Ivan was super friendly and efficient! Clean/tidy waiting area. Once I was checked in and car was tested, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Very good service and great price for smog check. It took all of 10 minutes. Prices are great compared to other Smog Check places. I recommend Madison Smog.

Sign says 59.99 for large vehicles plus $8 for cert. Changed a grampa $78. I know it's only $10 but if they scam elderly this time then they usually do it. Avoid this place

Scammers charging and purposely not passing the smog check. Went to a different place and passed automatically. Told me if I passed smog they will pay me back. Didn t do that.

Ivan is very polite and does a excellent job inspecting my car ive gone to him twice now and highly recommend this place .the 1st time came my car did not pass Ivan found the problem and told me to go replace the intake hose and come back and i did even though it got busy he put me ahead of the others and it pass the second time with flying colors and gave me a discount for everything so i wS able to get my tags on time the same day that was 2yrs ago now its time again . Thank youTara Land

Been going here for 15+ years. Has always been consistent, friendly and quick. I have rarely had to wait for longer then 20- 25 minutes. Most of the time I am out in 15 minutes. Their price is also reasonable.Has a good amount of seating, a vending machine and a TV for your convenience.Parking lot is not paved so drive carefully. (I kinda like it though)The only change that I didn't like was that they changed the option to not pay for a retest (which would save one around $10 but that's not their fault as I was told) because recent customers were causing them trouble over it.

This place is amazing!!! Tech went above and beyond to point us in the right direction to fixing an issue with my OBD systems check. Came out and gave us the code prior to testing or payment to make sure we didn't waste our money. Found out it was a simple fuse from the code he gave us!!!! Not very many smog shops open on Sunday. Glad we found these guys. Great service and they get you in and out. They only have one smog bay but they keep a steady pace.

Returned to this smog check location after a couple years and the place hasn't changed, the office remains tiny and the parking lot still needs paving.Anyway, it looks like Mr. Snyder, the technician, is now fully in charge. He's approachable and straightforward. He mentioned the promotional price found online does not include free re-test. The test was over in less than 30 minutes. In and out, quick and easy.

I'm glad I found this shop to perform my vehicle SMOG test. Their price is excellent compared to other shops. The technician was polite, professional and very efficient. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The tech was very clear on the price and what was included before completing any paperwork and testing so that there would be no surprises. I will definitely recommend Madison SMOG Check to others that need this service.

I've taken my truck here for the past 8 years. It's due to be smogged again this month so I'll be taking my truck up again today. The techs have always been great. It changed ownership a few years back so I was concerned the service would be as good. I have to admit the service continues to be fast and reliable. I do recommend them to all looking for a smog station. Don't judge a book by it's cover. The service is great and I'm very pleased with their service.

I checked google for best places to go and came across this business. With all the good reviews I decided to go and was glad I did!The owner is very honest with his tests and pricing and even educated me on how Smog checks have changed for newer cars.It took about 20 minutes +/- for test and worth it!The only problem is the parking area is abit old soo when you pull up do it slowly!:) Coming back here when my next test is due!! :)

The young man employed is friendly and fast. I was in and out of my smog in 15 minutes. He was straight forward and didn't hide anything. I will be returning for any vehicle I need smog and will be recommending to all my friends and family.

I strongly recommend Madison SMOG check to anyone who wants fast, honest service at a fair price. This was the second time having my car smogged here. Tom was polite, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and quoted me a 20 minute time frame which I'm pretty sure he exceeded. I would have been okay paying the regular price which includes a free re-test but was happy to be offered a $35.00 smog test only deal without the free re-test. I will most definitely return the next time I need a smog check.

OUTSTANDING! I'm saying this and yet my car failed. The time the owner/technician took in his inspection was all most an hour. He did not rush and was very thorough.,took the time to explain everything in great detail so I could understand where I stood about my cars condition. I have been here before and will continue to return. Integrity is the best word to describe Madison Smog. Extremely satisfied customer,Silver Crown Victortia,aka Spam

We took my son's 1992 Integra there today after being turned down by 2 other shops. The gentleman greeted us and thoroughly explained his pricing structure. He was very informative and I appreciated his condor. He told us to expect 1/2 hr to 1 hr wait. He met his time criteria. After being a fan of a Smog Shop in West Sacramento this is my new Go To smog guy.

This place will get the job done for you. I always take my cars there when it need to get smog. The tech is knowledgeable and know what he's doing. The pricing is fair and you have the option of paying for a single smog, or to pay for the smog with a retest, shall your car fail smog the first time. They also have a good wait time and will not take all of your time to do it.

Place looks a little shifty, but I promise it's not lol. Fast service. Smog takes about 20 minutes. Tom is a very nice, calm guy. I put his pricing in the pics. You're welcome.

Tech scratched my truck up....no problem, as it's an old truck, but then proceeded to say he didn't do it. After I told him and showed him....i then proved it to the Mgr ( the one he refused to go get for me) and he still called me a liar... insulted me in front of his Manager. Won't be in business long with that tech.If you make a mistake, own it and just say sorry....would have been a done deal, but when you blame and insult the customer??I have a small business with 4 vehicles....promise you will NEVER see any of them again.....

The owner opened early for me after I worked 12 hours and another place I tried was unexpectedly closed. Quick and friendly service, in and out in no time. Hard working man who earns his business.
