We had to come here to buy a new light for our car because it was out. We had to replace it ASAP. Luckily it has only one left and I got it! I'm sure it'll be worth the money.

I called the store yesterday to find out if they had a starter for my make and model car in stock. Unfortunately they did not but the store associate Trisha went above and beyond to assist me in locating a store close by that had the part in stock and answer any questions I had (which were a lot) and even took the time to explain things in depth for me when I wasn't quite understanding the warranty process and options I had for my part replacement. She was very polite and didn't get frustrated or annoyed with how many things I asked of her or the multiple times I called back with more questions. By far an excellent employee who definitely deserves a raise

I like this location slots. Bryan was quite knowledgeable about what I needed and helped with a swiftness in what and what not to purchase. Tristan provided excellent conversation while we waited and I deeply appreciate both of them while we shopped at this Norco branch!

I came in needing a fuel line for my truck and they didn t have the exact size I needed so the guy working there showed me the closest they have, I decided to try it but first checked with him that I can return it if it s too tight for my carb. Then I go in the following day after the hose didn t work to return it, and now he was saying they can t do returns on that fuel line because when they sell it they have to cut it to size off the roll. So I was blatantly lied to so they could make some money off me, meanwhile the hose they sold here was almost $18 for what I needed and it s just under $12 at Napa for a better brand too. This place is a scam.

Horrible experience. Came in with pictures, references of product and explanations of what car problems I was having. At first, was assisted by a sales employee who then passed me onto the manager who is an older (50-60 y/o) American female, blonde hair, blue eyes. This lady was so rude and ignorant, uninformed and quite demeaning. When trying to explain the problems she quickly turned them down and discredited what I was saying which was VALID information as I ve done my research. Left this shop, went to Napa auto parts in corona and met Scott which was the most helpful, attentive, comprehensive sales representative all qualities that this store manager at O rielly clearly lacks. Quite upsetting to see that store managers such as this women, show horrible customer service as exemplary behavior for other sales associates. Never coming here again!

Had a great experience with employees. They were very helpful. The young man was very attentive and even helped me to put a new battery on my car key control. Always have loved their service.

Very knowledgeable and being in this industry for a long time Minda has always sold me the correct parts needed for my vehicle's. If she had to order something it always comes in on time as she says it would there and always the correct parts. I thank Minda and staff for their help and service they have provided to me for years now. Thank you

I went over here after I got very poor service at AutoZone on the other end of the parking lot and this place well exceeded them and customer service. I'll be going with them from here on out because there are more friendly and willing to help then their local competitors. I found the shop to be nice and clean and the people very informative.

Highly recommend this place if you need a part or even if you have a general idea that you may need a part, the staff can help guide you.

The female working the front on 1/27/22 was very rude when I asked if they can check the code for the check engine light. She had no name tag. She was very sour towards me.

I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes, but the fact was that they didn't have any customers, the employee was leaning on the counter having a nice personal conversation with someone that they didn't care about the customer, me, i left and went to autozone, couple blocks from them, i buy and sell cars so i buy a lot of parts, im not going back to this store, bad business, bad customer service!!!!!
