Joey is a star among automotive service consultants. He saves time when possible by helping resolving things by phone rather than take time out of my day to take the vehicles in.

Business at this dealership is so bad that there is never a wait. Every time I come here I wonder how much longer this place will be around. Not very many cars on the lot that are for sale, it's actually kind of scary.However, when it comes to service this place is OK. They treat me really good ever since they lost my old car for almost 90 days. Ever since that they take good care of me.

From the time you drive up to the time you leave, all the employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. I appreciate efficient service.

I came here to try and get a new engine for my ct200hw2013. I dropped it off and took a look at their catalog of cars online and found a really nice used es350 for a great deal with 4 year warranty. They had me out with the car the same day.

Service was expensive for the service that was provided, an oil and filter change at 40K miles.The interior was untouched and uncleaned despite being reassured by the service professional it would be cleaned.Service was timely and booked easily.

Newport Lexus is topshelf on every level. Customer service is responsive, caring and are problem solvers. They offer loaners, shuttle service and have a Starbucks 200 yards away. Check in is easy and fast if your a return customer is always smooth. Joey is my guy but all of the associates are polite, professional and are 1st Class all the way.The facilities are well maintained and extremely clean.Nordstroms should be sending their employees to Lexus of Newport for customer service training.

The environment is ideal, clean, and the place is large enough. The only drawback is that there are few preferential services and no special prices. , , . , , .
