Not recommended. It's been challenging to communicate with the insurance company. The adjuster's communication style led to the insurance adjuster not allowing me to repurchase or keep my car. They offered a very high price due to the express adjusters' behavior in communication. Additionally, the procedure and excessive charges are not clear.

Absolutely a WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY I came to them to seek maximum payment from my insurance and they messed up my claim process whatever they did and however they work is very sketchy my insurance didn't want to work with them so I got a $5k offer for my vehicles repair which half of that ended up going to them they are absolute scammers and are literally taking your money they held my car for 2 months and when I got the car back it had the front bumper taken off they took $2400 for "the work" but they literally didn't do anything and got a easy paycheck I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WORKING WITH THEM if you want a good payout just let the insurance company do it no third party middle man type stuff where it can go sour moral of the story they wasted 2 months holding my car only took the front bumper off and took $2400 for "work" they did..... WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY OLEG FILEV AND THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS

I had a fantastic experience with Claims Express Insurance company for my car insurance needs. Their knowledgeable representatives provided excellent customer service and helped me find the perfect solution to my issues within the reasonable budget. When it came to filing a claim(or doing any paperwork for that matter) their reps explained everything and provided high exceptional support - making the process smooth and stress-free(or as stress free as car issues get, LOL). I highly recommend them for their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction and getting your insurance/car needs taken care of!

I had a poor experience with this company, OLEG FILEV SHOULDN'T BE TRUSTED. HE WILL SCAM YOU. WASTED 2 WEEKS OF MY TIME AND CHARGED ME 2.5K WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING.

Worked with these guys recently. Despite some of the questionable comments and reviews. I had a great experience and I'm really glad I went with them. Honesty I've recommended them to at least five people already. The staff was very kind and� professional. They explained everything so i knew what to expect. Even though they said I shouldn't get my hopes up, I got a higher payout then expected. Hopefully I don't have another accident anytime soon but now I know where to get help if I do.

Promised a lot but did nothing. I have 2 estimates. One of them from Caliber Collision for free, another from Claims Express. Claims Express estimated more on $449 only than Caliber Collision but charged for their estimate $620 so it's no sense to hire them cuz you will get more money from insurance company without them for sure.

Hello everyone, I would very much like to note the professionalism and knowledge of their work of the employees of this company. I had a bad experience with my insurance company, my insurance company was trying to just not do their job right and pay out my money. Oleg is a professional in his field and he knows how to work with any insurance company to help ordinary people. thank you very much.

The worst appraisal company I have ever dealt with. Wouldn t recommend anyone to here they overcharge, they dont backup whatever they offer before taking the vehicle in. Oleg the owner promised to get every possible penny for my accident. My car was wrapped, during the damage wrap and the paint were damaged. They only gave us the money to fix the wrap which wasnt even enough to get the half of damaged panels rewrapped and didnt even bother to take care of the paintjob. They got $1800 from the insurance, took $800 out of it for an inspection so I was left over with $1000 to fix the body, paint, and the wrap of my vehicle. The repair cost me $3800 and I have lost a lot of money because of this money seeking company who is not helping its customer instead taking big portion of our repair money. Don t recommend anyone to this terrible company

The worst appraisal Company,we have 2 statements,i we was charged from the biggets one 10%,but we got the money from the less amount statement. Oleg did total lost when it it was small repair (we fixed car) he offered to buy our car bmw 2013 for 5000$ he said a gift for wife ...but actually its his primary business he is doing total lost/offering you small amount of $ and they fixing the cars and making money.We have been charged for everything...towing,storage,10%...and we was waiting 2 monts,even the final call to insurance company was done by me.Never taking phone calls.Please do not work with them

THIS COMPANY DESERVES NEGATIVE STARS AND NEGATIVE CLIENTELE!!!I have never dealt with a company that tried to scam me more in my entire existence! Whatever "GOOD," reviews are on here are clearly ones of Olegs friends "don't know how anyone can even communicate with this person and how he hasn't fallen off this planet yet for scamming people out of their money!" This company that stated I'd pay them $500 for their services pretty much decided to charge me a percentage of my loan amount! My car had a lien on it for over $30,000 I didn't even get a full pay off on it and have to go through gap insurance to just cover my loan amount (Left with no car and no money) just for them to try to scam money out of me over $3,000 to be exact because Oleg stated it is what they deserve! I guess towing a car to a shop and prepping it for the insurance company to inspect as that is the only thing that they did deserves thousands of dollars, to top it off they charge a pretty good amount from the insurance company for their tow serves, their work, and their daily storage fee, my car has been their for almost 2 months!!!!! So they aren't missing out on too much money already! They didn't finish their job and demanded money from me and threatened NOT to give me paperwork to release my OWN car to the insurance company and to get the lien payed off unless I payed them, LET THAT SINK IN, THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE THEIR JOB AND ARE DEMANDING PAYMENT FOR A SERVICE THAT HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETE OR THEY ARE THREATENING TO HOLD MY PAPERWORK, AND MY CAR IS NOT AND HAS NOT EVEN BEEN PAID FOR!!!!!!! The most self loving and arrogant person I've ever spoken to was Oleg, let me tell you something Oleg, I speak to people as they deserve to be spoken to, and when i get threatened with my personal property I won't sit there and thank you for your incredible service when you clearly don't deserve that credit!!! And when my insurance company wanted to three way call them they refused to have them on the line as they didn't want to discuss PERSONAL financial problems over the phone with them listening, when you do nothing wrong there shouldn't be a problem with someone listening in on a conversation. TO TOP IT OFF PROGRESSIVE TOLD ME THAT THEY GET CALLS VERY OFTEN REGARDING "CLAIMS EXPRESS," PEOPLE WANTING HELP DESPERATELY BECAUSE THEY ARE GETTING SCAMMED!!!!!!!! I AM IN DISBELIEF HOW A COMPANY CAN BE OPENED AS LONG AS THEY ARE WHEN THEY OPERATE IN WAYS THAT THEY DO!!!!!!They also introduce themselves to your insurance as your ATTORNEY that way the insurance can't share any information with you on your claim or speak to them on your behalf, yet they are just a public adjuster. And they want the payment upfront before the job is complete because they are NOT your attorney and just a collision center that complete the car prep for the appraisal that your insurance did per Irina that works in that office! Disgrace!!!SERIOUSLY CLAIMS EXPRESS DO YOU THINK PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS TO JUST HAND OVER THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY JUST BECAUSE YOU SAID SO!EVERYONE WHO LEFT A BAD REVIEW OR RECEIVED BAD SERVICE SHOULD GO TO Better Business Bureau� TO LEAVE YOUR FEEDBACK!

I am really thankful these guys for the service which they provide. I got into car accidents 2 times and as a girl I didn't know how to deal with insurance and claims. I will never estimated my car in that amount by myself. They know what they are doing especially nagotiating with insurance adjusters. They saved me more money and nerves.

Scammers, stay away from this company. Just call your insurance instead. Claims Express Inc. charged over 20% in fees on the lowest settlement possible and did not do any repairs. Had to come up with an additional 4K out of pocket funds to complete repairs.

Sadly there is no zero stars, worst service I've ever had. Super unprofessional, had fraudulent paperwork, read all contracts CLOSELY before signing.
