Mountain View Tires have taken care of my cars for several years. I bring both my cars here and I send whoever has car troubles here too. They have always looked after my cars. They are patient and flexible with customers. They communicate well around what the car needs now and what can wait till later. If I have a question or issue or noise in my car I can drop in and have it looked at. Great place. Highly recommend.

Prior to my car being in the shop, my car had no issues except it s an older model 2004. I took it in to get Brakes changed I was offered additional services fee ( on top of brake change) for my car not vibrate or shake. I agreed to the additional services. When I drove my car after being in the shop, unfortunately there was a shake. I took it back the next day, and they advised me that it had to do with my rims and not my breaks. I am disappointed just because now my car shakes and prior taking to the shop it did not. Now I may not know about mechanics. But I do know my car was not shaking prior taking it to the shop. But in the past I've had great service with Valencia shop. But unhappy with this service.

I went nearly at closing time last Sunday because I had gotten into my car to run errands, only to find that the air pressure in my left rear tire was 1. Allan was very kind and accommodated me. I was so very thankful. Thank you for helping me.

If you get a flat and need a tire cause your car has no spare (like lots of new cars) go to Mountain View Tire! We were on the 5 freeway traveling up North for our uncle s memorial service. We got a blowout at about 7am on a Friday morning! They were open at 7:30 AM. They all were efficient and they got us in and out of there in record time. We were able to continue our drive safely. Thank you Mountain View Tire & Auto Service!

Very good place to bring your vehicle should you need to ...the staff are friendly enough and they do decent work for the price are comparable to most other shops so I give them a five star rating for being honest with me ....

Shops like these get the job done. Quick, easy no Hassel service. A little pricey, but worth the ease and confidential work. Check them out.Cleanliness: the shop could use a little management. Cob webs in the waiting area. Trash from three days ago left on the coffee table. Paperwork with personal identifiable info left in plane sight.Employees: Ed was a nice guy. Didn't hesitate to stop what he was doing to help me. The shop is short handed and they all seem to be picking up the slack.Layout: parking is in the back. The front door can be found near the road on Lyons Ave. They have restrooms, but you better be ready to stand or hover. Wheel chair accessible. Vending machine for snacks.Facility: seems to be equipped to handle early and late model vehicles. The lobby area AC seems to be out, but it provides a quiet place to wait for your services to be completed.Military: military discounts was available, but I did not use it for this purchase because the tires were on "discount" already.Food: plenty of places to eat nearby.

The free brake inspection is a lie they broke my lug nuts off and want to still charge me $350 in labor to replace them this is crazy!! They then asked me to sign agreeing that I would not sue which I declined and they are refusing to release my car to me now and I am calling the sheriff department. Stay far away from this place this is seriously a nightmare.

I took my car to Mountain View for an oil change and end up getting that done but also my FRONT END1090SN CV SHAFTCV Axle Assembly R&R, Front, One Side TOTAl FRONT END replaced. For a good price. I m well satisfied with the work done and also the price of the work. Everyone there are respectful and helpful. I definitely recommend if you have car issues to use there service. I m definitely a customer for life now. Thanks for the great service and great work done to my car.

Needed help with newish car's confusing tire pressure gauge, especially in the hot weather -plus it was Sunday. These guys were great! Walked in. No appointment. No waiting. They filled and released air as needed. No charge. Of course I gave the nice gentlemen a tip. Would highly recommend.

Plugged a tire myself, but still had a slow leak so I came here to get a patch. Guy at the front desk told me they can't patch it without even looking at my tire; said I would need a new tire. Left and went down the street to American Tire and they patched it for free. Will not be back to Mountain View as they were just trying to make a sale instead of helping a repeat customer out.

I have often brought my car here for tire repair. I have always found the work to be excellent, the staff courteous, and the value for my money excellent.I recently brought my car in with a non-tire issue. My hope was to get a local reference for a shop that could take care of my issue.. I came to them because, for me, their integrity is a real plus.Fortunately, I found out that they were an Auto Service business as well and they were able to handle the non-tire issue for me. If you are in the Santa Clarita area and have an issue with your car, this is the first place I would recommend for you to go. They are reliable, industrious, professional, and trustworthy. You can not go wrong at Mount View Tire and Auto Service.

