Just pulled away with our Thunderbolt! So excited! The staff at Norco RV Center make everything so enjoyable and simple. They were so wonderful. We will be telling everyone where we bought it. Thank you all so much!October 2020 Still loving our Thunderbolt!! No issues, no problems!

Robert and Lisa did a great job of answering all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Prices are best around I spent almost 6 months comparing. Robert was able to help me get financed through a local credit union. Signing paper work with Mark was a breeze. Lisa walked us through how to use our new trailer. They even threw in a free hitch. I was out camping the very next day with my Iconic toy hauler. Thanks Norco RV Center. I will see y'all when I am ready for my 5th wheel

Norco RV is the best RV dealer the area!! (Please read to the end). I bought my first trailer from Mark a few years back and the whole experience was great! Very professional, very trustworthy, very reliable and very fast!I visited about 10 RV places in the immediate area, and nobody even said "hi" when I walked in. Mark and his family own and run the dealership and I am glad I ended up buying from them. I ended up selling back the trailer to Norco RV, and just recently picked up a good used C-Class Motorhome from them.The most important thing - Mark knows a good RV. I had no idea about RVs, but Mark does. I noticed that the selection is relatively small because Mark picks the good RVs, so it makes it way easier. Because they are a family run operation, they have skin in the game. And when you are going to spend anywhere between 50 and 100K for a vehicle, it makes it much easier when you know that the product you are buying is being offered by someone who has skin in the game. And if you can't find an RV you like on the lot, I am sure they can find it.The hardest part nowadays is finding the right people to help. If that's what you want, Norco RV is the place.

If you want to deal with terrible salesman still stuck in the covid days, give this place a visit.. otherwise steer clear and go somewhere else.Salesman acted like, talked like an might have been the owner was friendly until we talked price, then wasn't so friendly. they are over nada an when i tried to get them to come down 6k so I could finance was told that " the new RV market is dropping, but there aren't many used RV's so used RV prices and values are going to surpass the values of new and they just aren't going to come down. it made no sense at all but might work on some people. he bragged about selling weekend warriors for twice their value because people pay cash. then told me he doesn't need to come down because he had a guy this past weekend tell him he's coming back in 2 weeks to put a deposit down on it.... 2nd time coming here, 2nd time I walked an I'll never be back

We've been in the market for a toy hauler and this was hands down the best experience overall. We ended up with an unbeatable price and drove off the lot with a new ICONIC! The staff is so friendly and laid back, no pressure whatsoever. Shout out to Lisa - she was amazing (ask for her)! Mark and Robert were also very genuine amazing to work with. We couldn't be any happier with our purchase and overall experience here. Save yourself the grief and shop Norco RV. You won't be disappointed!

After months of wanting a toy hauler the great reviews lead us to Norco RV. We were greeted by Lisa who listened to what we were looking for and showed us our options. She explained the differences between the ones we looked at then gave us some time to make our decision. We did not feel pressured to buy and couldn't be happier with the awesome deal. Robert the owner is very honest and helpful he answered all of our first time buyer questions. He made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I highly recommend Norco RV Center.

We just bought a travel trailer from Norco RV and we had a wonderful experience. Lisa was informative, sweet and gave us a great deal. Ask for Lisa! There was absolutely no pressure and a very easy process. We feel confident we couldn t have done better anywhere else. Big thanks to Brian for delivering the trailer and for Jim the finance manager. Five stars well deserved.

I will start off saying I hate dealerships and a pushy salesperson is a total turn off for me. I visited Norco RV about a year ago and quickly realized all dealerships and salespeople are not the same. Lisa was awesome as she took time to show us a variety of RV Brands and styles. Even though we said we were not ready to buy...... it didn t matter to her and she spent time with us. Fast forward about a year and here we are. Our first trailer purchase was the best ever. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and professional with the financial aspect of the deal. I feel we received outstanding customer service and a really good purchase price. They took extreme care to make sure all aspects of the trailer were explained.Awesome Experience. Keep up the good work Norco RV.Vinny and Kerenza

We had a great experience buying from Norco RV. Lisa was a great sales person. Walked is thru all the models and explained everything. Buying was super easy. No pressure sales, unlike some other places. No asks to leave a deposit, no sales tricks like "how it's still here when you get back". Robert just have us their best price up front and set up everything else up. Brian made the walk through very nice and explained everything to us.

