I was interested in a vehicle they had online, so I called about it. The first person I talked to, it was hard to understand because of the accent, sounded like they hated life, couldnt stand their job and had no interest in the vehicle they were selling and had no desire to find out information I needed. Called back the next day to hopefully find someone who cared, boy was I wrong. I could not understand hardly anything the new guy was saying with his strong accent, worse than the previous guy. He had no interest in transferring me to the manager when I asked, so that I could hopefully talk to someone who spoke English and find out about the vehicle I was interested in. He would not.So I started looking on the internet for another vehicle, this company sure doesnt care. After my negative experience, I looked up their reviews to find out 80% of them were like mine, if not worse and the vehicles they sell, have major problems with them as many attest to. Does not appear they have a clue of what they are selling, much less care about the people that have an interest in the. Thats ok, I still have my money, they dont. If I could give them zero stars, I would, they do not deserve the one granted to them.

In search of 2 Company vehicles, Bita came to the rescue and was able to offer her expertise. She was so knowledgeable and she was able to help us get exactly what we were looking for. Please come see her, she has a wide selection!! Wish this was our first stop, but very happy with the service and her contagious smile

Surprised to see the vehicle we came to look was not even cleaned. Worst of all, they did not honor the listed price!! We walked out when Ali and his boss Sad was not helpful. We wasted a lot of time coming here to Norco Truck Center.

If I could leave a no star review I would. This was by far the worst encounter with people that my wife and I have ever had. Not only did we make it easy for them to sell us a vehicle but they straight up treated us like a paycheck. They're only in it for the money, there was not one ounce of customer service or effort put in on their part. They didn't clean or gas up the vehicle. It also had a flat front tire upon pick up. Also after my bank was in contact with them about the funding the deal. Which means they had received they money for the vehicle. The sales Manager tells my wife that if we don't make it to the dealership by 6 that he is leaving because he is tired and has been there all day. So he parks the vehicle on the street and waits for my wife to get there rushes through paperwork and leave. Only reason we bought from them is because they had the truck i needed for work. But I 10 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND. To prove it to you you I bet I get a pre written response that matches one of the other bad review for this company. I waited to give this review to make sure they didn't mess up my registration or my paper work on purpose to screw me.

Bought a used Chevy Volt for a good price. This is a no frills operation that seemed straight forward and honest. The 12v battery on the car was weak so they replaced it to make sure I did not have problem right away. They could have sent me down the road and I might not have known - but would have had to buy one a month later. Honesty when no one is looking is the kind that counts the most. The only reason is it not a 5 star is the financing available is commercial rates. I had to refi the car afterwards. A bit of a hassle, but I'll take trust over a little extra effort any say.

A lot of inventory which is cool, but don t assume they will adjust prices or give discounts. They are very firm on prices even for cash buyers which is unheard of. Most of their vehicles are government surplus auctions from around the country. Service is so so and they seem to just want to get you outta there. Not sure what type of dealership this is since I ve been in the business my self for over ten years . I wasn t comfortable with the purchase but the person I was with really wanted the car. Its a hard pass for me. Sorry. And the responses to complaints are sales pitchy and false. Please don't mislead the public, a lot of your vehicles are absolutely from government auctions!! I know how to do a VIN search!

Purchased 3 vans from this place back in December 2021. We STILL have not received the title and registration on one of these vans and we keep getting the run-around. We are told the temp registration sticker we received back in Dec is still good, but the DMV says otherwise, so does the CHP who has pulled us over 2 times now for expired registration. All attempts to get this rectified keep stating that it's some other 3rd party who is responsible for the lack of title and they have no control over it. They are now not responding to our communication attempts. They have been impacting our business with this for 8 months now and if it isn't immediately resolved, we will be filing complaints with the DMV, the dealership license board, CA state attorney generals office, New motor vehicle board, Consumer affairs office, and anyone else that will help us rectify this, including our attorney.Beware of buying from this place.

