Just tires IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!! I needed to get 4 new tires for my car (woof) and after calling many tire shops, Just tires had the best pricing and quickest service. Every single one of the employees were BEYOND helpful. I cannot praise how amazing the service was here at Just Tires. I am a younger woman and it felt like it was my own father helping me out with my tires which I really appreciated. I felt as though I was getting fair pricing with 10/10 service! They really took care of me at Just Tires and I will never be going to any other tire shop in LA. If you are looking for car service in LA, this is the place for you...trust me.

I had a leaky tire. Having experienced my wheels getting chipped at other places, I was worried about my new Supra wheels and was considering other places with better ratings, but Just Tires was Just Fine, and they took good care of my wheels and tires.

Easy to find location on Lincoln. Probably one of the better tire shops in venice. Popped a tire in the side wall, came in with some friendly service. Had the tire in stock, and also got the warranty. Great choice as I luckily got a bolt 8 months later. Just my luck. Driving in LA something is bound to happen.

This place is a lifesaver! Went to 3 delivery different Big Box tire shops shops to have a leaking 37 tire repaired on my Ford F-250 super duty. This was the only shop that I was to able to find that could work with this size tire.They were able to fix the tire while I waited. This family owned business will now be my go to place for tires. Quick service at reasonable price!

Great service! Prompt! Efficient! Open on Sundays! I got a flat tire on a Sunday morning Just Tires was open! I was so grateful! Service was 5 star! The folks were very kind and efficient! Thank you Just Tires!!!

Stopped they only had one person working the counter with one person in line in front of me. The person working in the counter didn t bother to acknowledge me even after standing around for a minimum of five minutes. Finally I spoke up and asked if it was anyone else available to which his response was no just me and said nothing else. I ve worked in customer service for the last 20 years and let me tell you that a very simple hey I ll be right with you can go a very long way, you would think the older gentleman working the desk would know that. I guess this location just doesn t want to make money.

Great service, no need appointment, just walk in, get my tire fixed the low pressure and did the rotation as well, fair enough price. Will come back again.

This, Just Tires in Santa Monica is probably the best one to go to the one in. CULVER CITY sucks. The waiting room sucks. They re slow they re disorganized. This place was great.

They had my size in stock. The whole job was done in 90 mins. Great service, I highly recommend. Don t go to Pep Boys, I had made an appointment 8 days in advance, their tire balancing machine was broken and they hadn t even received my tires yet and no one even thought of calling me to tell me.

Dale and Trent are both the nicest guys. Dale is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with in the automotive world. He understands and has a passion for auto mechanics. Their service and price were both stellar. They truly bring value to their customers.Another thing I noticed about their shop is that it is very clean and organized.

I have been a loyal customer for years and purchased alignment packages, tires a battery etc. I went in to make a payment for a tire and they wouldn't take my check. I have never written a bad check in my life it had a routing number bank name etc and my signature. I only had a minimal amount of cash with me . I will go back tomorrow and pay my $70 balance but after I use up my alignment package that I prepaid they will lose this loyal customer. No one should be treated like I was!!!

This place rocks. Hands down. I ran over a piece of plastic that punctured my tire so I brought it into the closest tire shop that I could find, which was just tires. Never heard of this place before. I was honestly annoyed because I thought I d need to buy another $325 tire and wait for it to be shipped but, to my surprise, Trent, the manager of just tires looked at the damage and said that it could easily be patched for only $34! And, best of all, he said it could be taken care of SAME DAY. They re working on my car right now. Trent was so helpful and responsive and I am so happy that this issue could be dealt with so quickly and cost effectively. Trent you rock. Same goes for just tires. What a great outcome

Friendly and quick service! I was running late and they were still able to fit me in. The waiting area was comfortable and I was able to get some work done while they changed the tires. Definitely recommend!

I had the best experience here! I drove over a nail and Just Tires was able to squeeze me in within the hour. Dale at the front desk was awesome and Luis did a great job patching up the tire. The entire process was so fast. All around a great, friendly business and I will definitely be back for other car needs! Highly recommend coming here over a dealership.

Had blowout on freeway 2.3 miles away...got towed in and was on the road in no time at all...terrific service...had been there years earlier and was pleased the as well.

My tire was making a funny noise, so I brought it to Just Tires. They found that I had a nail in the tire. They fixed it quickly, and it was much cheaper than I was expecting. Fast, efficient, fair and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Got a flat tire. Needed just 1 tire. Costco wouldn t sell me just one tire. Trent, store manager, at Just tires helped me out right away the minute I walked into his store. AMAZING customer service and a genuinely nice man. Really appreciate it!

What an awful experience. I had a leaking tire and the guy who inspected it said it looked fine. He was nice, and gave me a tire valve cap, but they probably did not want to do any work since it was 20 minutes til closing time.Only 5 minutes after I drove away, my tire pressure dropped to below 8, so I filled it with my electric pump just barely enough to make it back to the shop by 455.The manager told me they had closed and could not help me. Did not care that his employee mis-advised me earlier.Cannot believe such horrible customer lack of service

Had low tire pressure, the guys were so nice and had a great attitude to help add more air for free. The Just Tires in West Hollywood was rude and had a bad attitude. So thank you to the team here!

They didn t have time to replace my tire. First time I ve been to a mechanic and he didn t take the easy money and send me on my way in 10 minutes So if you re going here, make an appointment. Don t just show up to buy a tire. Told me it would take about 4 hours to get to me. Just now.

They couldn t find my appointment when I arrived at time, no apologies. Fit me in and told me it ll be ready by one time, and it was not ready by that time. Turned out their inventory wasn t correct and they didn t have enough tires for my car.Tire Installation saysIncludes tire mounting, value stems or TPMS kit,lifetime balancing and FREEalignment check.The guy who worked with me was pushing me alignment check for $140, which should be included per their email.

Great customer service, very informative even after spending $0.I came in to ask about getting my tire patched and get some information about the issues i was having with my AWD system. The technician who helped me was extremely informative and answered all of my questions without being pushy to sell tires. I really appreciate getting an honest opinion without feeling pressured into buying something. I appreciate this work ethic and will return to have the work done when needed. I will also recommend this tire shop to anyone who asks! Thanks for the great experience!

Everyone here is very helpful! Dale, at the desk, attended to my help immediately with genuine care! I got a flat tire! I m a Lyft Driver and this happens a lot when you clock in as much driving as I do! This Just Tires is my local one here in Venice & they always get the job done efficiently and professionally! I m so beyond grateful! Shout Out to Luis the mechanic also!

Just tires was very helpful, only sold me what I needed, and explained everything they were doing. They even had my hard to find tires in stock and performed the service the same day I called.
