I took my Jeep in for an alignment after getting new tires from a another shop. I went to Ram cause I have a custom steering setup and most places will not do an alignment for me. On my way home on the freeway I notice shaking in the steering at 60mph and the jeep is pulling to the right. The next day I take it back and they tell me it's because my wheels are not balanced. I just bought the tires less that 3 days ago and they balanced them when they installed them. But I take their word for it and shell out another 100 bucks to get all 4 wheels balanced. On my drive home the shaking now happends at 70 and it still pulls to the right. The next day I bring it back again, they tell me shaking is not an alignment issue but they'll rebalance my front tires for me and fix the alignment. When their done they tell me one of my wheels is out of round. Now why didn't they tell me that the first time they balanced my tires? When I leave I go straight back to the shop I bought my tires from and they balance the "out of round" tire with no problem. My Jeep is still pulling to right. I understand the steering set up is pain to work with but don't tell me it's good when it's not and if there's was problem with one of the tires why didn't they tell me the first time they balanced them? Lastly please look up signs of bad alignment and one of the things listed will be shaking in the steering.

After calling around to a few big name tire shops and being quoted nearly $300 for a single tire with installation and being told it would be 4-5 days to get the tire in I called Ram. The tire was just over $180 installed and they were able to get the tire next day. They were also very quick, they had me in and out in about half an hour.I will say that while the price included mounting and balancing they did not install a new valve stem or even put a cap on my old stem, they also did not check the tire pressure in the other tires even though I was told they did when I asked. Overall the savings outweigh the skipped steps for me. Just be aware if you need a new valve stem you may have to actually mention it to have it replaced. For reference every shop I've worked for replaced the valve stem regardless of how it looked since it's cheap insurance against come backs.As a side not the Lionhart tire they ordered for me appears to nearly be a clone of the Nexen tires I was running originally. See the attached pictures of the very similar tread pattern.

If I can give Ram Tire's 0 stars I would. Tony, is very rude. He installs used tires when I'm being told that I am purchasing new tires. He will take advantage of anyone who doesn't know much about tire.

The Best place to get tires at excellent prices and excellent service. Will is a true gentleman and an owner who cares. Hand torquing the bolts on Porsche. It s not common. They do it right.

I didn't have a pleasant experience with this place. My first impression of them here was that they were not very helpful, a lack of caring, reliability and service. A customer walked in with an air leaking problem on a tire but a tire shop like them didn't perform the inspection on all tires. They are unprofessional. I've been to many tire shops and auto repair shops in the past, they all did inspection of all tires. And I ended up making unnecessary purchases which they made me without giving a detailed explanation or showing evidence. I felt untrustworthy. They charge a 4% fee on credit card payment They have no store card with financing options or not accepting a card like Goodyear credit card. It's very inconvenient. Overall, thumb down. I will never go back again.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Went for an alignment today with custom suspension requiring a high caster angle outside of factory spec. Price was reasonable and they were busy but still handled it very quickly.Heard a light metal on metal rotational noise that wasn't there before on my way home. Went back and they tracked it down to a brake spring that had popped off. Not sure how it happened but it wasn't them as they never removed the wheels - truck had just come from another shop and I figure I just hadn't heard the noise before since I was on the freeway and the windows were up. The tech popped it back in place for me and sent me on my way no extra charge.Little things like this are worth their weight in gold to me, especially at auto shops. They earned a new customer for sure!

I came for the first time after having a constant tire with low air and the tire shop next to my house who fixed it would just keep adding air.So I came here and wow I came asking for new tires and they said no you don t need tires this ones are good let s just fix them. I was so amazed at how they didn t try and cheat me.Then I came back months later when it was time to replace them they were super nice helped me with everything and replaced them. My tires aren t cheap so it s not like I was looking for a discount and I felt good knowing they were honest and now I m back and again I came asking for a new tire they said let s check this one first. All the guys are very nice as a girl sometimes it s scary going to a mechanic or tire shop not here.

Been here a few times. Extremely busy shop, but never seem to wait long. Obviously full service. Laser alignment rack, large trucks being worked on. Affordable options, but seems they can order anything you want within hours. 4% credit card fee is a bummer. Cool staff.

They always come through with what I need, especially my tires which are wider than typical. They have good and quick service. They have good pricing. Tried other places but always end up here for my tire needs.

I purchase a GMC C7500 Topkick from Ram Tire CO Inc. At the time of purchase I asked Alan Fox, the owner, are there any issues with the truck that I should know about? Alan said, Everything works as it should, no issues. It turns out that there were issues with the truck.The steel casing for the tarp is crushed and therefore the tarp cannot be rolled out. The door on the drivers side cannot be opened from the outside. The transmission is not working as it should.1. The door doesn't open on the driver side from the outside. You didn't disclose that to me.2. The steel tarp casing is thoroughly crashed. Needs to be replaced. The cost is $4000.3. The truck is over CDL. When I asked Alan if it was under CDL he said yes. The insurance is twice as much over CDL. And you need a class 3 license to drive it4. The brakes and the transmission need work.Please Alan fix my truck.

I needed 4 new tires and a friend recommended this place. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They appeared busy, but took my car in right away.
