Jerry from Phillips Auto was great. I flew into Orange County Airport (Which is only about 15-20 minutes from the Dealership.) and Jerry picked me up in the car that I was coming to test drive. That was a nice touch because I was able to do some real world driving vs a quick trip a few blocks around the dealership. Jerry even offered to stop at a nice little French pasty shop and buy me breakfast (or lunch). I recommend you take him up on the offer. Back at the dealership he did an excellent job of going over the car (Which was immaculate by the way.), talking to me about different warranties if I wanted and, ultimately, filling out all of the paperwork. All in all it was an excellent experience and the car exceeded my expectations. Jerry was awesome and very easy to talk too. I highly recommend you ask for Jerry when you call Phillips Auto. One last note, their cars are very nice and very well priced. If I wanted to be a mini-Jay Leno (and had the money), I saw a bunch of cars on their lot that I would have taken home.

We sold our car to Phillips Auto and appreciate Phillips Auto made the process stress free. We were surprised by how past it was. It probably took less than 20 minutes from when we arrived to walking out the door. Trevor and Malcolm made us feel that they wanted our business and their offer was higher than Carvana. Glad we found Phillips Auto.

Sold my 4 year old Honda Pilot to the Phillips Auto Group in Newport. Carre handled the inspection and entire transaction - no "T O" system here which was great. She gave me a fair price having researched used automotive sites and taking it to a few dealerships for quotes. The sales transaction took less than 30 minutes and I left with a check in hand. I was looking for a buyer that would fairly value my Audi R8 V10 manual. I finally found James at Phillips Auto, who made me a great offer. Then Jerry Fontaine at Phillips sold me a beautiful, nearly new, hard-to-find Porsche Cayman GTS 4.0 with a manual transmission. Jerry, was very professional, didn't make any hard sales pitch, and was completely transparent with me. I will definitely return to Phillips Auto to buy my next car.

I was looking for a Porsche for my daughter. She came to me one day saying that she had found one at Phillips Auto. I got on the phone and spoke with salesperson Jerry Fontaine. Jerry was nice and personable, and sounded like a straight forward guy. What impressed me was that he told me that he knew that their car was priced well, which it was, and there was no negotiating room. He did not give me some nonsense, like any other used-car salesman, and try to lure me down there just to tell me that they did not negotiate. So, we drove down to Phillips Auto. They had more than one Porsche in their inventory. Both were in great shape and priced well. Jerry drove both with us, and let us compare the two. He was knowledgeable and courteous. In the end we made the deal happen and drove home with a new car for my daughter. It's been a few weeks. She is happy with the car, and Jerry has called me to make sure that we were happy. They have a lot of nice high-end cars in their lot. They seem to be a no nonsense kind of place. So you want to deal with them. Ty Jerry.

Phillips Auto was easy to work with. No attacking me while looking at the car on the lot. No high pressure and closing the deal was fast and easy. I bought a 2015 Jaguar F-Type in prime condition with an excellent CarFax report.

Jerry Fontaine and Mike Alibrando absolutely killed it, facilitating this sale. Found my 2000 540i on carfax and coordinated with the team on purchasing. I flew in from Phoenix, prepared to purchase the vehicle pretty much sight unseen Fter speaking with them. Once I arrived, the vehicle was in the pristine condition the pictures had conveyed. The quality of vehicles on their lot are a testament to the way they run the shop, mint and crispy. Kudos to the whole Phillips Auto team, even the porters and detailers! Way to make a sale!

Outstanding Customer Experience!This review is overdue, Ive been extremely busy, but I couldn t forget to take the time to leave my gratitude and appreciation for the exemplary service and attitude of Mike Aziz and Jerry Fontaine over at Phillips Auto of Newport Beach.I had been enjoying a beautiful 2010 987.2 Boxster S for several years, but it was time to upgrade to an 911, as Ive always needed one. I had searched for several years looking for a special spec 997.2 C2S optioned with: Sports+ chrono package, PDK transmission, Active Suspension Management PASM on Carrera 2 wheels with carbon Fiber trim to boot!I had always browsed Phillip s inventory in the past and finally found a special low mileage 2 owner car with an immaculate service history from Newport Beach Porsche!I gave Jerry Fontaine a call and setup a time to test drive, however I was running late and had to reschedule. Jerry happened to be off for the day and set me up with Mr Mike Aziz to assist me in the purchase process, as this is the first and only dealership I have experienced to not work on commission bases sales.Long story, but fast forward a couple days later and Mike and Jerry went out of their way to get me financed in a timely manner and accommodated the deal to deliver me my dream car! These gentleman are pros at their approach and professionalism. I couldn t be happier with the purchase and I would definitely shop for a third in the future with my family!Finding a second hand market dealership for Porsches is not an easy thing if you understand the Porsche market and I feel 110% confident in their ability to choose an inventory that matches Porsches incredible performance history. What a find and truly a blessing!Give Jerry or Mike a call if your ever in the market for a Porsche before hitting the stealerships! Mike and Malcolm were both very professional in the whole process of selling my car to them. Malcolm was helpful and transparent at the beginning by clearly outlining my various options. He was always available for a call/text when needed and ensured to check up on me to see how the sale was going while he was unavailable. Mike conducted the actual sale process when I arrived and it was very seamless and I was out the door within the hour. No haggling, no typical dealer back and forth, I was very pleased with the process. Most importantly, the price I received I thought was reasonable and fair. Highly recommend Phillips Auto for your buying/selling needs.

Jerry Fontaine was good to work with through the buying process. He wasn't pushy and did not behave like the stereotypical used car salesman. The car was in good shape, and was offered at a fair price, so I made the purchase.