One star is too much for this business and I am only sharing this review because I wish I had read the other bad reviews and shopped for a used utility truck somewhere else. I was in need of a dependable work vehicle for my new start up business and went to Bita and explained my situation and how much driving I do. The truck I purchased was dirty and had a bad battery and the tires looked bald, but it had low milage for the year it was, so I assumed it would be fine. Bita highly recommended I purchase a warranty in case of problems. Which I did and before I left the lot Norco Truck Center replaced the battery, but then the check engine late came on, which they told me to check with their mechanic who said it was fine. Two days later I had a blow out on the freeway which also cracked the back fender. When the tow truck came, they noticed it was leaking fluid, which turned out to be leaky seals. Towed it to Ford who diagnosed 4 more problems that had to be fixed. Of course, the warranty only covered 2 of the problems the others were labeled "pre-existing" the Ford technician even said I was sold a truck at a high price that was a complete mess. After a number of unanswered calls to the dealership asking for help with the bills, I realized it wasn't going to happen and paid the bill myself. Needless to say, I will be contacting a dealership fraud attorney. This kind of dealership obviously has no integrity and I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Read the reviews people!!

I bought a 2015 work truck out of state from these guys. The truck has been nothing but problems. No service bed truck keys, the radio has never worked. It would not pass emissions (they cleared the bad OBD codes prior to selling hiding the fact that it wouldn't pass emissions). A few hundred dollars and 400 miles later I was able to pass emissions just to register the thing. The service bed door on passenger side would not stay shut. The key fob to lock the doors does not work. I took it in and they said the reader inside the truck needs to be fixed to read the fob. Customer service was pretty much non existent when I asked about the issues. Very disappointing and such a headache when spending $40,000 and getting a mess to deal with. I should have paid attention to the negative reviews before I bought from them. Never again.Update: 09/14/2021We finally figured out what happened. The truck we purchased was in a flood from Louisiana, then these guys (Norco) bought it and sold it as a clean title which is not true. I have spent over $4000 total since I bought it earlier this year just to keep it running. I had to replace all of the wiring to the fuse box , a new fuse box, a new AC panel and wiring, and a new radiator. All of the mechanics said it had tons of water damage and looked very consistent with being in a flood. BEWARE of doing business with this shady company! They will screw you!

I called this company from Wisconsin and bought our school Van from them. Bobby and Bita are very friendly and accommodating. Despite of my distance, they made my transactions easier. Looking forward to do business with this company. Kudos to a good customer service. God bless.

Honestly worst service ever, supper sketchy, I was only looking at a 13,000 vehicle that I liked I ve already been approved elsewhere but I wanted to look out for a second option. We came from hrs away they told my husband to walk around and look up the info online no one bothered to come help. Save your time on coming they require at least a 620 credit score and they are not even all that. Go to your local car dealers where I will be going back and getting my vehicle. All the vehicles are not like the pictures online they are dusty, broken missing peace s and much more. DONT COME HERE !

Sales person refused to show us the truck or even turn it on, until we do a credit check. He assured us everything works, but refused to show us the vehicle. We told him we didn't need financing and he just walked away.

I'm an out of town buyer, so... I had questions like does the truck run well? Has it had any major repairs? Does the 4x4 work? Does the A/C Work? Reasonable. Salesperson Bobby never called me back. Emails took multiple attempts. When I got him on the phone, he either was lying that he knew about the truck, or didn't care. He said he'd get back with me. He didn't. Two days later, I called again. Then I texted him. He told me if I wanted to know that information, "it wasn't his job," and I should "take the truck across the street and pay for Ford to answer those questions" in an inspection. It was his job! I texted that I didn't think he wanted to sell me a truck - he gave me a thumbs up emoji. Wow. How did he know if I was a first time buyer of a construction vehicle or if I was an owner of a multi multi million dollar construction company in the Midwest (I am) or if I've purchased $300,000 in trucks in 2020 alone (I did)?. It shouldn't matter. Very low class. If this was the service I got now, what would have happened if I wired him money? Never go to NOrco. Bobby shouldn't have a job.

Bought our second truck at Norco Truck Center. Very friendly and accommodating Personnel. They work with you on financing and if there is any wiggle room to negotiate the price they will. We found a problem with the truck after purchase, called them up and they fixed it immediately. Very satisfied customer. We will be going back there again when it's time for another truck.

I am appalled at this company!! We are from Michigan and sent one of our employees out to purchase a Dodge Sprinter. We had been on the fence about traveling that far due to the fact that we could not visually see the vehicle until we arrived. We examined the pictures listed on their website thoroughly, I spoke with Bita multiple times in regards to the condition of said vehicle and was guaranteed it was in pristine condition. So, our company forked out the expense of travel and sent one of our employees to purchase. It is sickening how the condition of the vehicle was far less than what was conveyed. The oil was thousands of miles OVER the required mileage for change and the vehicle had a HUGE dent on the passenger side. Of course, when we went to find the vehicle listing on their website, they had taken it down and removed it from their page. This company is a rip off and ALL LIARS. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are NOT honest and will do whatever they can to try and make a sale, even if it means lying. I do not want to even give them one star, but have to in order for this to post.

