How Satisfying Was The Service (1-10)?7, We were happy with the end results of the repair done on our Toyota Prius (see the attached pictures). My reasons for rating them 7 is stated below Monroys s Customer Service;There s a huge need for improvement in this area. Honest and consistent communication is vital in conducting business with people, whether or not things are going per customers wish and if building clientele is important.One of the issue for us was that most of the time they didn t answer their phone, you d leave a message and no one calls back within reasonable amount of time. When someone answered or called back, there were times we felt the information given was doubtful and inconsistent.Upon the pick up of the car, they promised to send a quote for further maintenance needed that they recommend but up to date (2weeks later), we haven t heard from them.Duration of the Repairs: Done as promised or early?No. (Dropped it off July 21, 2021, estimated repair time was initially 1-2 weeks, then time built up and completion date was August 23, 2021).There were some unexpected delays due to what they stated as unavoidable circumstances (short of staff or parts not being delivered in on time by their vendor) of which we were understanding about but we do believe that they failed to fix our vehicle in the order it came in and/or within reasonable amount of time.Would I recommend them?Yes,I would recommend them despite their shortcomings. I appreciated their maintenance services and cost (affordable), they do work with you to find parts that within reasonable prices, keeping the total maintenance cost as low as possible. That is highly appreciated especially if you re paying out of pocket like we were.Please check out the before and after photos.

Absolutely did a great job on my Silverado Great customer service. Asked for a couple of custom changes no problem took care of it. Would absolutely recommend.

I didn't actually get service done here but Henry was super helpful in helping me find someone to service my vehicle after we discussed my budget for my repair. That's good customer service to help your customer get the job done even when the money isn't going in your pocket. Thanks for that.

Overall, being in an accident is unpleasant and time-consuming, but the employees here made the frame estimate and damage estimate very easy and painless, I walked in without a prior appointment, and Henry Chung was super professional and kind to my situation, he scheduled me an estimate the very next day and was very helpful throughout the whole process. If I had to go through this process again, I'd definitely choose this location for my estimates and repairs. Loved my experience, and Henry was just an awesome guy over all.

Poor communication. Whoever answered the phone was great. Told me email Henry in regards to a quote. This was 3/9/23. I have yet to hear back. Its now 3/19/23. Chose another body shop. They handled it in 4 days from the quote to ordering the part onto paint n install. Truck was only down for 3 hours during install. Thats too notch service.

My car came back fabulous! They fixed 2 doors and my bumper in 3 days! Alveen helped us every step of the way and was super thorough. They helped us set up our rental, called us whenever we needed to know new info....the whole experience was awesome.

If you need work done on your vehicle this is the place to go. I have had work done here over the years on multiple cars and always leave satisfied. Best prices and work is always superb. I just picked up my 2002 Escalade the guys painted and put on hood scoops and a rear spoiler. As always to work they did is awesome and I am very happy with the workmanship. Thank you Eber and all of the guys there.Eddie Brinson

I have went to them twice with two different vehicles. I will always be a return customer as they have great customer service and the work they do on vehicles is amazing. Monroys and thier staff was great to work with. Talk to Iber. He is very knowledgeable and good. I had a trailer and truck painted. It was on time, great price and good work. I plan to have them work on my sports car. I highly recommend them. You won t be disappointed!

On 02/14/2013 I took my 2009 Saturn Vue in to this bodyshop as it was recommended by my insurance company. I was told when I dropped my car off to them that they would have my car back to me by 02/21/2013. I called on 02/21/2013 when they had not called me and they told me they needed 24 more hours. I was understanding. I called on 02/22/2013 to check on my car. I was told it would be on 02/25/2013. on 02/25/2013 I called to check on when the car would be ready and was given another excuse, and told it would be ready on 02/27/2013. On 02/27/2013 again the car was not ready and I was told it would be ready on 03/04/2013. On 03/04/2013 I called again and was told the car was not ready, they said it would be ready on 03/05/2013. On 03/05/2013 I was told that the car was not ready, after speaking with the owner of the business about my very unhappy experience he offered me a $100.00 for my inconvenience. I declined his meager offer. I would avoid this shop for any auto body repairs.

I took my car in for a complete paint job on my Lexus rx 300 and the did a phenomenon job on car. I notice my car had little dents all over my car. When my car back from the shop I couldn't even recognize my car. Thank you monroy's collision for going beyond on taking care of my car.
