The girl was totally lost, the team members **NEED** some type of training, at least to be familiar with car parts, after waiting more than 10 min, she gave me the WRONG part so I had to go back again and exchange it!

There s a manager named Isaiah at this location and whenever I walk in he s on his phone watching TikTok s or berating his other employees in front of me and other customers while they re helping us with whatever we need, heard him calling them lazy hypocritically and I came in to a huge line once and one of the workers came over to help him with all of the customers and as soon as she got to the register he walked away to sit down and go on his phone while me and quite a few others just watched him get paid to sit on his phone.

Great customer service from one of the employees (CSR #05) who helped me pick out the correct parts and price matched with no issues. Usually ever other AutoZone especially Patterson the employees will never leave the counter to assist the customer, but I had actual assistance and great customer service today.

Good thing I read the label after asking the associate what kind of AT fluid I should buy for my vehicle. I had the wonderful experience of one of the salesman tell me that Dodge is made by GM. Turns out the gentleman was incorrect on both counts.

Were do I begin? Store manager is extremely disrespectful and always and I mean always sells me the wrong parts. Later when I have to go in to return them for the right stuff I always get harassed excessively and shown the door without a new exchange/refund/warranty part in my hand. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I have zero issues at any other location. The issue for me probably stems from the fact that I am an ex-employee to the store manager. I've shown nothing but respect to her I have no idea why she has always treated me like a second class customer. This is the closest AZ to me. I live next to an Oreily's for gods sake but I have always been loyal to AutoZone. I don't think I can keep that loyalty anymore due to how I get treated. Though I am leaving a negative review for this store please don't think this is a review for any of their regular employees or other stores it's solely for the store manager. Changes need to be made here it's not right to treat ANY paying costumer like garbage for any reason.

Be careful on what you buy any parts most of the time they're defective and they will not return or exchange they are under warranty and they can never find it in the system have too many excuse

I went in yesterday and 3 sweet girls helped me find the right tail light for my car. I had been struggling for weeks. I even took it in to Midas and they said my tail light was broken and should be taken to the dealership. However, with the help of these girls at Autozone, I was able to find the right light bulb, which is not listed in the manual and the previous one had fallen into the lense. They were able to read off the numbers and I was able to Google it.

They take used oil but not the gallon container and so I asked how or where I can get rid of the containers and they do not know. I asked if I could put the containers in the recycling bin at home the girl said I would be fined if I did and added that she would not offer the answer as to how I can get rid of them???

I went in to buy some radiator coolant for my pickup and didn't know which one to get there are so many different kind's . They looked it up on the computer for my year and model and got me the correct one. The two women cashier's gave me execelent customer service . They were kind and courteous I highly recommend them .

Never enough staff for the amount of people who come in. The wait for assistance is too long. Half the time the staff dont get the right item. I dont know how many times I have had to go back and forth to just get something that should be simple to find.

Auto Zone in Newman is awesome. For a woman who don't no much of what she needs for a car to stay healthy, they sure can make a woman feel her car is back to an A+ condition. They are help full, too the point, most of all they don't make a woman feel lost and out of place going into an auto store.I will always go to Newman auto zone feeling confident walking out the door I made the right choice going in for help.

Very rude workers girls inside spent all their time speaking among each other and ignored me until I spoke up. Never got my breaks they said they were out of stock. Go somewhere else cause they don't care here.

Now they fired the manager yanet store been run alot better. Before she would never open on time cause she wouldnt get there flirt with customers so no service. Now they hired cladia as manager its better. And the crew is awesome here. Hope autozone treats workers right and they stay like this crew if i see new worker there i try wait for george Wyatt cladia diego Marcos i know they know there stuff. Reason i come back.

I have a thing where i don't go to an auto part store if the employee hesitates when i ask what motor oil to put in my car. Hence i tend to find myself at an Orilys. But this auto zone has some employees who know there stuff they always know what I'm looking for and and have some real world experience.

This place always gives me the wrong part and then they will never except the returns and I have to go all the way to patterson. Very frustrating.

Employees are fairly knowledgeable, and helpful. Bought windshield wipers, and they installed them for me. Awesome!

You can be in and out in just a few minutes or at times you could be a bit of a wait. All the staff are very helpful and friendly