Strange dealership. Alot of inventory a few had flat tires. Nice looking trucks just a strange feel to the whole place when I drove up I was impressed on inventory after walking around didn't see any sales people and the shape of the trucks it looked like no one had been there in weeks, but it was open. Looked at a couple of trucks and went to a different dealership. Could be good but I was weary of the trucks and didn't buy from this dealership.

The owner should be ashamed . Bobby Mir is a horrible sales person. This person thinks it's OK to hang up on someone when they're in the middle of a conversation. Then when I called back and confronted him he thought it was funny. The owners daughter on the other hand was very polite and nice in person yesterday. Bobby did a follow up and should be fired from this establishment. Sad day for Norco truck Center having someone like this working for you make your whole business look bad.**** Response to your post. What a joke you trying to blame it on a drop phone call to make your company look better. It wasn't a dropped phone call !!! He straight up hung up the phone.

Believe the negative reviews!! terrible customer service went to go see a truck , the lady salesman Bita didn t even know about the truck in the lot I was looking for (VERY awkward interaction since she didn t seem interested in pulling off the sale) , I am so glad I walked away, probably would have made the worst financial decision of my life!! Overly expensive trucks that I searched up the vin and was an auction bought truck!! I repeat do not come here unless you are willingly accepting to lose money, trucks are dirty as hell too !! As good as the deal looks walk away!!

Wanted to look at and test drive a vehicle they had. The employee we interacted with was rude and brushed us off. They have a large selection, and I only interacted with the one employee so others may be better. Will definitely be buying somewhere else though.

Bita is a great salesperson. They told us that the credit line would be reported on our business not our personal credit with the bank. She was100% correct, she is great and that is why we are buying a few more work trucks this year from her.

Applied for a utility truck .after 3 weeks of calling they sent me a approval on a van for lease. Totally unprofessional. Was amazed at the offer over pricing the truck by 10k. Went to R&R Auto group in menifee and got the c2500 truck I was looking for in 2 hrs . With awesome financing . We are a growing company and I don't see us returning to norco truck center.

My company and I bought a 2014 Ford F-550 from Norco in early November. It took us one month to drive the truck from California to NY because we were constantly bringing it back to a dealership to be fixed. The management team refuses to help us and now we have to spend a additional 10,000$ in parts. This company is sad and should not be trusted. They should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. I will make sure to drag this businesses name through the mud as much as possible due to this experience with them.

Terrible experience wasted days of my time! Finance is distrusting the way they speak to people Very unprofessional not willing to turn trucks on unless you for sure are taking it home they say too lazy to go out and show which truck your looking for from online !!! Would not go in lot to help find truck ! So unprofessional ! And when you walk in your are not greeted you sit in the waiting two chair until someone decides to acknowledge your there or you get up which I had to get up after being there twenty minutes with no help or acknowledgment poor service take your money else where

Great buying experience. Had no problems looking at & testing trucks I was interested in. All my questions and concerns were answered. Had no problems or hassles trying to get the truck I picked inspected before purchasing. Easy experience.

Call about a 2012 F250 service truck with aluminum liftgate they sent me a written quote on the price of the truck we came out and looked at it was kind of undecided came back the next day with cash to buy the truck and they said the price of the truck now was $10,000 more I asked them why is it $10,000 more I have it in writing with the price you gave me the owner came out and said we can do whatever we want I would have to say that is some of the worst business ethics I've ever seen in my life and I would highly recommend nobody do business with this dealership very shady we will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and seeking legal advice not because we know it'll go anywhere but just to be a thorn in their side for having us drive over 200 miles to buy a truck that suddenly they wanted $10,000 more for the day we show up to buy it.In response to your response.... That is a blunt lie and you know it !! You should be ashamed of yourself and we have contacted the BBB and currently speaking with legal advice to take this to the next level ... Your bait and switch days are over I have spoke with several attorneys I was recording the entire conversation on my cell phone which is posted on YouTube and Instagram . and we look forward to seeing you in court !
