I had the BEST experience at Brake Masters. I originally found them through Costco Auto program using a 15% coupon. Front desk gentleman who was very knowledgeable had a promotional price that saved me more money than the Costco coupon and suggested to save it for a later time. I wasn't pressured to get any other unnecessary services done.

Oscar and Richard are awesome!! I'm so grateful to find an honest shop. I went for my front brakes and returned for the back. They've kept the warranty when my pads acted up, and worked with me when I needed new calipers. I highly recommend.

The service man advised that I did not front brakes. I did get rear brakes, which I did need. He was friendly and honest.

Amazing service! I wasn t sure what the problem with my brakes were, took my truck to several other places no resolution. Richard and his team did amazing work! They are great! They do what they say and make sure you are happy with their work. I have been ripped off by so many mechanics in the past. Their customer service is the best I ever experienced. I give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. I will go here again and again and tell everyone I know Brake Masters in Corona, CA is the best!

These guys are awesome. Very friendly, very helpful and honest, and transparent throughout the whole process and the job(s) needed to be done. They'll work with you as much as possible on what you can or can't afford, and will give you advice on any future work or maintenance needed. Not to mention, they'll do a solid job for you and your car in the end no matter what. Great work and great service.

First, I d like to say that when I called and spoke with Oscar his first priority was my safety in getting to the shop. That s a special kind of love for customers that you just don t get much of anymore. When I came in they did a full inspection of my brakes and he gave me a detailed description of what was going on and why it would be beneficial to have the service he recommended. The price of the service overall was extremely reasonable. Upon leaving he gave me a prescription of how to drive and what to expect for the first few hundred miles which I appreciated greatly. Coming from an overly priced dealership only and having had nothing but bad experiences at the dealership to now having such incredible service I will never go anywhere else so long as Oscar and his team are there. I can not thank them enough for their prompt service, altruistic attitudes and genuine care and concern they had for me.Service: Brakes

Was here twice in one week because of their transparency and friendly customer service. Got brakes and an oil change + leak inspection. 3 stars because they forgot a screw on the engine cover and left chewed sunflower seeds on my seat

Horrible customer service. Especially the guy seating in the corner , no personality so ever. I enquirer about alignment he said 99 dollars. When I arrive I was told $120.00Last year I brought a 2016 ram 2500 for brakes. I was quoted $875.00. I walk away and said thank you. Shortly after he said $575.00 that was probably a good deal. After I could not trust the business and the representative in the corner. He also said I ll let you borrow my credit card if is to expensive for you, then you could pay me back I gave them to chances to earn my business.Go anywhere else but these place.

Took my 2016 Hyundai in for an oil change on a Wednesday, 9:15, was finished and driving off before 10:00!Darwin helped me out, and was very professional as well as the techs that worked there. Would recommend, price was not expensive, and everyone was friendly. Thank you!

Oscar and crew are phenomenal! They spotted an issue with my car that other places missed, or deliberately missed, that would havw have cost me bukku dollars!! I took my car in for a brake job and their price was very good for premium pads and job altogether. They were quick and did an excellent job. I have driven my car for a week now, and the brakes are performing as described. On top of that they saw that my alignment was off, and for a little more they did that too. This help a lot, because I just have bought new tires about a month ago and now my ride is smoother. This will save my tires too.I would recommend this store to anyone.

These guys are amazing. I have been going to another place in Norco to get my breaks done for the last few years but they are.more expensive.So I decided to try break masters here in Norco and my only regret I have is that I have not been going here sooner.They have great pricing,much cheaper than my last place, and they are so fast! I got my breaks done and an oil change all in about an hour.The guy at the desk was knowledgeable and professional and I had a great Interaction with him.I will be a life long customer from here on out!

These guys were very honest and straight up. Got my alignment done on my Mercedes quick and were cheaper than Les Schwab.Generally not a fan of going to the mechanic but brake masters made it fairly painless.

I usually don t let anyone work on my Excursion but I wanted a issue with my brakes checked rotors turned and brake fluid exchanged.The work was done at a fair price and done quickly. Yasidro was the mechanic. He did a great job.

