So listen to this. I've been buying my tires here for years. Always good service and knowledgeable people. But today I took in a car that is new to me and I hadn't bought the tires there. They patched the tire for FREE! Love this place. Ill be buying tires there next time too. Thanks guys!

I would highly recommend this store! I showed up at 5:40pm with a nail in my tire and they closed at 6:00. Paul who was the person who greeted me with a warm smile said no problem we will take care of you with absolute no hesitation! I will 100% come back to this store every time!!! - Thank you Americas Tire for great customer service

Made an appointment online with ease, as it was extremely straight forward and easy to navigate. Once I arrived, I was greeted by extremely friendly staff, as they were prompt, polite, and professional in all aspects. My appointment was for a flat tire repair, and without knowing, they handed me the invoice that was completely free, and explained that I could come back anytime for another repair of the same, free of charge. It s hard to find such quality of service in todays world, so I cannot express enough of how appreciated their service was overall. Easy 5 star review to say the least !

My husband had set an appointment in the morning for tire replacements. There wasn't a wait. Nice friendly fast service. Shout out to Nick, thank you for taking care of my vehicle. You guys were fast and efficient.

The time they said my suburban would be done getting the tires rotated was on point. 45 minutes to an hour and I was out of there. Thank you American Tires. This is why I love your serrvice.

Came here with a TMPS light, not the tire pressure light. They diagnosed the problem and replaced what was needed, gave helpful advice, and sent me on my merry way. I was in and out from the time I showed up to the time I left in an hour. Highly professional and I recommend these guys for any of your tire troubles.Additionally, I got my Liquid Metal wheels here a year ago and they're holding up fantastic! They've got a large selection of wheels and tires for any car enthusiast, and normal people as well :)

Amazing service!! They provide complimentary tire patches & tire rotations!! These guys are awesome! So professional, friendly, quick & super clean facility! I am so grateful for the complimentary service I've received that I'll be purchasing all new tires from America's Tire in Norco!

5 stars for Paul! We had a Tesla and they had existing tires suited for our car in stock, but Paul was extremely gracious in answering ALL of our questions. We wanted to ensure they had the puck for lifting Teslas, wanted to ensure many other things and Paul was above and beyond in making sure all of our concerns were addressed.Their pricing is also on par or better than Costco.Became a new fan of this place because of the excellent customer service

I've been coming here for a while now because of my husband's recommendation. I always get the best service the best customer service not too long of a wait time price matching and it just great all around go to place. When you buy your tires here you get free lifetime care like tire rotation and patching if you run through a nail. I highly recommend them.

The staff isn t very friendly and my car took almost TWO HOURS just to patch a hole in my tire. Dude I stayed an hour after they closed this is so unprofessional and I sure as hell Won t we coming back to this location.

I have been a satisfied customer for many years now. I find the staff to always be friendly and professional. They have good prices on their tires and have even done price matches on a couple of occasions. The reason I dropped 1 star is because I had an appointment at 9am for rotation and balancing and didn't get my car on the rack until 9:20. However, once they got started it was very fast and efficient and I got done in about 15 minutes. Check-in when you arrive is easy, they have a Qcode that allows you to check-in with your phone. They allowed me to stay inside my vehicle while they did the work, so no possible Covid contamination from them. Lol. The reason I made the appointment is because I received an email reminder that it may be time. Nice, I love that because who also forgets to rotate their tires! Also, this is a complimentary service you get when you purchase your tires from them. Pro tip - even if you didn't purchase your tires from them, they will fix your flat for free as long as it can be safely repaired!

I was at a competitor down the street from this location when I called American Tires to check if they had what I was looking for; I spoke to Kevin. Kevin politely and patiently provide all answers to my questions. As a woman buying her first set of wheels and tires for a 2022 Ford Bronco; I was a little nervous. Long story short because I took almost 1.5 hours picking out exactly what I was imagining -with Kevin s help.Honestly, I never go to auto shops, but my husband was busy and I needed wheels. Kevin was extremely helpful and kind; considering I do not know anything about off-road wheels and tires. Someone needs to promote Kevin!If you need wheels or tires go see Kevin at America Tires in Norco.Btw, I had a good experience with everyone there. Thank you!

Staff is always helpful. Usually, in and out in 1 hr or less, except on busy holidays - weekends. They can get busy at times but they will take care of you. Prices can be a little higher than other locations but they're known for their service.

