If your car can drive and it needs a little work, or if you just need a quick tune-up or oil change this is the place to go. They will work with you if you like to use your own fluids, but they also have a great variety of their own. Power steering was changed and they left a lot of air in the system. I was told that it wasn't their fault. Now I have to buy a new power steering pump since it burnt out. Thanks guys!

I have a hard time trusting mechanics and care service people. I blew my engine once and they made me believe it was my fault, when later I found out it wasn t. I went in to this location after work during their last hour of operation. It was the best service you could ask for. Darby and the manager Alisha took their time, answered all my questions, and didn t make me feel like an idiot. They gave me tips and even told me to come back if I have any worries so they can point me in the right direction for any car inquiries. I was so grateful that after a long day, I didn t have to fight off multiple salesmen tactics and I didn t have any anxieties about my car after leaving. 10/10 would recommend this location, and I could not be more thankful to these amazing women!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Battery, Oil change

I came here for an oil changed and was helped by the manager I believe her name was Alisha . She was so helpful , not only informing me of what was happening with the car but also explaining different parts of the car and what needs to get done for a healthy and ready to drive vehicle. She made sure I understood what she was explaining and was great at answer the millions of questions I had. 10/10 experience would recommend to all friends and family. This is a new Valvoline...they've been here 1.5 months. It's really clean and the crew is great. Came in for an oil change and they noticed my air & cabin filter needed changing as well as my rear windshield wiper and my tires needed air. It's so nice they offer these extra services for a fair value. Service was excellent and I appreciated them showing me my new clean oil line on the oil dip stick...they showed me they added the amount of oil I paid for and it was really clean. Will be back again and will definitely recommend others to this new Valvoline location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

These people over charge and they don't pay attention. They put the wrong mileage on my car after the change and trading the car in was difficult because my car had less miles than they reported to carfax

Would not recommend first come first serve .. unfortunately that was not the case today I waited patiently! Then another call pull up gets help within 20mins would never return to this location

This is slowest Valvoline unorganized and they walked around like they are lost. They need to improve on time and organization.The waiting time it's an 1 hour just do the oil change.
