One of the worst car washes I have ever gotten paid almost $45 for a car wash. They didn t even wipe nothing down didn t vacuum. I asked for the manager and they kept. Giving me the runaround, Didn t even even wash the car on the outside properly still had stains all over the car, like dustLooks like they didn t even touch the car don t ever come here save your money and go somewhere else

The owners and management of this place are absolute trash! They had the audacity to charge me a different price than what was clearly posted, and when I asked for a valid reason, they couldn't provide one. To make matters worse, they refused to refund the additional $10 they fraudulently took from me. When I confronted one of their so-called "managers," he had the nerve to pull out his phone and start texting while I was talking to him. Then, without a care in the world, he just walked away. I'm absolutely appalled by their unbelievable level of unprofessionalism. And if that wasn't bad enough, after they supposedly cleaned my vehicle, the backseat was still dirty as if it hadn't been touched at all. The carpets were also untouched and not even damp. When I brought this up to the manager once again, he said something to his employee, who then came back and started slamming my car doors and tossing things around in a fit of rage. I am utterly astounded by the horrific service I received. It doesn't matter that it was only $10 at the beginning, it's the principle of the matter that infuriates me. And let me be clear, my car is not a large car. It's a simple two-door hatchback. Save yourself the trouble and don't even think about going to this place. Don't waste your precious time or hard-earned money here. Go anywhere else. Seriously.

I was previously a member for car wash services, I canceled my membership due to my monthly rate changing 3 times in 6 months with no prior notice. When I canceled I asked for a refund for that months charge since I had not used any services. I was told that it's not their problem that I was unhappy with their charges, and I should have canceled sooner if I did not want to be charged. Terrible customer service.

I came to this place because a friend recommended. I paid a very high price of $246 for a complete shampooing of interior. They called me about an hour later to tell me car was ready which was surprising. But whoever called me claimed they doubled up detailers. When I got there I did inspection and noticed areas still dirty and the guy said they did best they could do. It seemed like they just shampooed cloth and put vinyl shine all over without cleaning first. I got home and got simple green and a clean yellow microfiber cloth to confirm that they couldn't do better. Dirty!!! My pics speak for themselves. I got the interior detail and I am experiencing buyers remorse. I don't like that slippery silicone they use on all the plastics and the over spray spotted my gauge cluster and windshield. Yes, my truck is clean, but I don't believe it was worth over $200.

This place had great communication, but the quality was NOT there. I asked for a full interior clean and a simple wash. Paid almost $90 and it took over and hour (what I expected). Fell short on delivery. Floor looks fine, but the wipedown on many simple surfaces is what i have an issue with. Did not fold down usb port cover to wipe. No attempt made on the head unit or surrounding areas. Dash had spots missing. Window looks like it was not cleaned. Cloth area on driver door rest looked like it had not been cleaned. Steering column was not touched. Lastly, plastic behind rear seating under the window was not touched at all. Not quite 1 out of 5 but for $90 I expect more than this.

Please do not go here. I paid 240 dollars for a full interior detail . All I can tell you that they did was steam the seat, vacuum, and do a quick wipe down. Everywhere I looked I saw dust, dirt, stains, and grime still everywhere. I left my car there for 6 hours. Even after taking my car back to fix their job I was still left with a lot of my own cleaning to do. The customer service is also terrible. Not once did they answer their phone or by email. You have to go in person if you want to say anything. Just skip the trouble and do not go here. Very unprofessional and terrible workService: Auto detailing

Don't go here. You can get a better wash at an automated gas station.I actually left the car wash with a new grease stain on my interior water stains, and hand marks all over my car.They won't touch your interior until you pay $165 for "detailing".They charge $45+ to run your car through a light wash machine and then they run a dry cloth over your seats.The manager is a shady foreigner who denies everything. You can tell he just makes excuses all day long.Overall surprisingly shady and not worth the time or money.

My wife just left this car wash and paid $30 for their diamond wash and they didn t even vacuum the interior of the car out. She specifically stated she wanted the dog hair vacuumed and they said to do the diamond package.

This place is horrible got the meguiars spray way it was just there sitting for 15min till someone got to it then the inside was not vacuum correctly they didnt even vacuum 3rd seat expensive and horrible jo do recommend anyone

Disregard which car wash you pay for, your car will not be sharp or well done. I gave them enough chances. I had to point out each detail they missed. It s a shame.

I've been coming here for years. Even before they remodeled and changed ownership. I started coming here every Friday after work to wash my cars because they have someone drying your car after wash. Never had an issue with them until today! I've gone through that wash tunnel many times and I've never heard a thump sound. Sure enough my car was scratched. I 100% know I did not have this scratch because I had just picked up the car from my driveway at home to get it washed. I walked past the side it got scratched on and i did not see a scratch nor did anyone hit my car omw to carwash. There was another girl who had a scratch on her suv aswell. The manager who came out to talk to me said he looked at the cameras and nothing hit my car. That 200 cars go through tunnel and they never have problems . Yes I've been through that tunnel many times and I've never had problems till today. THIS IS HOW SURE I AM THAT THE CARWASH SCRATCHED MY CAR the manager offered me free carwashes everytime I go back there and get my car washed and I declined. If I was just looking for a freebie I would've taken offer but for what so the machine can malfunction and scratch my car again . No thanks

This carwash did an excellent job leaning my car. I am glad that I chose I came to this carwash as the made me feel welcome and comfortable that my car was going to come out clean and felt they offer 100% customer service. I would be coming back when I need a carwash.