2 hours for an oil change... a 5 minute job... I wish I was joking. I was quoted $45 over the phone. When I arrived the price was suddenly $70. When I mentioned this he looked confused and then just remove $20 off of the price making it $5 over the price on the phone which is illegal. Very dishonest. I'll never come back to this place. In fact I have reported them the federal trade commission as there are two other people on here they already scammed. Where are the honest mechanics???

My wife and I came in to get our brakes replaced. The manager Adrian helped us get financed and back into a safe car. After our brake replacement we had a minor issue and brought it back to them. Adrian helped us out again and the issues was resolved right away and the brakes replaced. Very professional team and manager that goes out of his way to make the customer happy.

This shop had good reviews so I gave them a try. They're definitely over rated! I went in for my brake pads and was told my fan belt had "cracks and other signs of wear and should be replaced". Also...my "brakes should be bled". Well I knew the brakes were bled two years previous so, no! I fell for the belt B.S. though (the car is only five years old and belts put in originally are the best...) So $400.00 later and off I go. Three days later the belt is slipping every morning so we go back... Now both my brakes lights are out? Hmm.. well "no" to that fix. Bulbs were less than $10. for both and easily replaced. The belt was probably sprayed with belt dressing because two days later it's slipping again. BUT I'm never going in to this shop again. I don't trust them... Just remember if you use them just say no to all the 'scare you' tactic fixes...

I took my car here and let me just tell you.. I was so relieved to talk to Oscar! He helped me so much and lifted so much weight off of my shoulders. Prior to bringing my car to Brake Masters, I took it to the Les Schwab, down the street and they insisted nothing was wrong with my brakes and insisted I get other work done. So, I gave Brake Master a call and Oscar gave me a quote right away! He was just as friendly and professional in person and let me know EXACTLY what was wrong with my car. My brakes started to crystallize and my caliber melted together.. I would have never known this if it wasn t for Oscar and his awesome mechanics. I come from NorCal to SoCal often and I am happy to have found a new forever shop for my Scion Tc. Thank you to everyone at Brake Masters!Service: Brakes

Took my car in 7-19-16. I told the two guys that I needed front breaks. Afterchecking it out, they came back saying, along with front breaks, I needed, rear breaks and struts. A 1350.01 estimate.I left and took it to the dealer. They confirmed the need for front breaks, but said my rear breaks were fine (over 6mm) and struts were totally fine. I saved myself a bundle. The saddest part is that when I let the corporate office know my story, Tim basically made up every excuse for the estimate, Saying at one point, breaks and struts are more of an opinion than a science.If you go to this location, do so with your eyes wide open. Rest assured that Break Master corporate won't help at all. Good Luck

Like others have said, the efficiency of this service center makes it so easy to get in and be done quickly. My boyfriend took the Lincoln in with quick response time. I couldn't believe he was home less than an hour later.

The breaks, on my heavy-duty 3500 Cargo Van, were completely obliterated. And, they were able to replace calipers, rotors, and more. In one day. And, it was a Saturday. Pretty amazing. I'm back to work again...Thanks, Oscar

Do Not Bring Your Car Here !!!! Brought my car in because it was making a weird scraping sound on the front passenger side when I would go below 30 mph.I figured it was the brakes so I brought it in to have them diagnose the problem. The tech drove it around the parking lot and then came back and told me that it was NOT the brakes and that it was probably the shocks/struts. The tech then went inside and told one of the gentleman inside what he though it was. This gentleman told him to bring the car in and put it on the lift and double check everything. The tech put it on the lift and after about 10 minutes came back and told me the same conclusion. It was the shocks/struts making the noise. I then asked what about the brakes. He told me that they were actually good and that they had about 60% of brake pad life left. He told me that because of the rain that there is probably condensation that got into the shocks/struts and that the noise would go away eventually. He told me that this was normal and not worry about anything. I was told the car was safe to drive. I then went inside the office and was told once again that it was probably the shocks/struts and that Hyundai hasn't even released the part yet so they couldn't fix if they wanted to. I paid the $55 diagnostic fee and left with some peace of mind knowing that the car was safe to drive. Well the noise never went away so I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I took it to a mechanic and to my surprise was told that it was the brakes and the rotor was warped. I had them resurface the rotors and replace the brake pads. No more noise and the car runs great. This place is called Brakemasters and they couldn't even diagnose my brake issues. I would like a refund of my diagnostic fee but im pretty sure this wont happen. Beware.
