They're amazing here!! I highly recommend!! They go above & beyond to help you. I am very happy that I was able to get approved for a car there and that the manager was able to help me get the best rate possible. If you need a car, this is your place to go. They have a great variety and they're all in great condition.

With not so good credit I bought an SUV from here. No hassle, customer service was excellent, SUV had a minor detail but the service department took care of it right away. No questions asked. Owner took care of everything with class and style.. definitely recommend this spot..

My dad and I went to purchase a new car today, and Norco Autoland was so helpful! He helped us with our down payments and negotiated with the bank in order to get us the best deal possible. We were in and out in just a few hours with a new car and a plan we were happy with! The car itself appears to be good quality and well taken care of. The people here at this dealership are so helpful and kind, and if you're in the market for a good priced used car and an excellent customer experience I highly recommend checking this place out!

I highly recommend checking out Norco Autoland if you re looking to purchase a vehicle. Go talk to my girl Cindy, she went above and beyond to help us get into our new car! Staff was so detailed, courteous and very welcoming. Understood what I was looking for and completely delivered! The owner very nice, helpful and very considerate. I guarantee satisfaction. My husband and I purchased a vehicle here with no regrets. Christian did everything he can to get us qualified and he succeeded. Needed a truck (4x4) for the snow and got it just in time. If you re looking to get a car. Go to Norco Autoland. Staff is friendly and Christian is the go too . I would purchase my next one with them again!!!!

I wanted to be able to write a favorable review, but it seems it is not possible. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima from Norco Autoland March 9, 2024. During my test drive, I noticed a parking sensor warning light was on, the salesman, Jose Arizmendi, said that it would be taken care of should I purchase the car. Before purchasing, I wanted to be able to have a mechanic look the car over. Unfortunately, there was not a mechanic available. Dayshawn Deadwyler, the CFO, assured me that the car had been looked over my Norco Autoland s in-house mechanic. He assured me all the fluids were flushed and filled. He went so far to say that I should not need to have any work done on the car for a full year. I was still hesitant, but Dayshawn and Jose offered me a 30-day Warranty. I made the deal. A few days later, I took the vehicle to a mechanic and was told that the rear shocks/struts needed to be replaced, the fuel system needed to be cleaned and the coolant needed to be flushed. I sent the estimate to Dayshawn and Jose via email. Dayshawn responded by saying that the email was forwarded to the owner Ramy and Ramy would be in touch. That was over TWO weeks ago. I ve contacted Jose twice and still nothing from Ramy. I believed this was a business with integrity. My mistake.

Great service they have a good variety of cars to choose from I was helped by Andrew who was very patient with my car buying process. I was indecisive at first about which car I wanted to purchase so he and the Owner Ramy allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles with no problem and made me feel comfortable and content with my purchase would definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking for a good deal

So I read all the comments before I went to this place and went in hoping but yet on the line because some comments were not so great but I have to say that i was impressed. These guys are the real deal! My situation was not the best and I needed to get out of a rental because of course it was a waste. As in business I had a problem and they were able to solve it. Beto was my salesman and really made sure I was taken care of as well as the other gentlemen. I have to say I was able to get a vehicle. They even helped with me getting there after I had no way when returning my rental! Question is will I go back again? THATS A BIG YES!! Thank you guys sincerely you delivered on so many levels this is what makes buying a car worth every penny is guys like this .. Thank you!!!

They are by far the best car dealership that I've ever been to. The process was easy I was guaranteed vehicle with all the information I provided after they ran my name. You guarantee me the manager and the owner guaranteed me that I would go in with the vehicle but I would have to Settle for something a little bit less than what I originally wanted, which was ok, because what they got me was probably nicer than what I would have wanted and went in something big. The customer service is great and amazing amazing staff. There Bethel is amazing. I would recommend them to anybody. I will get your car in north carolina

This place was amazing. My credit isn't the greatest but Victor helped me get into my 2016 dodge dart and I'm in love with this car. Recently just passed my behind the wheel test and that wasn't an issue for them. I highly recommend anyone to give Norco Autoland a shot and if you don't it's truly YOUR loss.

Hmm where do I start!! I originally went to this dealer because my neighbor got a car out and she told me they are flexible with the down payment. So I said hey why not give it a shot. Mind you the dealer is about an hour away from me. I got approved everything went smooth at that instant. The owner of the dealership asked me to leave them a review and that he will discount my down payment. I said ok. Drove home with the car and everything was fine. The very next day on my way home from picking up my daughter at school the car alerted me with a message saying the transmission was over heating and that I needed to pull over and turn the car off for about 5 minutes. I did. When I tried to turn the car back on it struggled but it turned on. I decided not to drive the car anymore as soon as I got home because I didn t want to cause any major damage to the car. I got a hold of Stephanie who originally helped me and let her know what was going on. Mind you it was a Saturday so their mechanic wasn t going to be open that late . I live an hour away there was no way I was making it before they closed . So I waited till Monday . I had to ask to arrive late at work . I didn t intend not to go to work. Well I had to miss work because they had to keep the vehicle. They didn t offer a loner car or nothing. But Ramy did offer to Uber me back home . Through the whole process Ramy and Dashawn kept blowing up my phone asking me to lie to the bank and tell them I had the car the entire time and that it was working fine. I kept ignoring the banks calls in hope that they would fix my car in time and I can just get back at the bank. But weeks and a whole month past by and no one kept me updated on the status of my car they just blew up my phone cause they were concerned about what I told the bank but never about when I was getting my car. They just kept saying it was being worked on. I tried to be so patient and understanding being that I work in the dental field so I am keen on customer service . But I just about had it and when the bank called me again I told them the truth and they canceled the contract with the dealer . I was so frustrated I didn t want to deal with the dealer. so I wouldn t be rude I ignored a couple of their calls till I calm down. I called the owner Ramy about refunding my down payment that they still owed me and he said no problem I ll Zelle you right now. I said ok and hung up. That was a Saturday I called back during the week and his excuse is my bank is having problems with Zelle I ll try to Zelle it later today. Again me being too kind and patient I said ok. Called him two days after and when he answered coincidentally he happen to be on the other line with the bank and he would return my call . I said are you sure cause you said the same thing last time and never called he said I will, and in a hurry to hang up. He never returned my call. I ve been blowing up his phone and he forwards me to voice mail. I call the dealership and he just so happens not to be there. I ve left text messages. Messages with his employees and nothing. I m still currently waiting on my refund for my down payment of a car I only had for one day. Please avoid the mistake of going to this dealer. Just like I was trying to be bribed to leave a good review who knows if many of these so called good reviews got a compensation in return . I m so glad I didn t do the review that same day I left the dealership . I will be reporting this business to the BBB. They should be shut down. It s not fair to be doing this to hardworking honest people. I pray they don t get anymore customers and they get shut down . What goes around comes around , stop screwing people over for the sake of your benefit.

I went to Norco Autoland to get myself a car and it was the best dealer experience . Christian is the representative that helped me out and he is an outstanding salesman. Definitely ask for Christian. The owner Ramy Kodsy was very nice and helpful aswell . I will recommend this dealer to everyone!!!
