I lost a key fob to a new vehicle that I purchased at Crevier Bmw about a month ago. The parts department quoted me 511.00 for the key fob and the service department quoted another 250.00 for a total of $761.00. I asked them if that was the best they could do and both departments said yes, even though I purchased this 2024 X4 M40 just weeks prior. I couldn t believe what I was hearing lol. Not even a little bit of a break on the price! Unbelievable!My next call was to STERLING BMW which was the next closest dealership. I spoke to Gerry P in the parts department and what a difference in attitude and price! Gerry quoted a price of $390.00 and explained there s no need for the service department to get involved because it comes programmed, it only needs to be paired to your vehicle.Key fob comes in, Adan in concierge pairs up the fob to the vehicle in 5 minutes. Thank you Gerry P and Adan for the great customer service! You guys were awesome!If I need any service done Sterling Bmw will definitely be the one. I live in Tustin, 4 miles from Crevier smh lol.

We just purchased a used 528i from Sterling. The car was low miles, in excellent condition and well maintained. Great service from Sterling - ask for Mike Walters in the Sales Dept. He listened when I explained what I was looking for and sent me text when the right car hit the lot. This is the third BMW we have bought there, and I hope this one (fingers crossed) runs as great as our last ones (2007 and 2016)!

I had an unfortunate experience dealing with Aron at the dealership. The interactions led me to question the transparency and honesty of the service provided. If these practices are endorsed by management, it's even more concerning. Overall, my experience did not meet the expectations I had, leading me to seek services from another BMW dealership further away, despite this one being conveniently located just a mile from my home. I had hoped for a better partnership with my local dealership.

I have been communicating with Volgar Nunez for a week about the x1. We agreed on a price and told him I would be there on Saturday. On my way down he sold the car. He had no empathy neither did his managers. DO NOT do business with this dealership! BE AWARE! They allure you into the dealership to sell the car you want. Again salesperson is VOLGAR NUNEZ and his horrible managers. Will report to BMW corporate.

Hands down the best BMW dealership in OC. I like BMW s, but can t say the same for most BMW dealerships but Sterling is different. Straight-dealing salespeople and management, excellent service department. I won t go anywhere else. I ve been very happy with the whole lifetime of the car experience with them great purchase experience, efficient service, great return for my next purchase. Always exceeding expectations.

Originally made deal with salesperson A.Z. for purchase of a 2018 X1 Alpine White M-sport package with 2 keys, then later management reneged on original deal after a key was missing and wanted us to pay additional $500. Management later said that we tried to negotiate in a second key at the last minute, which is untrue. Me and my family currently service 5 + vehicles for the past 15 years at Sterling BMW, but will now bring elsewhere. Current Management straight out lied. Totally appalling!**Update to dealerships response: 01/17/2024 Breakdown of communication? Not on my end! I was in communication with sales for 6 days asking them to honor original deal, which management would not do. A.Z. was great to deal with and Aisha, I believe, worked really hard trying to make it happen, but management would not compromise. I would have cashiers check ready for total out the door price with 2 keys. They said deal will be with 1 key or extra $500 if I wanted a 2nd key, which is supposedly their cost - but why should I have to pay for 2nd key when originally told car came with 2 keys? During this period it was also discovered that the 60k scheduled maintenance had not been performed yet which would cost me several hundreds to get done. I really wanted the car and finally gave in saying I would take it with 1 key if only they would give me a 2-day contract cancellation option (for peace of mind) which would cost $250 so I could take car to 3rd party to get checked out, and they said no.

After searching all over Arizona for an X7 M50i with the bench seat we came across this beauty at Sterling BMW! Not only was it. 5k cheaper than any in arizona it hat less miles and more options. Evan our sales person was very courteous and knowledgeable. From picking us up at the airport to making sure my wife was comfortable with the technology he was top notch. Even the GM came down and spent a few minutes chatting. They may be 300 miles from home for me but my next BMW will be from Sterling

This is my go to dealership for everything maintenance or questions related, even if I need a quick tire pressure check they'll take care of me. Tony really helped me out my SOS button malfunction, covered by the warranty so took care of that, they had to shuttle me home (they're contracted with uber). He also took care of my annual maintenance I have the bmw maintenance program but it's only been 6 months since my last tune up. I've definitely had poorer experiences at other dealerships, no issues here. Thanks guys!

I came in and talked with Kevin, he was really nice and got the deal done pretty quickly. I went to another dealer before who didn t take me serious, but Kevin did and I really appreciate him for it. I was extremely happy with the service and will definitely get my new BMW. I LOVE my new car!

Picked up our 4th BMW from Sterling BMW Newport Beach. Thank you Justin Dayyat and Preston Minor for taking great care of me and my family as always!There is no doubt in my mind that there could be an easier, more pleasant car buying experience than the one you could have with Sterling BMW.Custom ordered the last of the 2021 BMW i3s models at the end of July 2021, despite the manufacturer kicking it back. But Justin was able to work his business acumen and knowledge and get it done.Two months later, and a week earlier than expected for the delivery date, I get one of the last BMW i3's in the US market! They could have sold this thing at $5k over sticker if they wanted!!Thank you! Once again grateful for you guys and how far you go to make sure your customers are 100% satisfied.Amazing!I highly recommend Sterling BMW, and if you don't have a Sales Advisor- go see and ask for Justin Dayyat.See you in a couple of year!!

Brought in my 2020 Z4 to see what they would buy it for/offer on a trade. Was over 10% less than CarMax and another local dealer, so I sold it elsewhere. The car I wanted to buy wasn't ready yet, so I made an arrangement to come in once it was ready and then they sold it out from underneath me. Overall a big waste of time and a disappointment.