After searching for others positive experiences, we decided to visit Norco RV. Lisa greeted us right away and before showing us anything really paid attention to what our needs were. We had seen a couple options online and thought we knew what we were interested in. After seeing those, Lisa showed us options that better fit our needs.They have a wide variety for guests that come in just to look and the models are clean and very presentable. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE! They were so nice! We totally felt like family.We worked with Robert (the owner) on the financing options. It took a few days... again no pressure ... and then he presented us with a few options depending on our down payment. I actually had a trade in and they worked with us to give us a great offer on the trade!I would only recommend going to Norco RV for any RV needs!

We haven't purchased an RV from them but their customer service is top notch. During our visit we met Lisa. She was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. They didn't pressure us in any way as we perused their inventory of fifth wheel toy haulers. We were not able to find the right unit for our family, but we would gladly give them our business if they had what we were looking for.

Norco RV has exceeded our expectations. Everything went off without a hitch (okay, we got a hitch too). Lisa was excellent, no pressure and helped us during the process. We already had an idea of what we wanted, and we found something even better than we could have expected. Robert was awesome as well and it wasn t a daunting experience as we have heard about other places. Finally, Brian was so helpful going through everything in the trailer to ensure we understood and knew how to work everything. Please, stick to this family owned business because they do treat you like family. We love our new rig and appreciate y all so much!

10 stars if I could give it! Complete strangers to me when I found one of their older RVs for sale on the internet. I purchased it from them and had a few delivery problems that they fixed promptly and at great sacrifice. They also repaired my rv to tip top shape prior to delivery and taught me how to use all systems.� Mark the owner and his employees are all so gracious.� I trusted them completely and they lived up to it 100%.� Many at Norco RV claim to be Christians and I say they are the real thing.� It starts at the top with Mark.� Where can you get that these days?� Go Jesus.� Go Norco RV!

These guys were very patient and helpful during the entire process. We had a weird situation with our financing option but they were able to get us approved and ready to take our new toy hauler home. Robert went out of his way to talk to the bank and that is not common these days. Thanks again Norco RV! We recommend them to all of our friends!

We can not recommend Norco Rv Center enough! The customer service they provide is beyond comparison. These people are Good ol fashion honest, friendly, wonderful people! We have bought multiple trailers from them, and every time they have always gone above and beyond to ensure a pleasurable buying experience without any pressure. Their Rvs are always in impeccable condition which offers comfort when buying. Our latest purchase did not disappoint! As always, we were so pleased from start to finish. Go to Norco Rv Center for all your trailer buying needs, and you will leave with nothing but good times and great memories ahead of you which the way trailer buying should be!

We purchased our toy hauler about a week ago and we had a great experience with Robert. He really took the time to explain and answer all our questions in person and through emails. I didn't feel pressured to buy or even look at models we weren't interested in. The only reason why I'm not given them 5 stars is because we haven't needed to utilize our warranty, so we don't know how they are on that end. If it is anything like our buying experience, I'm sure I'll be very satisfied with their work and quickness with repairing our toy hauler.

After going to several (8 to be exact) RV dealerships to purchase a toy hauler we decided to go to Norco RV where we were greeted right away by Robert and didn t have to go around looking for help, which we really appreciate it cuz it was 115 degrees hot that day. he was very knowledgeable, help us out every step of the way and answered all our questions, he made himself very accessible and really made us feel very comfortable with our purchase, everyone at Norco RV was very friendly from office staff to the guy who walked us and lastly the guy who installed our hitch. I would highly recommend Norco RV to anyone looking to buy an RV. Top notch customer service

Norco RV is amazing! We came in looking for something with a lot of space but nothing to big. Lisa and Robert were bey helpful and helped up get the toy hauler we wanted. They were both beyond helpful for the whole process. Robert walked us through the trailer and showed us how everything works and they made sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase! I recommend Norco RV and we will definitely come back here for future purchases!

