This shop does great work and always gives excellent customer service. The manager, Edgar, always goes out of his way to help resolve any issue I have. If you need help with tires or other repairs definitely choose Old Town Tires!

Have lived in Santa Clarita for 13 years and have visited numerous tire shops around town, this shop is by far the best. Excellent customer service, fast, professional and waiting lobby is clean. For parents (like me) that must bring kids along, this is super important because nothing is worse than having to take your child to a dirty restroom in a mechanic's shop. They have coffee, TV with good cable, spacious seating area and they were fast which was a pleasant surprise. Went in for new tires and alignment, showed up at 8:45a, they started at 9a and I was out by 10a. Makes trips out with a 2year old very easy. Thank you!!! I think they even gave my car a quick wash, not sure but came out looking clean. Highly recommended.

5 This place overflows with integrity professionalism & courtesy from the top notch mechanics in the back to Edgar up front ! I have 3 vehicles and have them all serviced here! Edgar is a straight shooter and his competence saves me time & money! I can bypass the overpriced overcrowded understaffed service department at the Dealerships. You can rest assured that you will get the best possible service from tires to repairs at OTT!

I never leave reviews but I feel compelled too. The owner/manager (Edgar, I believe) is the kindest most courteous business owner in ALL OF SANTA CLARITA! We only visit maybe twice a year for bigger jobs and smaller ones and he always remembers us and our various cars. His prices are always fair. He s just an awesome person to do business with.

These guys are fantastic! I would give more stars if I could! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, accommodating and timely. And their prices were very reasonable. I was especially impressed that the mechanic actually showed me everything on my car that needed to be addressed and explained everything very thoroughly. I couldn't be happier with my experience there and I highly recommend them! I know that when my car needs to be serviced again sometime in the future, I will definitely be bringing it to Old Town Tire & Auto Center!

Edgar is the man! What great service and attentiveness to my issue. I was able to get my car diagnosed and got really great advice, no hassle or haggling. Would definitely recommend them and Edgar.

Old Town Tire is the BEST auto center in Santa Clarita with the highest quality service ever! Edgar is the best employee and I trust his work ethics and I always bring my cars here because I trust him. I 100% recommend this place for any work service you need for your car.

Identified an issue at my last regular service and gave me a heads up that it would need to be fixed in the near future. They gave me a quote and I was able to bring the vehicle back 2 weeks later and take care of the problem before it became more serious. They had me in and out in the same day despite a major repair. Very happy with the whole process and the no pressure attitude towards the repair which was serious but not emergent.

We had a blow out on the freeway and live about 300 miles away. We were towed and given great customer service from Edgar who took care of us right away.We ended up needing 4new tires he helped us out with a great price on our total service. Five star worthy Thank you Old town tire from Modesto,ca

I was referred here by my sister and just had my car serviced. Edgar was a Gentleman, the staff is professional, the service is affordable, and the waiting area was clean/sanitized.**I would recommend this business to friends and family**

Made an appointment 3 hours before I went in for wheel alignment. As soon as I walked in, the guy (forgot his name) recognized me and immediately took my keys and drove my car into the shop and started working on it. The whole process took only 30 minutes which was the fastest auto service I have ever had. After I was done, the guy thoroughly explained everything on what is going on with my car. This is one of the very few auto shops that I would return in Santa Clarita

I came in with an emergency. My Titan's front hub/bearing went out and I was stuck 45 miles from home. I asked for some help and the guy treated me like some dumb old lady and said he would have to change pads, rotors and complete wheel hub assemblies, both sides! His quote was over $2K for a part you can buy at Auto Zone for $180. Not only did he try to shaft me, after I said I would just do it myself, but could he just take the wheel off, he purposely stripped my security lug. What trash. I will not only never return, I'll make a point of telling everyone I know to NEVER go there!!!

During our recent visit to L.A. we clipped a curb and popped two tires. We called Old Town Auto and Edgar could not have been nicer. He sent a wrecker to pickup our vehicle and had new tires on our rental car within a short amount of time. Old Town Tire and Auto is fortunate to have Edgar Morataya as their manager. We could not have been more grateful for how well he treated us, though we were from out of state. Those who live in the Newhall area are fortunate to have such a great place to care for your vehicles. Thank you Edgar!!!!

My husband and I were on a road trip and realized our brake pads shifted. We were next to OldTown and drove up. Edgar helped immediately and told us what happened. We also got lucky and drove to the nearby autozone and got the brake pads. Edgar quickly helped us install them and got us on the road again. He charged WAY less than if we went to the dealership.

Great customer service by edgar I came in for the first time to do my oil change in my car they were able to take me in right away didn't have to wait long is always a plus when their prices are very affordable I will definitely come back and recommend family and friends to this location great staff thank you.

I am a US Air Force veteran and my AFSC (job code) was 2T3**, or non tactical vehicle mechanic. I have experience in working and running tire shops.First the quality:They were very open and honest in regards to their work. I saw that the previous owner's business, prior to the change in name, was shady. So I asked that they show me if the tire could be fixed or not and, because of my experience, I would know whether they were telling the truth or not. They told me the tire was un-salvagable and allowed me to inspect it. They were telling the truth!Appeal:Most mechanic shop waiting rooms are dirty and uncomfortable but this place very clean and comfortable to wait in. The displays were well organized and it did not feel crowded at all.Service:The service was excellent! They were all very professional and worked very fast, a tire change and all the tires being rotated only took about 45-50 minutes to include the couple minutes while I inspected the bad tire. They also cut me a break on the price and threw in the rotation for free!In summary, I will be going there again and I strongly recommend others to go too!

I pulled up with a slow leak in my tire yesterday. I was told I would need a brand new tire bc apparently I rode on it too long while flat (which I did not I was never completely flat) I m working from home so I am not traveling much. I was also told to look for my own wheel lock and when I told them I didn t know what I was looking for and could someone help me they just told me sorry and walk away without even trying to assist me while telling me to call the last place that looked at my tire. ???!!

These guys care about the customer! Edgar Morataya helped me work with a warranty company. When the warranty company avoided paying for the damages to my tire by saying we need an inspection which would not be scheduled for several days, they took care of the cost for me. Don't expect them to do this for everyone, but you can definitely expect them to care for you if you take your car to them.
