The best place u can get your car. Fernando helped me to find the car i was looking for within my budget. He was not pushy and was very honest. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt that my family member is helping me. Doreen was the person who helped me with the financial matters and the loan, she was the best! They were an amazing team to help me. Thank u guys Fernando and doreen. hope company know that you r an asset to them and to customers.

If I could give my experience 6/5 stars I would! After a terrible time at another Volkswagen dealership (New Century), I was anxious about getting my car serviced. However, I was amazed by the exceptional service. Christian, the gentleman assisting me, was truly outstanding. He was honest, kind, and took the time to explain future car services to me. He definitely deserves recognition (and a raise)! By the end of my visit, my car was in impeccable condition and thoroughly cleaned. Everyone I dealt with there was incredibly kind and supportive. Thank you all immensely!

Fernando was wonderful from beginning to end. I did not have expectations other than I hope they have great customer service as I travel most of the week. He was always available, responded very quickly, took photos and videos of the vehicles for us, had answers to every question, and was an overall rockstar.Our finance officer was equally great at his job, affable, charming, and incredibly knowledgeable.

First of all, I appreciate the reminder email that was sent about my scheduled maintenance. I have a busy lifestyle and I had totally forgotten my car was due for service. I got an appointment with the dealer within about a week which was good. Once there, the process was smooth and easy. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and the waiting area was comfortable. Thanks to the convenient power outlets, I was able to get some work done as I waited. Overall, good experience.

This was the fastest and easiest car purchase we have ever experienced. Heaven was very knowledgeable about the car we were buying.Pricing on the car and our trade in car was very excellent.Not only did we get a great deal, we were very easy to work with and made the process simple and fast.The car arrived yesterday in our home and looks fantastic.We would definitely recommend Heaven . We will be a return customer, for sure.Thank you so much Heaven for your incredible work!

Fast and easy service to get a tire replacement. Pedro is a wonderful Service Advisor. Promptly helped me with my issue without a blink answered my questions and had me on the road promptly. Great Service highly recommend

Took my vehicle in for service met with service advisor Jose. Jose is very cordial very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to do business work. Seamless! The agent, the manager, and the salesperson all did a great job of introducing me to the cars, and we made a really good deal. Also, the car itself is amazing. These people are really polite and enthusiastic.

Don't get a car wash or be surprised how much dirtier your car is when you pick it up after service. My car was much dirtier after the Galpin car "wash" - passenger side doors looked like someone spilled coffee on each door while trying to open the doors and hard water stains over most of the vehicle body and windows. Fluids will not be topped off nor tire pressure set per door placard. Hopefully your vehicle issues will actually be found and properly repaired vs some made up reason and something replaced but the loud crunching sounds are still there.(I figured out what my vehicle's actual issues were through VW forum discussion with experienced VW Techs and took my vw to AV Volkswagen for correct repairs at a lower hourly labor rate and fluids were topped off, tires inflated per placard and actually washed and cleaned!

I had an excellent experience with Galpin Volkswagen. We had Heaven from sales department, she was very friendly, professional and helpful. Heaven was great to work with, was very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had!Final price was exactly as negotiated.The process was great, quick and painless .I would highly recommend Heaven to friends and family. Was happy to make a deal with her and would definitely consider her again in the future.Thank you so much and keep it up, Heaven !

I was well taken care of even in the rain. The employee's were kind and understanding and quick to get my service done within a reasonable time. I felt I was well informed on the status and being updated regularly. Overall super satisfied with my service.

I had been looking for a very specific used vehicle in Arizona but after weeks of looking wasn't finding anything. Galpin had one available so I called and talked to the salesman, he understood the addec anxiety of buying from out of state and he was very patient going through everything I asked and taking lots of pictures that I requested. The next day I flew into Burbank airport, about 10 minutes away, and bought the car then drove it back to Arizona. They were not high pressure about trying to add a bunch of extra things onto the vehicle or to squeeze more money out of me. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. I also had lunch at the diner/ restaurant associated with the dealership which was also good

My salesperson Javier was extremely knowledgable, super friendly and welcoming, and overall made my experience with Volkswagen extremely easy and positive. The financial advisor, I cannot remember her name, was also very kind and made sure to go over all the small details to ensure I was aware of the services offered. My experience at Galpin purchasing my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta was the best by far. I will be a longtime recurring customer and advocate for this impressive team.

