Pricing is questionable, for example OEM wix oil filter $14.. original at dealer authentic Toyota filter $6.45... no options even around $7 price for said vehicle.. I'm going to start buying my oil elsewhere and filters from the dealer service department. This is a ripoff.

Most employees are courteous and helpful. Did experience a few who simply weren't helpful and never once asked if I needed any help while standing there. "Must not have been THEIR job to help customers".

Today my visit here was great, I was able to easily go in look around all the aisles and see the tons of options you had available for almost any small or large project. The staff was very nice and helpful and even was able to grab me a new air filter that I needed for my wife's car with little to no delay, lastly checkout was nice and quick.Overall thankful for a nice clean store and location and glad I was able to get the items I needed Thank you!!

Of all the times I had shopped at any O'Reilly, I have found, your entire experience is affected by whom is helping you at that moment .The fair oaks location is hit and miss.Half the staff are rude .The other half are great. No in between.I've been given the wrong oil filter a couple times. And you don't find out until you drain the oil and remove the old filter....Imagine not having another car to go back and waste time getting the correct filter yourself.Incompetence at it's best.The Marconi location is way worse. Those guys and girls have ZERO customer service skill.They have resting faces on, dont welcome you. Are not pleasant to deal with. Attitude in their voices.Not sure If management is garbage, but that's usually the case.real A holes.I drive out of my way to go to another shop.Only reason I give them above 1 star is the warranty on the batteries. They honor them easily.The one on don Julio and. Watt is actually pretty decent. It's pretty far but I've had good experiences there. The staff there is good and all are friendly.Bottom line, there are plenty of other shops to buy car stuff. And online stores are available too.

The tech at the counter was super helpful, he gave me the parts I asked for as well as suggestions for troubleshooting any larger issues. Definitely will return when needed.

Walked in because I needed help with buying the correct low beams. ELI was super helpful in helping me find the correct bulbs and also helped me by explaining how to read them. Even they were about to close ELI, took His time and went out of His way to make sure I left with the correct product. Thank you ELI, AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

I tried to wait until they were open to test my battery, but with it dying as I waited, I had to go somewhere else. But I have gone there before and found the fluid I need for my car, with help so amazing customer service

you buy parts here. save your reciept. dont give the counter folks a hard time, they are trying...help them help you..yes they only know whats on the screen, if you know more, help them. make them better for the next customer..often, they have the part I/we need...

Nice selection and friendly helpful staff. Wasn't sure which part I needed bought both and returned the one not used with absolutely no hassle. Nice too that they were open until 10pm on a Friday night when I needed the part urgently.

Tool loan program was altered by one manager. Doesn't seem proper for that to have happened. Previous to that decision, they were pretty good. They do seem short staffed.

This is my very favorite auto parts store O'Reilly's. They have the coolest staff there of any auto parts store I've ever been to. They always have your parts in stock they're always willing to go there tomorrow to help you. And if you have any questions at all they will spend a few minutes with you answering them, and someone will step in and help everybody else that's in line so that other people can get assisted in a timely manner. Awesome store!

Purchased a new battery and had it installed. It took 3hrs to get it into my vehicle. They were really not prepared to do this work. I mean I can understand if it was because of COVID, but it would have been nice if they could of talked to us about it. No communication with the customer at all. I will check and recheck next time before making any kind of major purchases at this location just to make sure they have the customer care.

place is ran by clowns mechanics that don t know what it 43 mm socket is but they will tell you they been mechanics for two years. Don t walk away from this place run.

O'Reilly's is a great auto parts store I always have plenty of questions and they do their very best to answer them all they can even loan you some tools I'm not sure of the selection but if you're in need to do something quickly in their parking lot and download you a tool they'll look things up for you or order parts for you and try to help as much as possible and I like them better than any other auto parts store out there I won't say any names but every time I went to any other auto parts store even though the people worked there you would think that they would know some stuff they didn't on several occasions at several different locations that's why I feel like I can say that cuz I did visit a variety of stores on several occasions so anyway I'm good with O'Reilly's and probably always will use them for my auto parts needs

Quick, fast, easy. I walked in and went to the parts counter, asked them if they had the part I needed? He looked it up and went and got the part, I walked to the register and paid for it. It was no more than 20 minutes and I was out the door. Very happy with their service, there at that store.

I expected a little more help finding parts than I got usually employees are very helpful but this location was very average. Needed a specific numbered bulb and part was sort of pointed in the general direction. At other locations if they dont get it for me they would say it's near the bottom on aisle 2 on the left. I got bulbs are on 2...just average.

Robert, the manager, is incredibly rude. Only had awful experiences with him. My friends and I were working on a car and needed a part so we drove to the closest auto store, which happened to be this one, and Robert was extremely rude and aggressive. He kicked us out of the store, refusing to help us, just because we were dirty from working on the car. His employees are just as rude, incredibly nosy, we could see them all sitting in a circle talking about us. We had a horrible experience. Do not go here. The auto zone down the street was incredibly helpful and their customer service was amazing compared to O Reilly. And also had no problem with the fact that we were coming from working on a car and just needed a quick part.

I had to return the radiator cap I had purchased. For a hose . With the receipt and part in hand. I made my exchange. It was a pleasant experience, just a few minutes. Done. With gratitude for good service. Thanks

Well, its O reilly. They have most all the auto parts you need. The only draw back is they're employees dont seem to have the knowledge or now how of how to use the resources supplied to them. As I went for a simple headlight replacement. I gave the kid all the information, year model and make and was still sold the wrong headlight. Very frustrating as my time is money and having to go back and exchange for the right part cost me . Luckily on My second run I had already removed the existing headlight which pretty much made it a no brainier. So to sum it up I would say go with the older more seasoned guys. They seem to know they're way around the store and much more probably through learning by doing.

Always great service, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and inventory on common repair or replacement parts is kept up.Even though their competitor (A.Z.)is closer and easier to get to, their service is worth the extra effort.

***UPDATE***06/25/21 eric and trish saved my azz on my daughters bday qhen i tried getting too much done. Thank uoi i made it on time. Yall some real ones!!***One of the the other stores (Garfield) cost me a day of my life and some bloody knuckles by saying a starter was good when it wasn't. Brought it to this store to be tested a day later and Brian (I believe) helped me find out it was broken. He then helped me select a new one and tested it in front of me so we knew it was good. I appreciate the help. In general oreillys employees tend to mistake themselves as mechanics which can cost people time and money because they are not. However it was nice to work with some humble and honest people at the Watt Store.
