This place blows... I Bought expensive shocks for my rsx and I've only had them for 2 years and one shock completely gives out... Parts only have 1 year warranty. I only need 1 out of the 4 shocks and they do not sell single shocks.. thumbs down! Parts don't last.

I hate to have to write a bad review, but I got the worst customer service from Skunk 2. Fair warning, this is gonna be a bit long.I ordered a skunk 2 billet vtec housing off of amazon. When I got it. I was a little confused because it would not fit with the factory hardware. After looking over the manual, it states that there is supposed to be flush mount hardware included with the part. I thought, maybe it was just a weird fluke, so I went through amazon and did a return/exchange for another one. I get the second one and same situation.I proceed to call skunk 2 and I talked to someone either named Juan or Carlos. I can't remember. I told him the situation and he said that I would have to take it up with amazon. So I contacted amazon. Amazon informed me that they just drop ship the parts as the manufacturer sent them to amazon, so I would have to contact the manufacturer.So I get back on the phone with Skunk 2. I talked to the same person I talked to the first time. This time he looks up the instructions to see the part is indeed supposed to have the hardware. He then states (with a few things in between) that he had someone pull two of the same items off the shelf in their warehouse and they are missing hardware as well. He then confirms with a supervisor or manager that the part is mossing the hardware as well. So he tells me that its an issue with their supplier and that they have to figure it out and would get back to me. He took down my name and my number and said he would get back to me the following monday.After two weeks I had not heard back from them and called them back myself. I talk to the same guy as the first two phone calls and he stated he remembered me. I asked what was going on and he said that they didn't have any hardware to send me and that I could go source my own.Hardware that fit the part properly and looked half way decent was $40 which isn't the worst thing in the world, but as far as i'm concerned. I payed for that hardware when I bought the part.I've had skunk 2 products on my build for years and i'm very disappointed they they neglected me for something so simple.

My girl was getting me a exhaust for my birthday for my Honda civic so she decided to email skunk to see if they would give her the exact product she needed which they did so she order it and had to pay around $200 when we got it it was no where near correct so she emailed them letting them know they said they seen where they told her to order it and that they were sorry, and that we can return it for a full refund but they made her pay $200 to ship it and never compensated her for either shipping cost even tho they admitted they told her to purchase the wrong item

I used to have similar upper arms on my EK, and I knew that these would work for this 2012 Civic. Sure enough, I was able to get the adjustment that I needed to keep my tires wearing evenly. Thank you skunk2!

Non-existent aftersales support.Have emailed the support inbox twice to find out if I'm able to source a replacement part for one of their products with no response on either messages. It's been over a month.I'm not even trying to make a warranty claim or anything - straight up happy to buy the part if available. Problem is, I can't even tell if it's available because there's been no response.

I've been a customer for over 10 years. I ordered cams when i received them I noticed Skunk2 sent the wrong cams. My car is in the shop so I needed them by the weekend which i told the guy over the phone. He didn't seem to care to ship overnight the right cams now my car has to sit in the shop another week costing me more money. I'm so disappointed in Skunk2 the service not like they used to be.

By far the worst costumer service in the industry .. we ve as a collective have supported skunk2 for 20 plus years , which is grams and group A engineering do not be fooled . Took a set of 4 injectors to be cleaned waited over a week to get back 3 injectors which I was told I received all 4 was the most disappointing feeling ever for a company to tell you there s nothing they can do about it ! Literally no solutions to be fixed according to Rep JOEL who is a manager of customer service and sales department .. waited 2 days after a back and fourth argument then a phone call comes we found your injector in the parking lot my boss found in the asphalt on the floor still no apology nor refund on the cleaning of lost time and travel from my house to there shop which isn t that close sad to say this but we ll definitely be ripping every peace of skunk 2 product and Grams out of all our vehicles worst experience with any shop over 25 bucks a injector for cleaning service sucks dr Charles was once the god of engineering to see with this company is a shame

Skunk2 Throttle body. What's the point in selling products without selling fitting kits separately? No support from the company to supply adaptor plates meaning if you have a throttle body with no adaptor may as well put it on the mantle piece as its useless otherwise, what a joke!!!

Down pipe & Front pipe and 3 catback exhaust, I feel so happy from these products! Amazing quality and performance! Still gonna get intercooler kit and more from this legendary brand! SKUNK2 all the way! Go Faster!

Excellent service! Had camshafts replaced free of charge after brand new camshafts deteriorated itself. You're not only just paying for a branded product, you're paying for excellent service and product! Highly recommended and would refer anyone.

I bought the 2.25 megapower rr muffler and after not even 2 months on a 2000 Honda Accord the packing had blown out and there is rattling inside the canister. It sounds like a tin can being drug down a gravel road. The $30 eBay muffler that was on the car before lasted longer than this trash. I researched for months on what muffler to get and any other one would have been a better choice but I chose this once since you care about quality . Lack of quality is more like it. Honestly a complete waste of money. I will no longer use this brand and will point people away from these products, they have the same build quality as eBay parts so if anything just order off eBay.

I bought a set of Skunk2 front camber kit pro series about five years ago, but only drove about a solid three years on them and my passenger side is completely blown out. This is on my daily driver and as I said I only drove about three years on them due to the fact that I have another car and a bike, so to me this is unacceptable. I will not be purchasing anymore products that bear this name. I wish I could have replaced them with energy suspension bushings, but it seems they don't make them or I didn't look deep enough into it. Save your money buy a quality part that will last.

Literally Erick Gonzales is a saint. He answered all of questions, gave me links, had advice and was super friendly. Before I had finished with everything I was already telling people about the great service and how great I felt with dealing with him. Skunk2 all the way!

I called and was getting a new rear coilover for my 06 nc Miata and the top hat for the driver rear and passenger rear are different top hats and I call and order a new rear coil over and turns out it's my passenger rear which I don't need and I need the driver rear the top hat is different for both sides in order to fit in correctly I email their support and clearly some team members don't know anything about parts because the lady I was speaking to said there was no difference in top hats clearly there is a difference since the top hat are inverted from one another and she kept saying there was no difference and they told me to rotate the top hat when that would make no difference since it'll still be inverted from the one I have originally so I had to swap my old top hat onto the new coilover and they said they wouldn't give me the other top hat since there "is no difference" Definitely not buying from them again

I m not the type of person to leave bad reviews to anyone but I have been a customer of there products for over 15 years but the past few year Customer service became the worst is horrible to deal with them never again

Bought a part that didnt fit and tried to explain I needed a new bottom cup to make it fit right and the lady I spoke to was so rude called mutiple times hoping to get someone else but had to leave my number for the manager hate doing this but being told the stuff I did today by the company I will be buying from form and function for now on it's sad since my whole car is skunk 2 but it's ok