Cindy Shelton in service is absolutely amazing. I don t feel pressured or discriminated for being young, compared to my experience at Irvine BMW. Every time I ve needed something done on my car she gets me in quickly and makes sure I m taken care of. Really appreciate the work she has done with my third party warranty as well. Gator in service saved the day! After moving to CA I found myself needing a new door jamb vin sticker for my 1 series. It had been removed during the installation of a 1M body and never replaced (not needed in prior state, just dash vin). This car has been a project for years with lots of sentimental value, I had exhausted my options and Gator immediately assured me he d get it taken care of. He kept me in the loop during the entire process and had a new sticker in my hands in just days! Something I thought would take months if ever possible. I wish everyone would take notes from Gator and certainly hope Sterling BMW recognizes just how special their main man in parts really is!

Stopped by just for some windshield washer fluid, Caleb take excellent care of me & my vehicle well beyond my expectations. Offered to update my iDrive software, as well as wash my car. Crevier BMW could learn SEVERAL things from Sterling. This is my new home dealership

My gf and I had a great car buying experience at Sterling BMW. We leased a new BMW i4 and absolutely love it. BMW is killing the game with their vehicles and this is coming from a Mercedes guy haha. The experience from beginning to end with Aisha was very interactive, responsive and friendly. She went out of her way to find us the exact options we were looking for and kept us updated throughout it's estimated arrival date as it was in transit. Went to an event for the launch of the i5.Met a couple of my girls friends there. One drove from Palm dale, got a couple of hellos , shown the restroom, given the free food. But what we really wanted was to be shown the new i5. No one paid any attention to us. We saw who was getting the attention . you ve lost my business and I won t refer you to any of my bimmer friends or family ever again. Customer service was 1/10. Meanwhile my other bimmer friends got to test ride the i5 at the Carlsbad and Corona BMW s.

Four days ago I had a great experience with this dealership. Very surprised to read some of the negative reviews. Bently Chung took care of us. He was instrumental in our leasing the car the same day. We were just browsing because we planned on turning in a Jaguar June 1st. Too many years with them and we decided tome on to a better vehicle. We wanted an SUV and we knew what we didn't want and did not see anything that really caught our eye color wise.Did not want another black car..while pretty they need a lot of care. I advised Bently we would be back the end of May from Los Angeles and would stop by. He was totally cool and understood and we exchange mobile numbers and that was it. Then right when they were getting ready to close he called to say that the SUV I liked online had just arrived...3 miles on it.He said I had to see it ASAP..bottom line we went there fist thing in the morning. It was gorgeous. Needed testing and a couple of hours later we were out the door. I'm talking quick and to the point. I'm a bit nervous to park it since it's fairly large but it is a great ride. Better than the Jaguar Sedan. So glad Bently approached us that day. Nicest man ever. He is the fleet manager so you are in good hands. I found everybody we dealt with to be quite nice. Oh and yes..I got a black car AGAIN..interior was too beautiful to pass up.

If you encounter Mike Reade - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM (other reviews will attest). He's unfortunately a black eye on an overall great business. Your typical slimy manager you'd expect from a used car salesman. Extremely poor business practices, unprofessional, doesn't care about the customer only the sale. Insincere, inconsiderate, withholds information, inconveniences the customer at will and everything else you'd expect from a sleazy car salesman.Advice to the GM Ed and owner Wayne: get rid of the deadbeat Reade before it costs you more business. Had I not had an otherwise stellar experience, I would have walked purely due to Reade.

Round Two! We have now purchased two vehicles from Sterling BMW & love them both so much. I d like to give a shout-out to all parties that have helped us starting with Bentley & Bill, both of these guys were amazing & helped us to locate and decide happily on which cars to come into our family. Adam is my top-notch favorite, he s on top of everything and does it with an amazing and personal attitude which definitely made us feel like we were part of the little family sterling has & made us both laugh. Last but not least, Andrew. Andrew is amazing at what he does and we appreciate that he s family oriented and understands the stress of buying a new car and the finances that go into it. He definitely made us feel comfortable purchasing our X6 & M550i. We will be returning customer for quite awhile. All these guys deserve a paid vacation or a raise. I hope management sees this.

It s hard to beat a new BMW. They are, in fact the ultimate driving machine. From the beginning of the process where we designed our own BMW X6 online, which is Alpine white with the coffee colored interior and black wheels. It s stunning. Sterling BMW was instrumental in making sure we picked the right features and the add-ons that we were considering, that was really helpful. Also, the dealership facilities are super clean and well designed and the people are all very friendly and competent, from Aisha the salesperson, Alex from Finance and Victoria, our assigned BMW Genius . We ordered the car in May and they told us it would be late August or early September when it would be delivered, but it came it mid-JULY! What a treat! When we picked up the car, our BMW Genius , Victoria walked us through all of the features and functions of the car which was super helpful because there are a lot!Sterling is definitely the dealer you want to go to if you re going to buy a BMW. The dealership is small enough where it feels like a small town dealer, yet you are surrounded by some of the finest automobiles in the world, yet it is was a really casual, quiet and easy experience, compared to other dealerships that can be noisy and are rushing you through the process. We are very happy with our BMW and Sterling.Highly recommended!

Great support from service department. Cindy is my person to go to. She always takes care of our recalls and goes beyond expectations for us at Sterling BMW. It's hard to find a new car store that helps dealers as much as they do at this location. We have been working with Sterling for more than two years and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Definitely recommend. Awesome customer service.
