This was our first time buying from Fletcher Jones and it was an incredible experience. No pressure, and you had the car we were looking for! Max and the staff were friendly and we felt we got first class service. What a great gift for my 75th birthday!

UNTRUSTWORTHY! Made us drove +100 miles for a false advertised car! They ve posted a very clean pictures of a car that we were inquiring about on their website. However after arriving to the dealership we found that the car has a minor damage both on front and rear!!! Also the interior was nothing close to the pictures that they posted. They didn t even bother themselves to negotiate the price for that. Very Poor service. Very bad experience. Not recommended!!!

My sister and I were car shopping and decided to visit Fletcher Jones, as they had the best inventory of Mercedes Benz around us. We ended up leaving with a new C300, and all we can say is the experience purchasing a car here is phenomenal. Every single person we spoke with: Trevor, Alex, Austin, Ramsey, and Rocio were extremely kind and personable. They will work with you to find the best car and best deal. We felt as though they genuinely appreciated to have our business. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase!

Bob Evans at the FJ- Newport location is truly exceptional. I encountered an issue with a different sales associate, and upon expressing my concern, Bob promptly reached out to me. His sincerity, accommodation, and dedication to servicing my car completely turned my experience around. I deeply appreciate his thoughtful efforts in ensuring I received exceptional service and making me feel valued as a customer. For anyone purchasing a new vehicle or getting their car serviced, I highly recommend requesting Bob. You'll be in excellent hands.

From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations.Communication was top-notch throughout the process. This level of communication instilled confidence and trust in their commitment to customer satisfaction.Scheduling service was a breeze, thanks to their efficient and customer-friendly system. The team at Fletcher Jones Motorcars understands the value of their customers' time, and they demonstrated this by completing the service on my Mercedes within the promised timeframe. Punctuality is a rare quality in the automotive service industry, and I appreciate their dedication to delivering on time.In summary, my experience at Fletcher Jones Motorcars was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of excellent communication, timely service, and the provision of a loaner car made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If I could give less than 0 stars, I would. Absolutely dishonest and despicable "salesmen". Came in looking for a newly listed six-figure vehicle, ready to pay in cash. The representatives were very aggressive in pursuing a deal (which I didn't have too big of an issue with). However, my issue lies with how unprofessional the sales team were. They kept demanding that I pay the $5000 "deposit" first but then came out and said that they can't hold the vehicle for us while we sort out the wiring process for the remainder of the cost. At that point, what's the purpose of he $5000 deposit if it doesn't guarantee anything? They were not accommodating in any way, and seemed like all they cared about was to sell as quickly as possible. Moreover, after providing them with the credit card information, they then asked for the remainder of the sum of the car right away, saying that "they can't reserve the vehicle for us" without the rest of the money (once again, what's the point of the $5000 deposit then?). We were ready to wire the money right away to them, but they refused to provide us with an itemized invoice for the vehicle with shipping fees, taxes, registration/DMV fees, etc. Nor did they provide us with the wiring number or any information on WHERE to send the money to. They took their sweet old time processing this and then went behind our back and sells the vehicle to another party a day later.TRULY DISHONEST, never want to work or speak with these people ever again.

"I've been a loyal customer of Fletcher for several years, having purchased 5 or 6 cars through Daniel. His dedication has truly made car-buying a pleasure. Just last week, I bought a new C-Class for my daughter and a new G-63 for my wife, and the process was incredibly easy. Understanding my busy schedule as a local business owner, I simply sent Daniel an email outlining our needs, and his teammate Chris took care of everything, from finding the cars to preparing all the paperwork. Walking in and out was seamless. In today's world, exceptional customer service like this is rare, and I'll definitely be returning for more purchases. I'll be sure to spread the word to friends, family, and fellow business owners. Thank you, Daniel and Fletcher Jones, for the outstanding service."

I have had my reservations to give a 5 star review however I don t want few setbacks to overshadow the wonderful experience we had for our very first Car purchase.Ali (sales person) and Fred( Finance) are absolutely AMAZING ! They went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure we have Top Notch experience. During our pick up - Josh did a good job as a Product Specialist and went over all car features.Kamran (apparently Ali s manager) is however wasn t the nicest person we came across. His service and treatment was NO where near good. But as I said- I didn t want that to undermine hardworkers like Ali and Fred. These two guys absolutely won our hearts on Friday night they stayed way past their working hours and made sure we were % satisfied with our purchase, every single question was answered not only patiently but with humility, kindness and enthusiasm. Extra credit to Fred for his contagious energy!!THANK YOU!

