I like this location, it's clean and convenient. Today, I went in for wind shield wipers because it's been raining, and I'm due for new ones anyway. Welp, I asked the gentleman if he could put them on for me, and he said because it was raining, they didn't. I made a comment about how I thought that was pretty dumb considering that's when their customers need it most, and I laughed. He could tell I was bugged about his answer, and he said since it was just sprinkling, he'd go ahead and put them on for me. So I appreciated that. Other than that, I've never had a bad experience here, and the staff overall has been helpful each time.

Wow! Exceptional customer service. Knowledgeable friendly and ready to help! Good job AutoZone Norco! I got the check engine light and the oil light on my dashboard! I have no idea what to do! No problem! These guys helped me purchase the correct items helped my open the oil tank with a genuine smile on their faces. Talk about perfect customer experience! Thank you for making something so foreign seem so easy

Horrible customer service. They wouldn't exchange battery without receipt. There brand of battery I bought it almost 2 years 8 months. Yet like most people I didn't save my receipt. They couldn't test the battery. Why ? I was told I have installed wrong by their Asst.Manager Ashley, went as far as to accuse me of maybe exchanging the month/year sticker.Really... the worst thing Not once was I offer to buy. Maybe some true customer service may have worked. They have none. So I went 2 miles down the street to PepBoys and bought a new for $40 less. They even offered to charge the battery for free. Yet my vehicle is need tonight for work. I will never shop at Autozone again.

This AutoZone always goes over and above! The employees are extremely helpful and make you feel comfortable with your needed parts. Steve is the best! I love the way this store has amazing customer service!! 5 for sure!

The other half treaty like you're a you bother to them. At one point I asked if he could help me with something in my car and I was told no it's raining outside I'll get wet. I would leave my driver's license and my credit card and I was told no and I told the girl I felt like they never wanted to work with me there she replied with "you can pay cash or card" I left the items and went to O'Reilly's

My dad went out of town and my mom and I didnt know how to change the battery for our smart key. We came here to purchase the battery, and this guy named Jason helped us find the correct battery and even replaced it for us. It was a huge thing for us because we didn t even know how to open the key nor know where to put the battery. Awesome experience! Thank you Jason.

Came here to test my battery and the lady at the front was very pleasant and nice she tested my battery for me. I was able to purchase my battery and Mark was the one who installed my battery, very nice and hard working. Everyone here was very helpful in assisting mark as well if needed. Will be coming back to this location due to great customer service

Store manager made me uncomfortable with his condescending attitude and apathetic demeanor. Very hostile environment to be in. Talks to his staff like they re stupid when they asked any questions about how to help me. Really didn t like the vibe in that place. Will not be returning.

Stopped in to get a few items for my cars. The person helping was very patient and they had all the parts I needed for my three vehicles. I was a little surprised they had all the parts I needed but happy I didn't have to visit a second store. Auto Zone is good to go.

Manny and Oscar were a huge help to saving my weekend getaway. Manny helped switch out my battery that AAA was unable to do and got me on the road as soon as possible. He was very friendly and personable yet very professional and even worked over to get me on the road. Manny and Autozone rocked. Thank you.

10am, I go in ask for a part the guy in the front rudely says nope we dont have it ! Without even checking the computer or anything ... i proceed to ask the guy if he can check other stores near me who carry the part he says nope i cant , its out of our district !! I can hear people laughing in the back room theres people in line the shelves look empty and messy , no one wants to do their job! Im not sure who is running this store but they are doing a terrible job! I live 5 mins away from this store but i rather take my money somewhere else, where they will help you and give you great customer service..

Their customer service is very good. I get my orders usually the same or next day. They also on occasion match prices for me if I find a better price somewhere else. Far better than other area part stores.

Overheard the Store Manager Steven being rude over the phone. Wouldn't allow the other person to speak and just hung up on him twice. I put my stuff down and walked out. Don't wanna spend my money in a place where customer service is just a front.

I like this store, expect for one of my experiences with the employees veronica, she was very rushed being no one there and didn't want to help. She claimed that the part I wanted to return was missing items, before she even checked it. Nothing was missing. She didn't apologize and the change she gave back was incorrect. I noticed when I was heading out but she had taken away the receipt .

I had a question about a new battery . They ended up finding out I still had warrenty on my old one and got it free! A very cute girl helped me with nice smile and eye brows. That was a plus. Lol . Im going back soon .

Oscar at Auto Zone was fabulous. Took his time to make sure all was well with my transaction. Highly recommend this store.

Great store with excellent customer service. I went in for brake and turn signal lights for two different vehicles. The gentleman that helped me wrote down which car they went to on the back of the packaging. It's a small thing, but really stood out to me as them caring about the customer.

When I went there the employees were not very helpful. I was in the store for over half an hour trying to Google what I needed since the employees did not offer much help. They had a decent selection which is why they get three stars but otherwise it's about the same as any other AutoZone I have been to. Prices were okay not too much but not the lowest.

Marina was so knowledgeable and helpful, she even went out to the floor to get me exactly what I was looking for without me having to ask. It is a great thing that manners and professionalism still exist in this day and age. Thank You Auto Zone, and thank you Marina

This was my first time going into this AutoZone and the customer service was absolutely horrible. I went in to have the motor oil for my car price matched just like I do every single time I go but the employees there refuse to do it. They stated that they only price match other Auto shops prices and no one else which is a lie. I have been getting my oil price matched for years without any problem until now. I would not suggest anybody go in here due to their ignorance, Court understanding of their company policies, and poor customer service. I simply drove to the other end of the parking lot to O'Reilly's and got the same oil price matched without any problem. I would highly suggest anybody going there as it's only on the other end of the parking lot and had much greater customer service.