I must say that I am highly impressed with the service provided by America's Tire. I ordered my tires online and found them for the cheapest price after comparing several different websites.I was able to schedule an appointment for the installation of the tires during checkout which was great. I arrived at my appointment time and my car was taken in quickly and they had my tires installed in less than 30 minutes.The staff at the Norco location are friendly, professional, and informative. They got the job done quickly and answered any questions I had about their service. I like that I get free tire rotations and wheel balancing with my purchase.America's Tire has made me a customer for life. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs!

Great group of guys here, bright my wheels and tires here to get mounted and balanced. Reasonable prices and super friendly. I went back a week later to swap out the chrome lugs for black ones, no problem they said. Ordered a new set, called me when they arrived and installed, no charge. Definitely recommend this place.Fast forward August 2018:It was time for me to trade in my Tacoma for a 4runner. I had to take the TPMS sensors from my aftermarket wheels back onto my stock wheels. I worked with Ryan at the front and he was super accommodating and very personable. I was in and out in about 45 minutes on a Saturday!! A week later I came back with my new 4runner and had them swap the TPMS over to my aftermarket wheels and again Ryan too care of me. Super satisfied with their service.

They found a better tire and a cheaper price than my OG tires I had on.Took them less than 45 minutes to replace and install new tires.Awesome service, which we know, is hard to find these days.*****

I have been to several America's Tires, and had customer service problems with all of them. Norco America's Tire is a breath of fresh air. I spoke with Tim when I came in to order the 5 tires I wanted. They called right away when my tires came in, and I spoke to Tim again a few days later to get them installed. Best customer service!!!!! I have several America's Tires in my area, but the customer service at America's Tire is worth the hour drive it takes me to get there

Called beforehand to ask if they sell used tires, they respond by saying "we carry all types of tires" assuming they weren't trying to trick me.Turns out they don't sell used tires. After inspection they claim I need to have three tires replaced and they won't only replace one. I kept refusing to getting three replacements until they finally agreed to only replacing my blown out tire I originally went in for. Would have gone elsewhere if they didn't lie but I was stranded with a blown out tire so I had to unfortunately.

Chipped my brand new wheels and gouged my tires upon installation. Didn't even tell me about it. My tip for others: ALWAYS take photos before you let them take your car/tires/wheels. and ALWAYS inspect before you hop in and head home. Not very happy.

My daughters car had a flat and the car (Hybrid) did not have a spare so we had AAA tow it to this location. The tow truck dropped the car at 5:55pm, the shop closes at 6pm. We thought we'd have to come back for the car the next day and we were okay with that since we arrived so late. But an employee (I failed to get his name) was so nice and let us know they'd be happy to get us taken care that night no matter how late it was. We ended up buying 4 new tires since it was just about time they all got replaced. We felt they gave us a pretty good deal. All 4 tires were replaced and they had my daughter back on the road in 35 min!!This shop was great. They went above and beyond and should know they made us very happy customers.

While down here on a visit from northern California I noticed that I needed tires. My brother who resides in Anaheim Hills recommended I speak directly with Brian at America's Tire in Norco. Brian was able to work with us and got us the tires that we were budgeted for at an excellent price and went above and beyond by upgrading us to better tires when they only had 3 of the tures in-stock instead of 4 due to a system error. I'll admit I even looked at at tire deals on FB Market in the area.... Save yourself the headache of dealing with some non reputable tire company who may or may not stand behind their work to save a buck or two.Highly recommend their professional service within a timely manner. Plus thepeice of mind that they have locations to back their tires. Go see Brian and their Norco team for all of your tire needs!!

I ve been to this store around 3-4 times with each of my cars and have always had an exceptional experience. Every employee is extremely professional, polite and personable. I m always in and out quickly (always have an appointment on the super easy to use site), and know that the work is done well and that the cost was competitive.

My whole family comes to this location for a good reason- outstanding customer service.I mistakenly went to a different location and quickly caught on to the error in my ways.For new tires, you want America's Tire. For new tires AND exceptional customer service, you want NORCO AMERICA'S TIRE.

After having a bad experience with Costco tires which I will include in another post, I booked an appointment same day, was checked in fast, the gentleman was professional and they said it is free to fix! Which I couldn t believe, Jared was awesome and prompt in time in less than an hour they fixed my tire, highly recommended I will always go there,
