1st time using this shop. I have to say it was the best experience I had. Joey is the best. His customer service and prices were the best. To quote Men in Black: he is the "the best of the best with honors. " Had to rebuild my transmission of my 1992 ford f350. Did it so fast and no issues so far. I highly recommend him for tranmission issues.Service: Transmission

Norco transmission did a fantastic job rebuilding my 727 transmission in my 63 prostreet Valiant. . I highly recommend them. I own a Jeep a wrangler that I needed desperate transmission repair on. Due to proximity, I rolled the dice and ended up taking the Jeep to NORCO TRANSMISSIONS. From the moment I met Joe, the owner and manager of the shop, I felt confident that my Jeep was in quality hands. After learning more about this shops reputation, I was blessed to have the opportunity to do business with them. Not only was Joe open and completely honest with the breakdown of costs, but he expedited the repair in order to accommodate my personal busy schedule. One last comment on this Company s performance is, that being middle-aged, and having experienced companies from Awesome to majorly sub-standard, I believe that there s a simple reason why NORCO TRANSMISSIONS has been a successful and stable Company for so long. My clutch was completely destroyed! Joey gave me the best deal compared to all of the other shops in town. Besides that, his work integrity and honest communication is what puts his shop above the rest. I highly recommend him to anyone who is having transmission problems, if you want the best parts put in by the best people.

Took my gt 86 in for a throwout bearing issue. These guys rock not sure how the long term fix will be but first day back and wow feels completely different.

Joey lies to me about delaysI brought my Ford edge in for a transmission flush service and Joey told me that he would need to road test the vehicle and make sure the transmission is OK before he did this and would give me a callHe never called me I called him after him having my car in the shop for six hours and spoke to him and his reply was i m having trouble locating your filter and gasket Which I knew was immediately a lie because my car has a permanent transmission filter that can t be changed I was also not provided a copy of a written contract or a written estimate before any work was completed for my approval

transmission went out for metal in the pan originally, Car has now been there 3 separate times all with transmission issues. Problem still not fixed