All was well except it took three hours and there was a $49 charge just to rotate tires. Plus with the last lease the car always arrived back to me washed. This year it wasn't. But overall not terrible

Regarding services everyone is super courteous and polite so I really want to give this place my business . but after you drop off your car, there is absolutely zero communication. This is the second time I ve serviced my car at this galpin and both times I can t get in touch with anyone to receive any updates on the vehicle until I m on my 5th time reaching out and finally decide to talk to a manager I get it. Businesses get understaffed and busy etc. and I am completely empathetic to that. All it takes is a 20 second call to your customer to just let them know, instead of having them feel like their car is being held hostage.My car was in for a routine check and an airbag error. It was returned to me with the passenger airbag off. I ll likely have to take my car back in now as the newer VWs can t be adjusted externally..I would like to update this review with a positive note in the future.---Updating this from 2 stars to 1 -- They just reply with an automated message to your review. Did not reach out once and the number I called in the reply of my review always goes to VM. Who has time for this...

I gave a five star rating, because Joseph gave me the best experience at Galpin Volkswagen. He was very quick to get back to me from the very first inquiry I had. He was very clear, short to the point, always responded in a timely manner, professional, and friendly. I felt I could trust him from the very first conversation we had. He honestly was a breath of fresh air because the car buying process is very nerve-racking because I ve had my share of bad experiences with other dealerships over the years. Sadly some of my experiences have been getting treated poorly by salesmen not being upfront. Driving long distances only feel scammed by dishonest salesman in the past, not being upfront, and changing details or omitting information. But not this time. If Joseph is there in the future, I will definitely contact him in the future car purchasing needs. I will also refer all my family and friends, coworker and clients. I really appreciated the fact that although I came in on a weeknight and it was really busy, Joseph offered me food, beverages, and a cell phone charger. That s the only kind of care you get from family and friends so it s really beautiful See this kind of salesman represent Galpin, VW. I really didn t enjoy waiting about 4 hours to see the finance lady who wasn t all that apologetic and nice.

An exceptional experience! I needed to buy a car for my daughter on short notice. The entire process, from test driving the car to learning all the important details, to discussing the best options for us and ultimately making the purchase, was completed efficiently in a short amount of time. Even for the paperwork, which I had limited time for, the service was outstanding, ensuring a quick and smooth process. Many thanks to the management and the excellent service provided.

Took car up for inspection service and 4 recall fixes. Had to rent a car as they said it would take 2 days. The next day, they said car was ready and that the software recalls were not applicable to my vehicle. As of now, all the recalls still show up on my car-net app. The inspection service does not show that it was done either. Tried calling to get explanation and they kept transferring me. The last time I called, they put me on hold for 10+ minutes until I finally hung up.

He was the one who was helping me to decide which car is OK for me and I really appreciate his work even now that I got my car over a month ago he s calling to follow up if everything is OK. My problem wasn't solve, even my car almost new and expensive, also under warranty up to 30k , so for new car pasenger chair swinging not ok, and the service say they can fix that, I have to pay fees, I feel thats totally not correct, specially I have two cars to drive and this one I use few times a month only, I have no kids to jump on chair, my car always clean and super organized, so I am totally not agreed to continue drive my car on lease 7 month more with such issue and noise next to me if my husband or mom drive with me! I wasn't expecting such horrible problem with Brand new car from dealer! I buy cars from car max and after 3 to 5 years no one single such issues!

Heaven is one of the best assets Galpin has. Her great demeanor and excellent service beyond above. I believe nobody will leave the dealership without getting the car they want regardless the circumstances, because she can make it happen. everything's gone great so far. Javier was awesome. i have his cel number. he's helped me with simple things like how to remotely lock the doors. we also had an issue with a front speaker sounding broken or not mounted correct and he's help navigate me through all that. less then ideal to have to come back a couple extra times, but i know it's nobody's fault but Javier's helped it go as smoothly as possible.