Every time I've been to this place I feel thoroughly ripped off. They charged me $150 for a diagnostic to tell me my hybrid battery was bad and they don't work on them. I then took it to Toyota and Toyota told me there's nothing wrong with my battery at all.

My tire was running low due to a nail, so I called the shop maybe an hour or two before closing and asked if I could get it patched up. They were quite busy, but they still got me a new tire and got me out the door in like 45 minutes. Too easy. I hope I m not back again, but at least I know where to go.

Great value, awesome customer service. My oil change was done with time to spare from what I was told originally. All the guys/mechanics were super nice and it seemed like a fun place to work. They recommended some additional services, but did not try to push sales. I will definitely be back to get new tires and future oil changes

The team there was fast and efficient. I had a big screw in my tire that was going flat. After they evaluated the problem and saw my tires were in bad shape I went ahead and purchased the needed tires. They even gave me a big discount!

The service writers Allen and Leo were a well communicating and very professional. I took my car to get the timing belt done and had my car back in 2 days with no complications. They let me know everything that was needed to be replaced for future business I will be doing with them. The pricing was extremely manageable adding to the wonderful experience. Their waiting room is huge and it has water and soda machines for anyone waiting. Thank you again Allen, Leo, and the technicians who worked on my vehicle.

I've been using this service location for years. There are some new faces here that I hope carry on the same level of a warm, home town customer service that surpasses any shop in town. Their quality of service has been excellent and have services or repaired all 4 of my cars from Honda to Lexus. Tom is the head mechanic who's been working on cars for years and really knows his stuff. I've never had any repair go wrong. I highly recommend Mountain View to anyone.

Fantastic customer service!! We had a nail in our tire while traveling and after stopping at 2 other shops they were able to get us in and back on the road quickly and kindly. Highly recommend. New name is Fast Tire so make sure you ve got the right shop.

I have been here several times with my work car. Usually they were pretty good until today s service. I do not appreciate the lack of integrity or honesty. I will never be back and i reccomed you find a different service company.Today for an oil change they discovered my car needed a tune up, instead of asking me if I have time today to preform this service they took upon themselves to get there fleet approvalAnd told me they now need an additional 3 hours after I have been sitting here for 1.5 hours already. NoNotice no asking nothing they just started. I am strongly recommending to my fleet company to remove Mountain View Tire from their list of vendors. This is completely unacceptable!!!!! To bad for the driver of the carRun don t come in you will not be treated with any level of respect and plan on being ripped off, especially if you are a women. RUN AWAY!!!!Also I never post anything negative ever I am livid!!!

My car broke down on a Sunday. Needing a clutch replaced. To make matters worse I was on travel and had a 6:30 flight to catch the next day with 144 miles to drive.I brought the car in at 1200. They started the work and went the extra mile to stay to 10pm to ensure I was able to get back on the road to catch my flight. The car drove the 144 miles like a champion so they must of made the repair right.The staff there was excellent and willing to go the extra mile to help someone in need out.They charged me a fair price despite me being completely stuck. These guys were stand up gentleman.Edwardo and elesia did a great job.

Just want to start off saying im beyond satified with their service. From the beginning their customer service was amazing trying to get a quote to replace my water pump. They were so friendly i wanted to go in just based off that. The parts i provided had a wrong gasket and they took photos to compare the old and the new one. They helped me find the best option for me and sold me a water pump discounted price and didnt charge anymore for labor. Will definitely be taking my car here from now on. Thank you so much Jose for your great customer service and keeping me updated all the way.

Very happy with service from Leo and all employees that helped me. Got great service, they are professional, curtious, and honest. They found and showed me some oil leaks that my car dealer missed at servicing. I'm having all my car needs taken there from now on instead of the dealer.

Armando was very nice! My car is still making some weird noise, Although I got the shocks and alignment worked on, but I ll wait a few days to see what happens. If nothing changes I ll go back and talk to Allen or Leo who I know will do everything they can to help, and save me some money!

I hate it when they keep changing the people in charge but they do give a fair price for their service than the crooked dealers around. Careful about those warranties they offer....you might be paying for something you don't want to and they can really be persistent.

On November 4th while traveling out of town my low pressure light came on in my rental vehicle. I showed up at a out 4:45 just prior to closing. The individual that helped me took the time to check all 4 tires and make sure that they were safe to travel on. The helpfulness and customer service I received was outstanding.
