I found Excess Look Auto Solutions via an Ad on IG.After inquiring more about their promotion, I was lucky to have my appointment scheduled for Saturday, with a window to drop off my vehicle between 8am-10am, and return/completed service around 3-4pm same day.When I dropped off my vehicle that Saturday, I was greeted by Andrew who filled me in on their process and what I could expect in terms of results. Hours later, Chris (the Owner) texted/called me to provide an update as to the progress of my vehicle.Unfortunately, they weren't able to return the vehicle to me because my Headlights needed a little more elbow grease.The next day, I received a text from Chris letting me know that my vehicle was finally finished and ready for pick up.OMG...IT LOOKS BRAND NEW!!!My car is a 2010 Honda Fit. When I arrived Sunday Morning, it looked like it just came out of the Carwash. Chris was able to restore my Headlights back to 90% Brand NEW. My car has never been cleaner!TLDR:Auto Service: 5/5Customer Service: 5/5Value: 5/5Recommended: 5/5These guys are a hidden gem, if you're hesitating on setting an appointment you shouldn't. Chris is a solid dude, and everyone on his staff is super friendly!I'll be coming back again soon, and referring friends and family!

I tried my best to do all of my research in the surrounding area to find a great detail shop to take care of my car as well as some overspray I picked up. Several surrounding detail shops just charge you up the wazoo and expect you to pay it as if there was no other way. Excess Look does an amazing job of listening to you and determining the best treatment to achieve exactly what you are looking for. Jennica is THE BEST! She literally took care of everything from the moment I pulled up to when I picked up my keys afterwards. She went above and beyond to ensure that my car was taken care of. You can just tell that she, and everyone they work with, take pride in what they do and it shows. I will be returning every time I need specific work done and I have been recommending Excess Look to everyone I can.The shop is located in the parking structure which can slightly confusing but just park anywhere and go walk right in. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. Also, it always looks like the OC Car Show down there with all of the cars they work on. These guys have seen it all and taken care of every kind of vehicle. You can trust them.

I worked with both Steve and Chris and I am super glad I found Excess Look! I had been trying to get pricing for a full black out and tint job on my Audi Q5 and they were literally the most responsive, friendliest, and straight forward shop to deal with. They made recommendations on Matte vs Gloss throughout the body, and had my car done after only 2 days, and sent me texts during the process with how the work was going. All that being said with how good the service was...they were by far the most affordable shop I was quoted by! They also did a Ceramic Coating and even detailed the entire car inside and out. Never taking my vehicles current or future anywhere but these guys - highly recommend!Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Window tinting, Paint repair

Let me start off my saying WOW! Chris and the team at Excess Look went above and beyond my expectations. Their attention to detail and communication was phenomenal. I had my tint done on my Tesla along with getting my car clay waxed. The team at Excess Look truly cares about the customer experience, it shows in their work. Thank you to Chris and his staff for creating a one of a kind experience. Go see these guys you won t be disappointed. With over 30 years of experience these guys are the best in the business. Chris, Steve and their team at excess look are the best in the biz.Earlier this week I had a decent size scratch in the Driver side door of my brand new Tahoe. I hired someone to repair the scratch which only made matters worse, as you'll see in the pics below.I then reached out to excess look, after I was referred by a Good Friend of mine. Chris assessed, took my car in right away and got to work. 3 hours later, good as new! I couldn't believe it. He also gave me a reasonable quote on deleting some of the chrome (ski rails, window pane trim, and bumper) which we went ahead and did. The job was done in one day and my Tahoe looks better than ever!Services: Car waxing, Paint repair

My car needed a new tint and I had seen several cars serviced by Excess Look Auto Solutions so I had to take my BMW in.My first impression was how friendly and professional the entire team was - they made you feel comfortable and confident in their work, it was more of a hotel concierge experience than visiting some Jiffy Lube for an oil change.I loved that part, and even better, when I got my car the new tint looked pristine - plus the Excess team surprised me with a courtesy cleaning (I brought my car in after a road trip, so it was a mess) and even got my wheels back to new!All in all, very high quality work, done by an even more high-quality team of people who are vested in your satisfaction. The team at Excess Look did an amazing job restoring my Black BMW, in pretty sure it looks better than the day I bought it. The finish looks like a mirror and it feels like I got a new car. You can t beat the value, and they finished pretty quickly. Also, their communication is top notch; everything is through text and they re quick responders.Services: Auto detailing, Paint repair

These guys did an amazing job! They took care of some minor cosmetic damage to my right fender and they touched up my scratched up wheels and the car looks beautiful!!!

I got my car detailed here today by Chris.. what an absolute Awesome job he did, he UNDER promised and OVER delivered and for the price cheap price I was a bit skeptical but I was more than impressed. Trust me these guys know what they re doing Very Professional. I will defiantly be Coming back here.Top Marks