Unfortunately this car wash dented my suv and then refused to accept responsibility for the damage they caused. They claimed they reviewed video but found no issues (as I expected they would say) the thing is I did not drive the vehicle that they damaged anywhere EXCEPT to the car wash to have it cleaned then I found the dent as seen in the picture. Obviously your machine or some kind of equipment dented my car as it has also done to other customers vehicles in your reviews. Take responsibility for your mistakes. Joe was not helpful at all. Terrible customer service. Needless to say I will not be returning to this car wash. Note how when Norco hills car wash replies to the complaints here, they always seem to ask the person that has written the bad review to confirm that they actually visited the Norco hills location. LOL again they don't want to accept responsibility for ANYTHING. You need to start accepting responsibility for the damages you cause.

How come you don't do what you say you're going to do? This my mom's car. I wanted to impress her and you embarrass me. thanks a lot. I took the time to take everything out of the car before I even showed up . I lifted my mats and put them in the rear just to make it easier for your vacuum guy . Before I even started I specifically asked you if you're going to vacuum the rear trunk area of the car. I should have checked before I left, but I was so excited to return the car home to my mother.

I was just there, about 30 minutes ago....thinking they would do a good job I purchased the platinum package $38.99. Got done, as I drove onto the freeway I looked around inside the car...dust everywhere. Doesn't look like they wiped anything down. I'm a first time customer, is that why my car was not cleaned properly?

this place use to be great and it has gone down hill after 2020. The prices are ridiculously high and the service isn't that great. *sigh* sad to say, I will never come back and stick to mobile...cali car wash is my go to now and they are completely fabulous and have great pricing!

Nice staff, poor quality. I paid for the platinum and I still got the car dirty in the inside with no strawberry aroma :(I am so disappointed this is the third time I go there and they never clean the car for what I paid. They only vacuum the inside and it's not even done well. I got my car back still dirty on windows and every where. I called and they never answer. And they never add the strawberry aroma the promise :(

I use this car wash every time I get my car done. But I drove all the way to this car wash today to find it closed(even though their hours listed them as open). If you re going to change your times please change your listings on Google and elsewhere so people don t waste their time traveling to your location.

My husband and I used to love this car wash. We came probably every other week and got the managers special. However, in the last year and a half their prices have doubled. They charge 3x as much as the guy who comes to my work and hand washes and waxes cars. Unfortunately their prices are just way too high now.

Before the pandemic they were reasonably priced and service was good. Now prices are up and twice now I had to ask to have excessive tire dressing wiped off to prevent it from slinging all over the clean car. I have found another car wash that does better but is further away.

What a rip off , charged me $50.00 for a hand car wash stating my vehicle would not fit thru the tunnel . I stood outside and witnessed two vehicles bigger than mine go thru the tunnel including a Jeep just like mine ! See photo of seat, couldn t even wipe the seat for $50 dollars.

Took both our cars there and they did a fantastic job . Very happy and one of our cars was filthy and they got it all clean and vacuumed taking the extra time needed

It pains me to give a 1 star review. I have tried several times to get this resolved with no help. I paid 250.00 to detail my car interior. When I looked at the car there was still debris in the seat pattern. I ask them to address it. After they worked on it. There were scratches in the leather. I asked Miguel (the manager)what they are going to do. He told me to leave or he would call the police. He actually called the police and they came. The police did nothing. Jaime came and is trying resolve the situation. He did nothing. I m extremely disappointed in the lack of care about a concern about the service. I can not recommend to use this card wash. I am hopeful that someone that is in charge here will see this and correct the situation.

You know I ve been coming here for years n I usually don t not write reviews .. but that cashier lady with the blonde hair who works on Wednesdays is soooooooooooo freaking rude it s not funny!!!!!! Feliciano cleaned my truck n did a fabulous job !!!!!! He always does an amazing job on my truck !!!!!! I just hate coming here when this lady is working because she she is sooooo rude ! She always has an attitude! No matter what ! N I spend money here to show my support I tip the guys very very very well cuz they work hard n do a great job I buy drinks n little things here out of support! But this lady ruins it the way she is just doesn t make u feel welcome at all she so rude ! I don t know if I will come back just because of her!!!!!! N I shouldn t have to feel that way ! God bless I really hope this review receives some attention because I m bay far not the only one who feels this way I could hear other people talking about how rude she is!!!!!!!

Honestly. I spent 70 dollars on the managers special platinum wash and it s not terrible but they did a bad enough job that I m mad about it. There s still leaves on the carpet and dirt in my center console. I work across the street and literally just dropped it off and paid them. They literally had all the time in the day and I let them know that. I m going to be wanting it re-done.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming
