Highly recommend this shop to all mb owners, good honest mechanic reliable service and fast turnaround times. The owner has like 20 years of mb service under his belt and I trust him with my car far more than the dealer. 10/10 stars. Kaylee & Hector the owner were great to deal with, and were very honest about the engine and suspension work my SL 550 needed. There is no other MB mechanic for my family! I went to dealership with my sons car as we thought the repair would have been covered by MB s warranty from previous work a couple months back. It was not and they wanted over $3K for a purge valve and new tires. I went to Hector at MB Elite. He not only beat MB by thousands he and Kaylee s customer service was above and beyond. They had me in and out faster then any other repair I have ever had.If you want to have your MB serviced by someone you can trust, there is no other place to go. Thank you MB Elite. I was frustrated by the dealership. You fixed everything and are top notch!Service: Engine repair

MB Elite is fantastic and professional all around! Blown away really by how professional they are! I had Bobby do a pre purchase inspection on a car that would be purchased out of state. Bobby gave me the confidence knowing it would be a great purchase. I asked Bobby for a email with the details of the inspection, he was kind enough to go to Staples to send this as his system was not working at that time. He also gave a great suggestion on a shipping company. Seriously top notch service! thank you!

My first time visit to Elite with my new 2021 Revel Sprinter. Steve (owner) is Ex- MBZ master mechanic ( with personal dealership awards) and is extremely detail oriented as is Bobby, his mechanic. Went there for 1st oil change. What a nice surprise. Oil change= 1/2 the cost of Fletcher or Laguna MBZ, 1/2 the wait time, significantly better service by professional mechanics who really enjoy their work. A positive experience for sure and highly recommended!

My Mercedes had a dead battery and needed servicing anyway, so I called AAA to jump start it and immediately drove it to Elite to drop it off in hopes they could fit it into their busy schedule the next day. It was 9 p.m. when I drove up, and Steve was still working on a car so they wouldn't get behind! He greeted me warmly. I apologized for interrupting his work, not expecting him to be there. He responded by thanking me for coming! Much to my surprise, the car was ready the next day, even washed! I have been coming to Elite for approximately 5 years and have always received the best service and pricing. It's a family business that will be around for a long time. Thanks, Elite!

I just needed a simple jump start on my mom's car and they said they would but I ended up seeing that guy speeding away in their stupid fiat company car.these guys were ass holes. I don't drive a Mercedes but that doesn't mean they can't help.
