They were so flexible with appointments, I ended up having to wait a bit longer than expected but it was because they noticed a scratch in the windshield they had ready for me. They made me aware of it and picked up a new crystal clear windshield for me. I'm very happy with their service!

Way better, faster service than a well known nationwide windshield company who previously replaced my windshield. Two guys came and knocked it out really quick. Really good service and quality glass used. Will use them from now on. Very professional from the call to make an appointment to the service guys that replaced the glass. Thank you!

USA glass removed and resealed a brand new travel trailer front window. The tech was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would recommend USA glass in a heart beat to any RV owner.

What a great place to fix your windows, we had our RV window broke, they came out measured it an came back the next week to put it in, text an messaged us the whole time an were always on time when they said they would be there, everyone was so friendly! The quote and price was the best around, you won t be sorry

Twice in the last 8 months a rock has broken the windshield of my small motor home. My dealer suggested I take it to USA Replacement Auto Glass for replacement. Both times their service has been spot on, timely, professional, and friendly! A special shout out to Ashley for terrific customer service!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Recently, I helped my brother find an auto glass replacement company for a broken window on his new car.We tried a well-known glass repair company and paid for an early bird appointment, but it wasn't early enough to repair before his flight. Not all companies are as customer-focused as USA Replacement Auto Glass (even if they have a million tv commercials.)Ashley went above and beyond to schedule the repair before the holidays, which no other company was able to do. They make you feel like a priority and that means the most when your car has just been broken into. The repairman was nice, helpful, and thorough; I wish we knew his name. Brought them a pretty odd request and not only did they take care of it, they absolutely jumped in with enthusiasm and were very accommodating with my schedule. Would love to do business here again (though hopefully not soon, it's nice to have windshields last).

Wonderful business and wonderful people. John Price is a really nice person and a good businessman. I was in and out very quickly. Inexpensive windshield chip repair and it's perfect. Great quality work. They did a great job! They will be my go-to from now on!

The rear passenger window of my SUV was broken during a robbery. A panicked call to John at USA Replacement Auto Glass calmed me down. They picked up my vehicle at my office; replaced the window; cleaned up the gazillion tiny pieces of glass all over the interior; worked directly with my insurance company to cover the damage; and returned my car to my office the same afternoon! The average person probably doesn't go through windshields too often. Operating a truck dealership that sells used equipment, I get to see these guys more often than the average commuter. These guys are my go-to glass replacement company. They are prompt, courteous, and deliver on product. They take pride in their work and ensure that it is done right. The one time I had an issue, it was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction, these guys are true professionals. Thank you to the guys at USA

I'm very happy with this place. I had to call to reschedule a day before then what my appt was set for and they let me. Jeremy came out and did my windshield. Very professional, very kind. And he put up with my curious questions about replacing a windshield hahaha. He did a great job in a timely manner. Thank you Jeremy.

Great service! Mark was able to give me a real good deal on my windshield for my 2013 Impala. He was even able to give me a ride back to my worksite as my car got replaced. Looking forward to doing future business with you guys . Keep it up

Recently, our company vehicle was vandalized and our windshield was broken. I called several places and they mentioned the price range around the $200-400 range (the windshield had a special 3rd visor) and everyone said that it would take several days. USA Replacement Auto Glass told me that they could complete the repair the next day for $345. Upon arrival to the location, I was notified that their Suite number is #H. They had a homey comfortable area for customers to watch TV or read magazines and the employees offered coffee or water. Overall the actual replacement went well and they were friendly and professional. I did want to mention that they work with the Enterprise Fleet Management program. Overall, I enjoyed doing business with USA Replacement Auto Glass.

I have used USA Replacement Auto Glass myself for windshield replacement as well as custom sized mirrors for my home. No job is too big or too small for them! They are always fast and friendly and do quality work. They will come to you or you can take your job to them. Knowing their quality of service it was easy to refer these guys to a friend over the weekend whose home was broken into by someone breaking their glass doors. I knew they would be taken good care of by John and his crew. Thanks, guys!

WOW - what amazing customer service. My car was broken into on a Sat. My insurance suggested another glass company - they dinked around with me for 4 days. I told them to forget it. I call USA Replacement Auto Glass - talked to Sherry Friday am about 9:30 am. My window was not readily available however they stepped up to the plate & within HOURS - my window was replaced! I am so impressed given the run around from the other company. Thank you.

I was honestly shocked that in today s day and age an auto shop could do work as fast as you did. But I gotta give props where they are do. The work was done quickly and effectively, and I really had no complaints. I would highly recommend this business and hope to use them in the future when I need it.

I was referred to them by a local rv business. I called. They asked for pics sent by email. So I sent pics and measurements. Then I called to make sure they received the email and pics. They confirmed they did. I waited a week then after no response I thot hmmmm maybe they are super busy I sent email with pics AGAIN. Their website mentions rv glass I had several windows it was not a super small job. I never got a response

Great place to go for auto glass repair. They fix windows at your home as well. I went there for a new windshield. The price was great! The service was great! The people were knowledgeable and pleasant. It was a great experience.

Had a chip in my windshield that they fixed. Very reasonable and fast. Had a appointment at 8am and was done at 8:20am.