After having a horrible experience with a previous RV center, my husband and I were hesitant to even continue our search, but Norco RV changed our whole perspective. Lisa was AMAZING!! Not only did she have tons of knowledge on the different trailers, she wasn t pushy at all and we never felt rushed. She was super friendly and honest. She really spent her time with us to make sure that we ended up with the right trailer for our family. With Lisa s help we ended up buying a beautiful Vortex and Robert made the check out process very smooth. We are obsessed with our trailer and have already made some unforgettable memories in it. Loved our experience with Norco from beginning to end. Lisa met us at the entrance of the dealership and asked what we were looking for she pointed to the RV s and we explored on our own. Only when we had questions did she come around. Not pushy at all which was great. Once we decided on our RV she had us talk to Robert. Super knowledgeable guy, answered all our questions and explained in detail all concerns. We will definitely recommend Norco RV to all our fiends and family. I have been here twice now and dealt with Lisa. They do not have the toyhauler I need but she has always been more than happy to answer any questions. She know I am going to walk in there with my tape measure and my wife is going to look at the kitchen and the bedroom. You know many of us just want to see if certain models will work and Norco is always open for that. Thanks for being more than a place to buy an RV . . . you guys are also very helpful as a research facility.

My girl and I were in the market for a quality RV we planned to use a lot over the next year. Norco had a model we liked so we decided to pay them a visit. Several days before we planned to head up there Shannon wanted to check some details and pricing for our specific model and she spoke with Lisa. I remember the first thing she said when I got home from work was something like I think this has been the nicest and most straight forward person I ve spoken with since we ve been looking. From beginning to end Lisa was more than helpful, informative and honest. I d attribute that to what earned our business. Mark went out of his way and prepared ALL the paperwork so we didn t have to spend all day waiting or signing and generating documents. The thing that has impressed ME the most about Norco RV is their level of post purchase support and service. Brandon in service has literally made EVERY small issue and fix a priority and made sure we were supplied an answer, a product and a solution every single time we have had a question or repair. Thank you Norco RV. I highly recommend this dealership to any and all the are even considering an rv.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt my experience was excellent and wanted others to know. I spent a few months trying to find a deal on a trailer, and I kept coming back to Norco RV because of their no pressure approach and low prices. At the other dealers I shopped at, I was getting lied to and felt pressured. I ultimately bought my trailer with no regrets and I love it. We weren't sure how much we would use it but we've made trips each month with itRobert has even answered my calls after hours since I'm new at RVing. I've already referred a few friends their way and they were treated great too. Keep up the great work guys!

My dad and I went in to purchase a new 5th wheel toy hauler. Norco Rv Center has the best out there. Lisa was super nice in showing us the units they had, and helped choose our unit. Once we were transferred to Robert to the paper work he was the chillest person to deal with. He helps you through everything and the process is super quick, I think the whole paper work and the financing took about 45min. When went to pick up the unit they showed us how to use everything during the walkthrough. I d recommend everyone to go here, I will put money that you won t be treated better anywhere else!

This is the place to buy a trailer. Period. We had been to other dealers and we were warned by some friends to avoid Mike Thompson like the plague. We ended up in Norco after reading the numerous 5 star reviews for Norco RV Center with very high expectations. We weren t disappointed. The prices were much lower than anybody else s. The sales staff, most notably Lisa whom we dealt with, were friendly and she listened to what we needed and showed us trailers that met our criteria. We eventually bought an MPG 21 travel trailer and we love it. If you re shopping for an RV don t waste your time at the so called superstores. Go to Norco RV and get what you want the first time.