Liars and opportunists!! I am a single mom and have bought three cars from Fletcher Jones. I wouldn t say they ve gone above and beyond to help me but they ve at least handled things appropriately until now. My car was totaled before my lease was up and I ve been renting a car while they ve tried to get me approved for financing. I picked out the car that I wanted and they kept coming back to me telling me I needed a cosigner or a deposit. I got a loan from somebody for the deposit after two weeks of haggling with them and when I came back to them , they tried to put me into a different car telling me the bank wouldn t approve the car I had chosen, as the MSRP was too high. This sounded very strange to me, and I then spoke with their sales manager, who informed me that they had sold the car. How do you sell a car out from underneath somebody and then pretend to be working for their benefit to get you that car ? Yosef Was the one working on my sale, I had to bug him every day for an update. He did not communicate In any way, shape or form unless I contacted him first. This is not how you treat somebody who has been a loyal customer for seven years. I am shocked and appalled at how this company treats people. I guess it depends on how much money they think you have in order to get appropriate treatment. My advice stay far away from this company.

I remember purchasing not just one, but three cars from Fletcher Jones Newport Beach before 2018. Yet, despite being a loyal customer, my recent interaction with them has left me feeling utterly disheartened. Last week I thought of Fletcher Jones Ontario for my new EQS.However, my hopes were quickly dashed when I found myself dealing with inexperienced salespeople who struggled to close the deal. The next day, Eric, who claimed to be the customer relationship manager, reached out to me, urging me to visit Ontario again. Hoping for a better outcome, I made another trip, only to find myself unable to find a suitable car among the only EQS they had .Feeling increasingly frustrated, I decided to return to Fletcher Jones Newport Beach today, specifically asking for Eric. Instead of receiving the attentive service I had come to expect, I was shuffled around like a pawn in a chess game, from one person to another, including Christine, another relationship manager. Each handoff only added to my mounting disappointment. As I sat in the negotiation room, attempting to finalize the deal for my EQS, the last salesman abruptly left to attend to other customers, leaving me feeling abandoned and neglected. Eventually, I had no choice but to leave the store without purchasing the car I had tracked. It's disheartening to witness how much Fletcher Jones has changed since my first experience with them. Two visit and 8 salespersons and still walking out the door without a car purchase.

I have purchased many cars in the past, always from the dealership. However, this time was different as it was my first experience buying a car online and over the phone. I must say, it was the smoothest process ever. I did most of the talking with Nik Olejnik. Every question I had, he knew the answer right away and was always available. I now know that I've found a reliable place whenever I want to buy a car. I strongly recommend Fletcher Jones dealership

This place is literally the paradise of car buyers!! The salespersons are extremely polite, patient, knowledgeable, respectful and helpful!! I went to other car dealers and almost got spit by very rude uneducated and unprofessional dealers!Fletcher Jones Motorcars is a highly professional place to do business with. I went there with my son, we are part of low middle class in terms of financial potential and I felt this dealership treated us as kings! The car we bought is running great, we are overwhelmed with joy for encountering this place and highly recommend it with open heart for any Mercedes seeker!!!For the quality we bought we know for sure that we've got the best price on the market. Not to mention the exquisite elegant clean showroom and parking. Hundreds of cars literally shining and everything so clean that you can sit anywhere in the parking and not get dirt on your clothes. Ray Hashemi have been very professional and helpful in the entire process!! All these things together is rising this place to seven stars not only 5!!!

Bought several cars over past 15 years. Lots of options in LA area would advise you not do business with them. Truly bad experiences. Bait and switch, not honoring written agrrements. We are done. You have been warned.

They don't respect their customers.. I will never go there againDisheartening Experience at Fletcher Johns Mercedes-Benz NewportI recently visited Fletcher Johns Mercedes-Benz Newport with high expectations of purchasing my first electric SUV and trading in my C300. Unfortunately, my experience took a shocking turn that compels me to share this review. While waiting for the sales associate, Juan, to provide payment details for the car configuration I had chosen, we were abruptly asked to wait outside the office by Juan, following his manager's instructions. To my disbelief, his manager, James, appeared and unreasonably shouted for us to leave the office. When I requested a more respectful conversation, he insisted we leave and even went so far as to instruct the associate to call security. Adding to the distress, he loudly claimed this was because my friend speaks a lot.I discovered that all this unprofessional behavior stemmed from a previous conflict related to an unfinalized car deal involving my friend who was with me. Such conduct is not only unacceptable in any business setting but is especially shocking within a reputable establishment like Mercedes-Benz.I have already communicated the details of this distressing encounter to the management via email and am awaiting their response. This experience has left me disheartened, and I can't fathom such treatment within a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Such behavior would be unacceptable even in local grocery stores, with all due respect to those establishments.I regretfully state that I will not revisit Fletcher Johns Mercedes-Benz Newport, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone based on my unfortunate encounter. This incident has significantly impacted my perception of the brand, and I sincerely hope the management addresses and rectifies such behavior promptly.

Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from Fletcher Jones and our experience has always been great. Unfortunately that ended when I bought my S580. The salesman Alejandro Colon stated that the vehicle I requested had already been sold but he had one in the back with all the same features. I found out after the purchase that that wasn t true. Also, the vehicle turned out to be a lemon and so I sent an email in October to get some type of resolution. Two months later still no answer from the dealership. Fortunately corporate deemed the vehicle a lemon and is in the process of buying it back. When submitting the original purchase order for the buyback I realized that the vehicle is listed as used. I spent $145,000 on what is technically a used vehicle. I have never been so angry in my life. I take responsibility for not reviewing the contract as thoroughly as I should have but due to my past experience with Fletcher Jones I trusted them and the process. I shouldn t have. I am now in a position where I have to purchase another vehicle and have no faith in a dealership that I ve frequented for over 30 years.

This used to be a great dealership my family bought 4 cars from them when David Lee was a sales person. Lately every time I try to buy a car from them they treat you like garbage. I wanted to purchase G550 I was told mark up is $50000 really? The woman talked to me well you don t like it you are free to go somewhere else no interest in customer service

Went to test drive new EQS. Salesmen couldn t even figure out how to lift the rear seat to sit in the thing much less test drive it. Hours of research to pick the exact model to order before coming in only to frankly, be shuffled out quickly. Thank you for reminding me how much I hate dealing with fletcher jones service.I should be thankful the salesmen just saved me 50k in savings when I buy a model X Tesla instead later today.

I want to say Ruben Sanchez in service, and Mike Mcullen in sales are one of the best people I have met in the car industry. I have been coming to Fletcher Jones to service my cars for quieter some time now, and Ruben had always treated me like family, he always goes the extra step making sure that I get a good experience getting cars serviced. Ruben always makes sure that my cars are in great condition for a great price! On Wednesday, it was my first time purchasing a car, and Ruben got me in contact with Mike. Mike also is an amazing person, he would send me pictures and videos of cars that he thought was best for me. He was patient working with me and went the extra step as well to make sure I had the best experience on purchasing my new G wagon from Fletcher Jones. Mike got me my dream car, and made sure it was up to my standards. Both these guys are the best Fletcher has to offer, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who goes here!

I was looking into purchasing car. Cecilia Beas reached out to me and answered all of my questions. Responded very quickly and was not a pushy salesperson. I worked with Cecilia, Ali, and April Torres. Very professional and customer service friendly. Unfortunately, I did not purchase the car due to personal reasons. However, they were all very understanding and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the purchase.

It's a shame dealers like this still exist. Old school tactics. Lying. Not really knowing what they have in inventory. In particular, I would steer clear of Daniel D who is the fleet director. I tried to buy an SUV from him only to then find out it wasn't available for sale (after we agreed on terms). Then I inquired on another type of SUV and he told me I better act fast because there wasn't going to be a 2025 model (which is not true- there will be). I would particularly stay away from this dealer if you are out of state. They force you to register and title the car in CA so they can continue to get more allocations from MB USA. He said if I bought from them and registered in my home state MB would give the allocations to my home state dealers. Which is exactly what should be happening. All Daniel needed was "any address in CA" to register and title it. Yeah, that's not sketchy. They list all their vehicles as MSRP on their website except that's not what they are selling them for. They have inflated markups across the board. Sadly too many people put up with their nonsense so they keep getting volume, but hopefully MB will clue in and see what is going on and stop funneling so many allocations to them.

Just disappointed! We were down to either getting a C300 or a BMW 330E, as we have a 2023 4 series convertible my wife and I were looking for something different. The C300 hit most of our wish list and worked with Rick to get a fair deal. After coming to an agreement we started to do all the paper work with Gio (She was great to work with). Then Cameron came in changed the deal, basically telling us if they didn t raise the payment $25 a month they would lose money. I asked him point blank is our previous agreement off the table and he said yes and even if he agree to this it wouldn t get pass management. Take this agreement or leave, we left. Lo and behold on our ride home we got a call that they would honor the agreement we had. After sleeping on the deal I do not want to do business with a company that pulls this kind of underhanded tactics in selling. What will happen when I need service can I trust what they say??

I had gas tanks replaced under recall in 2016 at Fletcher Jones, One year later the replaced fuel-pump failed and I had to pay $711.08 to Fletcher Jones to repair, as they wouldn't honor the Mercedes warrantee on new parts they installed. I have been smelling gas and last year, I brought into Fletcher Jones and they would not even look at it without me paying them $300. Last week I call Mercedes and was told that there is still a warrantee on the Gas tanks and I made an appointment with Fletcher Jones. When I got there the said there was no a warrantee. I am VERY frustrated with Fletcher Jone's complete lack of honoring their work. The inspection revealed they had left a screw out completely and had not tightened the others correctly, but now they want to charge me $2,950 to repair their poor work.

