoma without any issues when I was having fender damage repaired. Awesome service !Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I called and spoke to the gal and emailed pictures for an estimate. I never heard back. I called again a few weeks later, the girl said she'd get "Travis" to look at the email and respond. I never heard anything. Now, TWO month's later I called, same girl answers....and "oh..so sorry...but Travis is out for two weeks...I'll get him to respond when he gets back". Yeah...right! I'll take my business elsewhere! I guess these individuals DO NOT need business....or don't care.

At Andre's Auto Body & Paint Shop, right after my estimate, mind you I had just finished up receiving my 2 estimate over on Magnolia Blvd. and boy they left me feeling really upset. They were Really rude and didn't even do a total viewing of the car before he tried to give me this OUTRAGEOUS PRICE. I LEFT THERE ALMOST IN TEARS ...and very vulnerable. So I remember Andre's Shop up on Victory and that they had done some work for my husband some yr's ago. RIPWHEN I GOT TO ANDRE'S I SHARED MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AND ....Right after viewing my vehicle they explain to me how unsafe my car was to drive and immediately safe to drive for me to go and get another estimate. What I said was honey I'm straight because of your generosity and your compassion and the value you put on your customers life means more to me than anything else that might Insurance once I'm sticking with Andres Auto Body and Paint that's it!!! SERIOUSLY SERVICE DOESN'T COME ANY BETTER WHEN IT'S SERVED WITH GENUINE COMPASSION ON TOP GREAT TECHNICIANS AND EXCELLENT WORK. THANKS TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES OVER AT "ANDRE'S AUTO AND PAINT SHOP" YOU ALL ROCK "

I am from Seattle and I called Travis the owner of Andre's Auto Body shop and asked him if it was possible to check out the condition of a nearby vehicle. It was an older BMW that was apparently in pristine condition. He walked over and checked out the car for me the same day I called him and gave me a solid report and answered every question I had. He even started the vehicle and drove it forwards and backwards to test the clutch. I can't thank him enough!
