Family owned. Honest. Friendly. Efficient.Great selection of vehicles and pricingWhat more can you really ask for?Arlen was very helpful and I was impressed with the professionalism. I highly recommend this place if you re looking for a car.In this current economy where everyone has there hand in your pockets and up charge to escape inflation these guys actually find ways to help.Just have your ducks in a row before you get there have a good amount down and pay your bill on time. We have to protect and support our Mom & Pops brands because they continue to help the community.And no I m not a bot

Went in without an appointment to test drive a mini cooper we found online. Alen and his son were super accommodating and helpful. After testing out a couple other vehicles at dealerships, we decided to return to Alen's to purchase the mini because they were reassuring and knowledgeable. It's also great to support a small business that you can return to for issues with your vehicle time and time again. They are awesome!

Update to 5 stars after repairs done on the van!! Super great and easy to work with!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!!Went to many other dealers before visiting Alen's. Wish we would have come here first. Lot is organized. Cars are clean. Office/waiting area is welcoming, bright and super clean. Ended up buying a 2007 Honda Odyssey. Great experience. Will come here again when I need a car. They also do repairs. If that experience is as good as the purchasing, I'll gladly change my 4 star to 5.

We purchased a used car from Arman. We were allowed to test drive without the pressure of being accompanied. He wasn't pushy at all. Very fair pricing. He was forth coming with any maintenance issues. He gave us time to have the car looked over by our mechanic. Our mechanic's bumper to bumper inspection was consistent with what Arman told us about the car. Minor details found after the purchase were addressed in a timely manner. We'll be returning for our other used car.

I live in orange county and I started talking to Arman from seeing one of his cars online. He was very patient very responsive very helpful and informative about the car. He prefers to sell cars with lower miles. I test drove the car and I also was allowed to take it down the street to a mechanic of my choice and they said the engine and transmission were great. They thought it was a really great car and they mentioned that it just needed brake pads, so Arman did that for me. Thank you Arman!

Good experience buying the car itself but disappointed in them registering the car. They said they would take about a month, it's been over that time so I called and they said they haven't even started it yet and would get to it 'this week'. Seems very unprofessional.

We purchased a 2007 Toyota Yaris S, Armin was helpful and the car is in good condition we were given a great price. This will be my daughters first and looking for something reliable. We sure found one here at Alen's Auto Car. I would recommend this business!

We found the perfect car at Alens. A very nice Subaru Forester with low mileage and a super low price. The car is in new condition. I would always look there for a car first rather than all over the LA basin before finding our way to Alens.

Alen, Arman and the rest of the guys are very professional and honest. They do their best to accommodate you. My family and I have bought 2 cars from them and I have not been disappointed. We had accidentally run over something that looked like a ball of string and a few minutes later the car was making a weird clunking noise. We pulled over but couldn't see anything below the car that was making any noise so we looked up the nearest auto shop. As we pulled into Alen's Auto Care it looked like they were very busy because all the lifts had cars on them people were working on all of them. But Arlen came up and we told him in the situation. Instead of making us wait he and another man grabbed a floor jack a propped up the car. They got under it and found a ball of twine tangled and wrapped around the drive shaft. Without hesitating they went to work work with a box cutter and pliers and removed it for us. They had us out of there in no time and tried not to charge us. Was very appreciative of their caring and quick work and will definitely be going back in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bought my 2012 Ford Fiesta a couple months ago from here and I absolutely love it! Such a cute car, not the most expensive car or sporty but for going A to B is literally perfect. Helped me out financing the car because my credit is not that good. A lot of places I went to wouldn t even talk to me with respect because of my credit, but they treated me as if I had perfect credit. Arman is a great guy would high recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a reliable car and or a great deal!

Bought a 2015 Ford Focus a few days ago with about 80K miles from them for an amazing price! Worked with me as much as they could. I honestly didn t think I would get approved for a finance but I m so happy I did. My credit isn t the best and I didn t have enough money to buy the car outright cash. Highly recommend you check these guys out!

Arman is a great guy! Amazing customer service, clean office and most importantly gave me an amazing deal. Even though my credit was not as good as I want it to be, he helped me out and worked with me as much as he could. The mechanic Alen seemed like he knows what he s doing as well. Would definitely come back for another car in the future!

He makes sure he gets you into a vehicle you like for the right price, and can repair and service whichever car you choose! Really down to earth great family run business. Bought a car from these crooks. They lie thru their teeth. Especially Arman. I didn't get my paperwork (title) for over two months. Their bumper to bumper three month warranty is a complete farce. I hadproblems with the car to be fixed within the three months and they did not do it. If you buy a car from them, you will be sorry. These people should be shut down by Consumer Affairs for fraudulent sales and activities. I am sure most of their reviews are fake!

Brought in my 2013 Hyundai Genesis for an oil change and to replace the brake pads and the mechanic Alen was already very busy but told me to leave the car and come pick it up by the end of the day. Normally I m very picky about leaving my car anywhere so I was reluctant at first but they are very close to me area wise and I m going on a trip this weekend so I had no choice... when I came back to pick up my car it was already done and he even showed me the old brake pads even though I never asked him to! Very much appreciated that and also left a brand new black ice air freshener in my car as well... thank you, will definitely bring my car back.

After being refereed by a few of my coworkers, Both my husband and I purchased vehicles. I am extremely satisfied. Armon worked w/ us. I love my 2014 Hyundai Sonata and my husbands 2011 BMW X5. This place is highly recommended

Fake reviews, Bad costurmer service. I had to wait for my car to be repaired and the guy Alen told me I was not allowed to watch him work on my car... I asked him why? he said he didn t like it so I had to leave. Of course I didn t what kind of trust is built this way. None!!! We had an argument because he refused to work on my car as long I stayed in the premises. It was for this guy name Aurthur that came to see what was going on who had to explain things and actually offered the waiting area so we were able to wait while he worked on my car. For the future I will not be coming back for any service here. I suggest you don t either. If you value your vehicle.

Brought my car in cause it had a check engine light on, and the was shaking when was in idle or when I would gas the car. (2013 BMW 528i) When I talked to Alen He told me leave the car and come pick it up the following morning... Waited a month to post this review to see if would have to go back, and so far the car runs better than ever. Thank you Alen!

Arman, I believe is the new owner there and he LIES UNNECESSARILY; for example, he says, he has to smog the vehicle and put new tags on the vehicle, went all he really did was registered the vehicle in your name. Three month later the registration will expire and I will have to smog and register all over again, and this is one an example of one of the many lies he will tell you. He doesn t give you all the paper work you signed. He told me I had a one-month warranty but yet have me sign As-Is . Please don t waste your time or money,ARMAN IS A PLAN LIER !!!!!

I am in the market to buy a used car at an affordable price. Alen has a good selection of those vehicles. I am still in the market but looking for a way to finance a vehicle and hopefully that will take place soon.
