Very impressed with the facility and staff running it. Great experiences and communication with Kevin Sierra in sales to Fernando Jimenez in service. After the purchase, we experienced some issues with warning lights and Fernando and the team we able to find and eliminate the problem, while getting it covered through the warranty. They had accommodated my needs in the loaner, were flexible with my schedule, and got the job done right. I had a horrible experience with Trophy Mercedes-Benz of Encino with a prior purchase, but Fletcher Jones had restored my faith in dealerships and now will be my go to. Thank you guys!

If you care about your car, you can trust Fletcher Jones MB Newport Beach to get it done right for you. I recently had my car detailed after asking my service advisor Katelyn for her recommendation. The results were outstanding! The attention to detail was impressive, leaving my car looking brand new. The interior was meticulously cleaned, smelled fresh, and the exterior had a brilliant shine. The staff was professional, and the service was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone seeking top-notch car detailing.

(Mercdz S550) sitting with Fletcher Jones-service for gear shift problem (under warranty). Its been 71-days and no word when it will be fixed, loaner also not provided interim. No support, response or updates. Where's the reputation of dealer or manufacturer for that reason. Inspite of being a 20+year customer having bought many cars in the past. It seems Quality and Customer service has declined, will never again buy another car from them, if they cannot service a car under warranty.

Consistently encountering impolite service advisors who seem to lack proficiency in their roles. Additionally, the courtesy car provider, particularly the lady, exhibited discourteous behavior. Today, when I visited the service advisor to address the unusual sounds coming from one of my car speakers, I was met with a rather perplexing response: "Maybe the song you listened to has some problems." Surprisingly, he even inquired about other songs that might produce a similar noise. It was disheartening to realize that some individuals in the service department seemed unaware of basic car-related issues. Fortunately, a competent mechanic eventually intervened, identified the problem, and provided the necessary assistance

Each and every time I go to Fletcher Jones for service, I am just BLOWN AWAY at how they are able to manage everything so professionally. Hundreds of truly seasoned, long time, Mercedes-Benz techs and mechanics, working along side hundreds of eager, inspired younger people who are learning from the pros. Add to this that everyone is utterly polite and really goes out of their way to be helpful. The icing on the cake is the absolutely world class facility, where everything is spotless, your every need is attended to and the customer truly feels valued. I requested that one of my rims be repaired for scratches while I was on vacation. I knew there was one rim that needed repairing, but rushing to be on time to the airport, I did not take the time to look for more scratches before dropping off my car at Fletcher-Jones shuttle-service location. During my vacation Parker Johnson called to let me know that one rim was repaired and that he noticed another one also and had that repaired, too. Parker did for me what I would have done for myself if I took the time. Parker cares about the customer experience and is exceptional at his job.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I cannot express my appreciation for the professionalism and extra attention to detail your dealership has shown. I drive from Carlsbad specifically for your services. When I had a crack in my windshield, I've never had that happen before and reached out to my salesman Blake Malgren. He got back to me right away facilitating my appointment for replacement. He paired me with Parker Johnson, who took amazing care of me! Not only was I able to change my flight for a conference so that I flew out of John Wayne instead of San Diego, but I was able to then use your exceptional parking services, and have my windshield replaced while I was away. With the superb care Blake and Parker have given me, not only continue to be a loyal customer, I tell everyone who will listen (including the Progressive agent I spoke with about my windshield) about the exclusive and high class treatment your dealership provides. I have never felt more valued from a business, the care doesn't stop after the car has beeb purchased.

Came in for service this morning and they sure are quick getting all the cars in. There is a lounge area with multiple TVs, a merchandise store and complimentary coffee. They will also offer a vehicle rental or a complimentary uber ride. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I went to this dealership for sales and didn't have best experience with the salesman.But for the service dept I was extremely pleased. Appt was easy to make and able to get a loaner while my car was needing service A and my service advisor Ruben Soltero was great.And the young man who helped me with my loaner was great as well. Professional all the way.I will be back to get any service for my car here.Ruben suggested I talk to Denise in sales so when I want to trade in my current car I will be back here.

From Sales to Service to Car Rental they are all group of friendly people with white glove service.My Sincere Thanks to AJ Gennock Service Advisor and Amir from Rental department and David Dropping off my car.This was my 1st experience with Fletcher Jones and they have done an exceptional job, they kept me updated via text every step.My previous experience was with Team Alex and they have gone above and beyond.I had to drive over 100 mils to Fletcher Jones Mercedes and I am not regretted. Very professional service advisor Chad. Kept me informed of any changes and approximation of when my car would be ready. I trust him and what he advises. The a/c was not getting cold. I want to put a complain over this service department that place the managers are very mean! We turn in a car for service and to do a car wash detail and when we came to picked up the car, the where front shield was with 2 big cracks!I put a complain and the manager said it s out faul not them!This company looks like it s set up to just take money from the costumers and not help us!Also my CLS it s always been it s a problem with the tires, we have checked tires every 6 months and instead of helping us on putting a complain to fletchers Johns dealer, they just keep saying it s out fault too! I know that when I go to Fletcher Jones that whatever service is performed will be done correctly the first time. Tony Irvani, my Service Advisor is not only professional and friendly, he handles my parts, service and repair work promptly and effectively. Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz is an exceptional service center and my first experience there was great. The service managers and all staff are incredibly professional and respectful to customers. From securing an appointment, the drop-off, complimentary loaner car, and pick-up, the entire process is efficient and smooth. The service technicians provide an inspection video for your reference and talk through each point. A detailed list of recommended items is sent to you for review and you have the options of choosing to complete or not. All of this is done electronically, which creates a very efficient process. I will be back!!

Alex, Andrew, and Trevor are simply amazing. They took the time to order my new EQS SUV for me. I was notified before it arrived and upon arrival, very promptly. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and have had Leslie as my service advisor nearly the entire time. She is efficient, professional, knowledgeable and clearly explains any complicated issues. The service techs are always thorough. Rarely have I had any issue with the work performed and if I did they took care of it without issue. And most importantly my cars have lasted well into the hundreds of thousands of miles as a direct result of the FJ service department. I have worked with 5 different Mercedes dealerships throughout years of ownership, none come close to FJ. FJ goes above and beyond to make sure client's needs are met and that any questions you may have are answered. Booking appointments is easy and courtesy cars are clean and well cared for. All the staff, especially service advisors are great. A customer service experience beyond anything I have received from any other car dealership. I have owned several different cars (not Mercedes) and the service I experienced at Fletcher-Jones was by far the best. Friendly, focused and attentive the staff is well coordinated and you feel like your getting the attention you want. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

We just had a five star experience at Fletcher Jones because of Service Specialist Stephanie Hurstrom. She is ALWAYS amazing: professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Knowing that Stephanie is in charge of our car removes all the stress! In addition, the loaner experience and staff were wonderful. We were so happy when we got the call from Stephanie that our car was ready the same day. A big thank you also to the mechanics who serviced the car.