WOW! is all you need to say about this dealership. This was my first time buying a car online and across the country and it could not have gone better. I am so impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and honesty of this dealership, they truly made me feel like family. From my initial interaction through the day my car was delivered to me and afterwards I can say that I have received the level of service that I have always been hoping for from a car dealership. Vladan (Jeremy) in sales, Mo in finance and Scott, sales manager were very upfront and thorough through the whole process and I am very grateful for their help. I love my new MB GLS and look forward to driving it for many years. I would absolutely recommend Fletcher Jones Motorcars for anyone wanting an exceptional buying experience whether you are close to them or across the country.

I was visiting from out of state. I drove my AMG approximately 2000 miles to Orange County, California. I wanted to get an oil change and I was told that Fletcher Jones is the premier Mercedes-Benz dealer in the area.I made a appointment with Kim the day prior and showed up an hour early the next day. I was promptly approach by the Concierge Service team where I was greeted like a rock star and then they took several pictures of my AMG from all different angles to include under the under the hood with a iPad. Not sure why? A short time later I was consulted by Mr. Holsinger that I was a going to need a A Service in 65 days. So I decided to get that done. I was offered a Courtesy Car but I did not need one. While I waited in the Customer Lounge I noticed the dealership had a cafe so I ordered a coffee and a killer breakfast burrito. I walked around the dealership and enjoyed the Petting Zoo ( The new car showroom) and talked among the friendly staff there. I got a text from Fletcher Jones saying maintenance on my vehicle was completed and was being washed. In fact, all paperwork of work completed and invoice was texted to me. Once my car was washed the Valet offered me a bottle of water and I was on my way. My experience with FJ Motorcars was a pleasant one. If I decide to drive my AMG to California in the future I will be sure to stop by if schedule maintenance is warranted.

Review about the pre-owned car buying experience. I made an appointment for 4pm and reached on time. I was made to wait about 15 mins past the hour (which is okay). Then, I learnt that they didn't have the car on their lot, and were not able to track down where the key was! (hello...? I had a confirmed appointment). I know, stuff happens. I waited patiently while the sales person was running around trying to find the key! I was offered coffee, it was late in the afternoon so I asked if they had Decaf. The sales person said yes and directed me to the coffee machine. Surprise, surprise! It had ran out of decaf powder/beans... I continued to wait patiently. A few mins later (almost 30 mins past my appointment time), I was taken to another parking lot where they thought the car was. Guess what? It wasn't there too! The car salesman showed me a couple of other cars, which I appreciated. But what about the car I made an appointment for!? We were again back to the dealership, and I test drove the car. I'd like to state on record that I LOVED the car. But the salesman didn't know (or confidently answer) basic questions about the features of the car. I requested him to find out, and get back to me with those as well as costs for extra warranty. To this, he says "we don't talk prices on the phone". I was like..... Okayyyy! After all this, he asks me to come back to their office and meet with his manager. When I said I was already late (spent 1 hr 15 mins), he has the nerve to tell me "I spent an hour with you, can't you come back for 2 more mins?!". Wow! I did tell him "Well, I had an appointment at 4pm and the car should have been here at that time with the key".I will buy a Mercedes at some point, but not from this dealer. Thank you Edit: A couple of hours after I came back home, the salesperson sent an email saying that the car doesn't have Apple carplay. During the test drive, he had said "Yes, it definitely does. You just have to download an app and connect your phone. Trust me".

Although our experience with FJ started well during the leasing phase, it's what happened afterward that absolutely ruined the experience and put a sour taste in our mouths. After we turned in our previous lease to FJ a month early, we were assured there would be no additional charges. A month after we receive a bill from Mercedes Financial for over $1,100 for "damages", things that we could have fixed at a local body shop for $200-300 max! When we contacted our sales person that helped us with the new lease and turning in the old lease, he said that they meant there are no charges for payments, but obviously they did not mean damages. This is something that they did not specify at all during the process, and as a consumer there's no way for us to know these things are different...when you're told there will be no more charges there's no way for us to know there's a difference. After a month of going back and forth, they basically said there's nothing they can do and we are responsible for those charges. We then receive a notice from the DMV to renew the registration for the old lease a couple weeks ago, when we contacted FJ they mentioned that happened because the car hasn't been sold yet so title hasn't been transferred. We then had to release liability with the DMV to attempt to remove this car from our records. You'd think when you're going to the #1 MBZ dealer in the country that the level of service would be as expected but this has honestly been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with car dealers. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING
