They provided me with a great experience during a challenging time for me. They are near me so it made sense to take my car here for repair. The service was good and price reasonable.

Sterling Collision has done great quality work for me on my automobiles over the years. They repaired a BMW 740i, six years ago with some major repairs and when complete, the car looked excellent! When I came to pick up the car I was amazed, could not tell the damage ever occurred. They completely detailed the car too! One year ago I had my Prius repaired with the same experience. The door was dented bad and they chose to replace the skin on the door to achieve "like new" results. When I picked up the car it was detailed to the max and once again I was very happy. Recently I had them take care of some parking lot road rash on my Porsche Macan Turbo. They made sure the car came out perfect by painting the whole bumper cover to achieve excellent results. Once again very happy with the outcome. I will say that Sterling Collision is equal to the best auto body shop repair available in Orange County, especially if you want near perfection :-)I think its funny that the 2 bad reviews on Google had nothing to do with the quality of the work performed by this body shop - go figure. to me, the quality is what I'm looking for, not how fast the parts were made available by a car dealer providing the parts for the repair.

Sterling took 2 months to repair my car, and then failed to communicate with my insurance company, causing me to lose my rental coverage.On top of that, I selected them even though they weren t in my coverage area, and I was thanked by being required to provide them a cashiers check. How nice. Literally go anywhere else.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I hit my Volvo car, went in to get a quote for the damage to schedule repairs. I came in, gave him all my information, and they promised it in 2 business days. It s been over two weeks, no response or further contact. Waste of time and so inconsiderate. I ended up going somewhere else. I d recommend Collision Center in Garden Grove. I brought my car in today, they saw me right away, and repairs start tomorrow.

Convenient location with Enterprise Rental located next store. Good service, people friendly. We were keep informed as to when car would be finished and overall a good experience
