I had one of the best experiences here.Rudy and I have kept in touch for about6 years. After he sold me a Ford Flex.Now I gave him a call and asked him what was on the market for my husband and I.He gave me some options I got to look into and do some research on.Well, as of today, I am in our pre-owned Ford exploerer," comfortable and pleased.It's almost brand new! 4-17-2024I ve been Using Hamburg Ford for the purchase and repair of my Ford vehicles. Tony, the service tech actually goes above and beyond his job helping me to have repairs done as needed at a cost that fits my budget. He does his best to help all of his customers.Rough idle on 2021 F150 truck neededNew spark plugs, fuel injecting, cleaning carburetor, cleaning tuneupService tech did an excellent job mechanic did an excellent job. Shuttle ride to and from dealership was great. Humber Ford does a service.

After dealing with a frustrating buyback situation at another dealership, I stumbled upon Hemborg Ford in Redlands, and it was a total game-changer. I spoke with Miguel Zavala right off the bat, and his approach was refreshingly straightforward. He answered all my questions without pressuring me and demonstrated a solid understanding of the entire buyback process, which was more than welcome after my previous experiences.Ricky Moon, the sales manager, alongside Miguel, made the whole car buying journey seamless. I was in the market for an upgrade from a Ford Mach-e Premium RWD to the GT AWD Performance edition but had some reservations about the reduced range. Their guidance was invaluable, never once feeling pushy, which really stood out to me.I can't emphasize enough how great the team at Hemborg Ford is. It's clear they're not just about making sales; they truly understand their products and care about your experience. Shoutout to Miguel, Ricky, and the rest of the Hemborg Ford team. BAIT AND SWITCH, I m surprised this place hasn t been sued yet with the reviews all saying the same thing. Get a price in writing and will up charge you more when paying. The responses on all the reviews are concerning by the owner yet nothing has been done yet. Should definitely read the reviews before coming, first time I did my services here I was okay with maybe under quoting cause it was a mistake but the second time? Luis remembered me and apologized from the first time, I pick up my vehicle and they charge me more than I was quoted? I requested a call back from Luis and I received nothing back, I guess he took a longer lunch since I never received anything back. Take the few minutes of driving and just go to Fritts Ford in Riverside at least they honor their pricing and won t bead around the bush. Confirmed customer

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I was in a bind and despite them being booked up, they took the time to take care of my vehicle in a timely fashion and with great integrity! I can't say enough good about the dealership but particularly Brian the service manager and Joe our mechanic! You guys are breath of fresh air in this crazy world! Hey!!!!

This is my second time buying a car from Hemborg within a 2 year span. Both experiences have been great and stress-free. Dustin Hawkins and Rene Perez helped me both times and made it a great experience. Definitely recommend buying from them, very knowledgeable and professional.

Hemborg Ford was only Ford dealer in the area to follow through when I wanted to place order for Maverick. They gave me an honest time frame for expected delivery( 8-12 months). It arrived in 9 months. Duane was very helpful in finishing up the sales process. Thank you!

Duane was awesome! My wife bought a Mach-E with Duane's help. He got the exact car she wanted, gave us a fair price, and we handled the entire sale in less than 50 minutes (including the test drive)! Ricky helped us out too and both those guys are straight shooters. If you're buying a car this is the place to do it.

Dishonest about the time it takes to complete tasks or service. They will hold your car for days until it is convenient for them to complete your service ! and most of the time service is not completed. Communication issues between advisors and mechanicics doing sevice

This was my third visit, and once again, nothing was done to address the issues with my Ford Fusion.What added to my frustration was the fact that my bumper was damaged without any diagnostics being carried out. It is concerning that the necessary steps were not taken to identify and rectify the underlying problems with my vehicle. Instead, I was left with a damaged bumper and no resolution to the initial issues.While I appreciate that my charges were waived due to the damages done to my car, it does not make up for the lack of proper service and attention to detail. As a customer, I expected a thorough diagnosis and effective repairs, which unfortunately were not delivered.Based on my experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to Hemborg Ford for any future vehicle repairs. It is disheartening to have to make this decision, especially considering the trust I had placed in your dealership.I kindly request that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues in your repair shop to improve the overall customer experience. Hemborg Ford was the best dealer experience I ve had in my life! The price was right, below other dealerships and car lots for my used car. The car was in excellent condition and thecar salesman we re not pushy or overwhelming. Usually I feel very uncomfortable in car dealerships but they made it easy and straightforward. And even though the car dealership was far from my home, they delivered the car without any fee to my home on the Westside. I was really worried about getting a used car after my husband s car was totaled, but I think we traded up! I will forever be thankful to Hemborg Ford and the people who helped us because they helped my family get a quality, safe vehicle. My husband is very happy!

All in all good. Duane was responsive and kept me afloat with the ordering process and any questions I had. Was in and out in good time. The staff all around seemed nice. Would buy here again.

After 19 DAYS of having my car in for service and paying over $4900 , the service light came back on within about 7 miles of driving. I called the Service Dept immediately to notify them & returned the car. It took 2 days to diagnose the issue, but then suddenly they found a "new" problem. The service employee stated this new problem was possibly caused while service was doing the other repairs. Because I did not feel this was my responsibility to pay, I was in contact with the the Service Manager who had a different story. He claims they saw this problem from the beginning but did not want to tell me in hopes it might not be a real issue (trying to save the customer money). So this problem that was identified in the beginning (and I wasn't told about) they want ME to Pay for (again after my vehicle for 19 days!) I find it ridiculous if they knew this was a problem because the truck showed it before any repair was done, Yet now, I should treat it as a new issue which includes not only more time without a vehicle but paying all new labor costs when they already had the motor apart! This is a ripoff to any customer & in my opinion, setting them up to have to return! Funny, the service tech never reported this issue and again stated it may have been caused by the original repair. I certainly would not recommend this dealer for service! I was hoping the Owner would make this right, but he was notified and doesn't think this situation is wrong either. Think twice before going to our hometown dealership. Very disappointing!

Service rep was nice and pleasant. His manager (customer service manager was not! He, while taking with you seemed irritated and spoke as though you were bothering him. Rude... Won't be going back there again.

I had been to two Ford dealers in the Coachella Valley and was quite unhappy the way I was treated. I had done a lot of research on buying an electric car and wanted the Mustang Mach E. Hemborg Ford had the car I wanted even though it was 90 minutes from my house. Rudy, the sales person and Dustin, the sales manager were THE BEST!. We did the whole deal over the phone including my trade in, and when I went in the next morning the transaction was quick and Rudy made me an expert in the Mach E before I left the dealership. This dealership is in a class of its own.......All 10's for everyone involved. Thanks for making car buying a joy!!!!

I had a great experience brought my van in for service got me in quick and let me know about some issues I knew we're getting worse. So they actually did go over things that's good cuz some places say they do and they don't. Even had some amazing popcorn in the waiting area. Then I was leaving I was told about colors on parade for my bumper I messed up . Set up a time with them they repainted and fix damage area great service to. One stop shop pretty awesome. So if you need any minor or repair or repaint I would recommend giving COLORS ON PARADE a call. Thanks again hemborg Ford had a great experience and wanted to let other people know to.

I came in at 7pm on a weekday to purchase one of their used chevys and everyone was very accommodating. Despite a few roadblocks the deal was still made as efficient as possible. I would recommend this dealership, robert helped me find the car and selena sold it to me.
