I recently got rear ended and took my Mercedes to the skilled hands at M & L Auto Collision, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I dropped off my car to the quick two-week turnaround, their professionalism and efficiency shone through. I will never go anywhere else other than M&L they have top notch customer service and do the job right and warranty their work. More importantly they are honest which counts most. I had a crack inside my bumper that was outside of the repair I had already paid for but the owner himself called me and told me they would replace my entire bumper at no cost to me! He could have easily just put the old bumper back on and I wouldn't have known the difference. You just don't find honest ethical companies like M&L anymore and I am very impressed and appreciative. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. If I were you I would only come to M& L for auto body repair and tell everyone you know how great they areService: Auto body & trim repair

After dropping my car off I was told I would be updated along the repair process. After almost 2 weeks I finally received a call about the status of my vehicle. Not to mention having to make constant calls to check on the status of my vehicle. After this long and not very communicative process I came to learn that my car was not ready. Additionally, I left my car with almost a full tank and in comfort mode and received it back with under 70 miles and in sport plus mode, which gives me the impression it was driven much more than to the dealer and back.

Everyone here is very nice. I spoke with bill over the phone and he was very helpful. When I arrived to the shop , I was assisted by the receptionist and Miguel , they were both very nice. They are definitely experts at what they do! Took my car to get fixed and it looks perfect and in mint condition. They matched the paint perfectly and their customer service was amazing! I highly recommend Bill and the crew at M & L Auto Collision for any auto body repairs!

After spending 23 yrs all over the US and Europe in the military I must say that we haven't found a more honest trustworthy dependable caring knowledgeable family owned automotive collision repair center. Having been a prior client living in Norco we now live in San Diego we were hit from behind and insisted on bring our 2016 Honda Cove Touring all the way up to Norco to M&L for repairs. Javier, Juan, and the team did a great job on my vehicle. This is the second vehicle I had repaired through insurance. The service and follow up is great! My cars have always come out of the shop looking brand new. That's a reflection of the team Juan and work they do. I would highly recommend body work at M & L. We have used them a few times now. I send everyone their way! They are, without doubt, the best in SoCal. Bill and Annette ate as hard a worker as they come, and they expect the same from their employees. Great Auto Collision, from the first call to the day my car s bumper was repaired, service was Amazing. Javier explained every detailed of the repair and insurance details to me and made sure my car was well taken care of! Brought our Honda here to get fixed after another car backed into it they did a great job it's a family owned business and the mom, Dad and son are all very friendly. Me and my husband were very pleased with the results they even detailed our car before we picked it up. I recommen anyone to come here they even send us a little gift in the mail. Thank u!!! (:

I got in a car accident and M&L auto took care of my car. We had a budget and they were able to fix everything within the budget and left my car perfect. Javier was the person who I communicated with through this process, he was incredibly thorough, kept in contact and was helpful with any questions I had. I would definitly give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks guys.

M&L Auto Collision is a Godsend! Bill and crew are competent, transparent and treated me like family. They've earned my trust and I will be returning to them for all of my auto needs. One of the few bastions of customer service left. I recommend them to anyone who needs auto repair.

Let me say that this place is hands down amazing. They took care of me and treated me so well! They are the Nordstrom s of Auto Body! I will never bring my car anywhere else. The jump on your repairs and treat you like a VIP!

Super-Professional, friendly and polite and did an excellent job in my VW-Jetta. No one wants to deal with the hassle of repairing their car but they make it as easy as possible for the customers. It's an excellent and unique team. My car looks like new, It seems that nothing happened to my car, THANK YOU!!

They're under contract with Melbourne police depart and were called to pick up my wife's vehicle when she was involved in an accident. The driver was extremely rude to my wife completely ignoring her until she got the officer on scene involved and refused to take the vehicle anywhere other than his lot. My wife asked to take pictures of the vehicle before he left and was told by the driver to take the pictures at the lot. I arrived on scene as he was leaving, loaded my wife and son and went straight to the lot. They would not let me in, told me they're closed and would charge me a $55 gate opening fee if i wanted to take pictures of my vehicle. They rarely have someone in the office and make you jump thru hoops to get you vehicle released. They are a bunch of crooks and i will never do business with them again.

You can really trust in their work. You cannot say that about many auto shops. If you are looking for auto repair in Corona, you can just M&L Auto Collision.