Outstanding Dealership!From the second I walked in I was treated like family. The employees were 100% professional and willing to do ANYTHING to accommodate you through the process. I've never purchased a car sight unseen, but he did everything possible to allow me to see and experience the car from WA. My wife and I never thought we could get into a car that we dreamed of.....that is until we came across Phillips Auto in Newport Beach.Mike Aziz is our sales rep, he is extremely kind, patient, and cares about generating and maintaining a strong work relationship with his customers, he's been there over 25 years.My wife and I have purchased several vehicles over the years from Phillips Auto: a 2020 MBZ E-class, a 2011 Porsche Cayman, a 2014 Chevy Corvette, and a 2003 Porsche 911.We used to dread car shopping but now we are always excited Phillips Auto doesn't have junk fees, they don't hard sell you, they will advise you on ways to protect your investment (bumper to bumper warranty for example which we are glad we invested in because it saved us thousands of dollars in protecting our multiple investments with peace of mind), they don't make you sit in the office half the day to do paperwork. We always are in an out in no less than 2 hours.I have to say you might experience VIP treatment at Phillips Auto (this is a good thing) because they love their customers and they really go the extra mile, here's what I mean.Most recently Michael Alibrando helped us with a purchase (Mike Aziz was out of town). Our purchase we had a road hazard on the way home due to debris on the ground 3 other vehicles pulled over with a flat tire as well and Michael Alibrando had his assistant Harry Robertson next day hand deliver 2 brand new tires to us with a check for $100 to get the new tires installed.Side note: Car tires are considered "incidentals" which is just a fancy word for consumables that are the fiscal responsibility of the car owner and this is not the norm nor the responsibility for a car dealership to do something like this in fact it's unheard of. But that's exactly what I mean about Phillips Auto,Mike Aziz, Michael Alibrando, Harry Robertson, HUGE thank you for what you do on a regular basis day in day out in providing excellent customer service. You won't be sorry when you go to Phillips Auto.

I will begin my review by stating I don t normally review businesses, but I felt compelled after the positive experience I had this afternoon. I Sold my vehicle this afternoon to Michael at Phillips auto. After a pleasant conversation discussing the details of my car with Malcom (the owner) over the phone, I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. I couldn t be happier with my experience, it was a seamless, quick transaction with absolutely fantastic customer service. The whole process of selling my vehicle took about 30 minutes from inspection to me walking out the door with a check. Don t think twice about this dealership as it will probably be the best experience you can possibly ask for. Professional, courteous, and quick 5 stars!!

The best vehicle purchase that I've ever experienced. Large inventory of great cars, exceptional customer service, and an easy and smooth transaction process. I was looking for someone to buy my used car and not have to deal with all of the hassle and deceit that typically occurs in the car dealer space.After submitting my car's info online, I was contacted quickly by Chris Falcioni from Phillips Auto in Newport Beach. Chris was polite, relaxed, and very informative. He showed genuine interest and gave me trust that the buying process was transparent, would be no hassle, and could be done quickly today (if everything checked out).I already had an appointment with another dealer that offered me a great deal. Because of Chris' transparency, I told him the offer price and he agreed to beat it. I took the bait. Headed over to the dealership and met Chris. He was super friendly and made the whole process simple. After a couple of unforeseen appraisal issues (that were 100% legit), we agreed on a price and within 30 minutes I was out the door.Chris Falcioni is great to work with and the entire Phillips Auto team made the car-buying process a breeze. I will refer all of my friends and colleagues to shop with Chris prior to any other dealer when looking to buy or sell a new or used vehicle.Thanks Chris!

This place, Richard in sales and Mark in finance, these guys are awesome, truly my experience here was Great! , there staff are very helpful and professional, took care of all my needs, questions and concerns, this is just the first car that I'll purchase from Phillip's, and I'm sure they'll be more, definitely get my business and my friends and family !! Purchased a vehicle from across the State. Mike A was very helpful. He went out of his way to help me make an informed decision. No pressure. The paperwork process including the delivery of the vehicle via a 3rd party hauling company that he recommended was easy.After receiving the car, I noticed a small oil leak and sent Mike a text. Within 5 min, the Service Manager from Phillips called me to address the issue (which turned out to be a very simple repair.) I bought a 17 year old car so of course there will be minor things to fix which Mike and I discussed prior to my purchase.I have a pretty high bar for customer service, Mike and Harry (Service Advisor) were top notch. I'd do business with them again.

I hardly ever write reviews but buying a Porsche from Jerry Fontaine at Phillips Auto was the best car buying process I have ever had! And at 72 years old I've bought a lot of cars. First of all the car was immaculate, not a scratch on it. When I asked how they found a 12 year old car in this condition Jerry said all of the cars sold by Phillips go through a very detailed inspection and anything that is not perfect is made perfect. I got home with the car and noticed that the inside of the right tailight silvering was flaking. I called Jerry the next morning and he told me that Phillips would pay for a replacement of the entire taillight assembly and that one was on order for me and they would install it when it came in. They didn't have to do that, the deal was done.In summary, Jerry is a complete professional and Phillips is the first place I will go to buy my next car.

We just purchased a beautiful Aston Martin from Phillips Auto, and I will definanately purchase my next car from them as well.The pricing was no-haggle, and fair, and both my sales person Chris and the sales manager Mike were easy to deal with, and answered all questions promptly.After I drove the car, we agreed on the deal, then they communicated with my banker directly, and did all the paperwork, all I had to do was sign and go, they worked hard to value my time and simplify the process.If you're in the market for a quality car, I highly recommend Phillips Auto.
